Hostel muy cómodo y limpio, con personal muy atento, aire acondicionado y buen internet. Está muy bien situado, a pocos minutos de las principales atracciones turísticas, y con tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes en los alrededores. Camas muy cómodas y las taquillas de la habitación enormes.

Las duchas son muy pequeñas y no hay sitio para dejar las cosas. Sólo fuera hay una silla para dejar la ropa a compartir para tres duchas, pero siendo duchas mixtas es muy poco práctico. Igual que las mujeres tienen unas duchas exclusivas en la planta baja, debería ser igual para los hombres en la planta de arriba. El día de la salida quise dejar la maleta unas horas, pero el lugar que tienen es el salón-cocina general, por donde pasa todo el mundo y sin ninguna seguridad. Deberían tener un lugar especial para ello.

施設は綺麗でおしゃれな心地よい空間でした。街の中心部に近く、主要な場所に徒歩で行けました。スタッフの方が大変フレンドリーで、海外ながら温かみを感じられる滞在でした。おすすめのレストランやカフェに行ってみたら、実際とても良いところでした！

宿のせいではありませんが、宿側での清掃後に誤って私のベッドを使ってしまった宿泊客の方がいたようで、到着時に使用した跡がありました。スタッフの方にお伝えしたら、すぐに清掃して綺麗にしてくれました。

De ter check in e check up entre meia noite e 7 da manhã. É terrível. Estraga o sono de todos no quarto. O hóspede paga para descansar e dormir mas com gente chegando ou saindo de madrugada, fica difícil

Privates Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad: Äußerst freundliches, sehr hilfreiches Personal. Sehr sauber, sehr bequeme Betten, gutes Wifi, zurückhaltend stylische Ausstattung, leise Klimaanlage. Tolle Lage in der Innenstadt, wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum und der Fußgängerzone.

Im Bad fehlen ein paar Haken für Handtücher oder Kleidung, sonst alles super.

Location, close to the sea and from the center. 20 minutes to the bus station. The rooms are clean. The private area is closed with a curtain. There is a laundry service for a fee. There is a kitchenette where you can cook food and drink coffee

The staff did not notify me that a separate shower for girls is located on the first floor. It was also not known that there was an exit to the roof. In the future, my advice to the staff is to conduct a mini tour of the hotel or at least tell where everything is when checking in. Not enough chairs in the room.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko sa knajpy i bary, a jednocześnie okolica jest cicha. Czyste łazienki i toalety.

Było tylko prześcieradło do przykrycia, co przy włączonej klimatyzacji w pokoju nie było wystarczajace. Brakowało mi koca którym mogłabym sie przykryć, a ponieważ przyjechałam po 23.00 do hostelu nie było juz nikogo żeby poprosić o koc. W środku nocy ubierałam spodnie i bluzę bo było mi chłodno i nie mogłam zasnąć.

Ανταποκρίνεται σε όλες τις βασικές ανάγκες και με το παραπάνω, ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο σε καθαριότητα, και το προσωπικό με εξυπηρέτησε σε ένα αίτημα που είχα.

Το ότι είναι ξενώνας γίνεται λίγο φασαρία από τους άλλους ενοίκους αλλά είναι κατανοητό και αυτονόητο.

Personnel très sympathique.

L'oreiller était très dur, le matelas trop mou, juste un petit drap fin, la clim était trop bruyante et projetait trop de lumière dans la chambre. Je n'ai pas réussi à dormir de la nuit.

Beautiful hostel with great location and super friendly staff! Lots of things to do around and the air conditioning was excellent (i had been camping a lot before, so there might be bias here). Rooftop terrace was also quite cool 👌

La proximité avec la plage mais celle ci sont éloigné du centre donc c’est normal, une piscine sur le rooftop serait génial car le soleil est intense sur le top.

Reservé una habitación solo de mujeres que resultó ser mixta, nadie informó del cambio en ningún momento. El aire acondicionado está demasiado alto, por lo que acabé tosiendo la última noche. El personal apenas está presente.

Ευγενέστατοι και ο υπεύθυνος (Γιώργος) και τα δύο παιδιά στην υποδοχή. Εξυπηρετικότατοι, άμεση ενημέρωση για τα πάντα (αν και βιαζόμασταν πολύ ήταν πλήρη και περιεκτικά όσα μάς είπαν και πάντα με το χαμόγελο μετά από τόσες ώρες που εξυπηρετούσαν. Και για ένα μικρό θέμα με την πληρωμή, τίμιοι και προσπαθούσαν να βοηθήσουν σε όλα.

Μεγαλύτεροι χώροι στο λουτρό για αντικείμενα. Κουζίνα δεν τσεκάραμε (δεν τη χρησιμοποιήσαμε) αλλά φαινόταν επαρκής. Ίσως μεγαλύτερο ψυγείο, αν και πάλι δεν το χρησιμοποιήσαμε.

Buona posizione, staff molto gentile. Mi hanno aiutato sia al mio arrivo che alla partenza con il bagaglio e prenotare un taxi. Un posto perfetto per che fare una base in città, o per chi è di passaggio prima di visitare le spiagge.

La struttura è pulita, l’unica cosa è che la doccia di donne è al primo piano.

Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia, la centralità della struttura e la straordinaria accoglienza dello staff.

L'unico vero difetto è il numero limitato di bagni e docce rispetto alla capienza della struttura.

L'ostello è meraviglioso, curato nei minimi dettagli e molto pulito. Le camere sono spaziose. Nonostante si trovi in centro è in una posizione poco rumorosa. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

Amazing staff, great location and facilities, and comfortable beds!

There were basically no hooks/places to store things when showering. No hook inside the cubicles and I think only one outside for three showers which isn’t very accessible to store your towel/clothes/toiletries while showering…. Also there was no plug inside of the beds, only a usb port so if your charger cords are usb-c you will only be able to charge your phone/devices outside of your bed, which if needing to charge overnight isn’t very safe. Aside from these issues I was very happy with my stay but fixing these things would be very helpful for future guests.

First I was think that something bites me at the beach but after next night I understood that it was bed bugs - the bites were located in a path along the body, which is typical for these insects. Excellent hostel où l’on se sent en sécurité, établissement très bien situé et propre. Cuisine très pratique avec tout le nécessaire. Un rooftop convivial permet de faciliter les rencontres. J’ai même réservé deux nuits de plus que prévu !

호스텔인데 엄청 깨끗하고 공용공간 및 방마다 에어컨이 달려있어서 여름에 무척시원합니다. 침대에 커튼도 있어서 약간의 프라이버시도 보장됩니다. 그리고 직원들이 무척 친절합니다. 유료지만 세탁기랑 건조기도 있어요. 좀 작지만 빨래 약간 말릴수 있는 테라스 공간도 있습니다. 위치도 엄청 좋습니다.

여성전용 샤워실이 여성용 객실위치보다 한층아래여서 왔다갔다 불편합니다. 그리고 샤워실이 2인뿐이어서 가끔 기다려야 해요. 수건은 유료로 빌려주어서 미리 챙겨와야합니다. 헤어드라이기도 하나뿐이어서 개인걸 챙겨오는것을 추천합니다. 엘리베이터가 없고, 항구나 버스터미널이랑 은근 거리가 있어서 무거운 캐리어로 이동시 주의해야합니다.

Unfortunately, there were no hooks at all. We went for a sailing trip and came back with wet stuff, after taking a shower, we had an additional wet towel. There was no place at all to hang it to dry, but to drop it on the floor.

The facilities are super clean, the staff is mostly kind and helpful. The beds and comfortable and have a curtain which is great for privacy. Roof is pretty. Excellent location and worth for price.

The rooms had an odor and there was a lack of hooks for clothes and towels. The womens shower has two showers next to each other but only one door to lock them, so that is kind of inconvenient. The shutters were broken in one of the rooms so it was hard to exit to the balcony from the room and access the drying rack.

Ostello pulito, ben tenuto, nuovo con bagni puliti, spaziosi. Rispetto ad altri ostelli sicuramente più fornito e ben tenuto. La cucina molto tenuta bene con caffè offerto e moka da poter utilizzare. La terrazza molto carina

Il personale non è dei piu accoglienti né gentili. Il nostro loker era rotto e non siamo riusciti a utilizzarlo. Il cuscino è molto scomodo, piccolo e troppo alto

The location is nice. The bed was quite comfortable to sleep on and had curtains for privacy. Friendly personnel.

The bed was in the middle of the room, and there was no solid back wall, so my items occasionally fell on the floor through the cloth back wall. Climbing up on the upper bed is not comfortable. The communal shower does not provide enough privacy and storage for your things. The female shower is only a bit better. There was no socket near the bed, only USB A input. If you have a Type C charger, you will be stuck. The towel that was provided for 1 euro did not smell very good.

Vraiment très bien, comme endroit. Bien situé, épicerie, restaurants et le centre piétonnier a quelques pas.

Bardzo przyzwoity hostel. Na uwagę zasługują solidne i wygodne łóżka, z możliwością wizualnego odseparowania się od innych śpiących w pokoju osób. Czystość pościeli bez zastrzeżeń.

Nie zauważyłem nic, co psułoby pozytywny obraz tego miejsca.

Ηταν πολυ καθαρά, ευχάριστα, μοντέρνα, υπαρχει ενδιαφέρον για την συντήρηση και την διαχειριση του χώρου. Ολα ηταν πολυ ομορφα και το προσωπικό χαμογελαστό και ευδιάθετο.

Οι τιμές ιιισως και να μπορούσαν λιγάκι να ειναι πιο χαμηλα, δεδομένου οτι μιλαμε για χοστελ.

Teils Gäste, die etwas schwierig waren. Das Hostel ist insgesamt sehr klein, sodass es z.B. keinen Barbetrieb auf der Terrasse gibt.

Point positif proche du centre: des magasins et d nombreux bars , restaurant , du port , bus aéroport près 5 min ,supermarché près de l auberge , bus pour plage aussi près de l auberge . Cuisine tranquille et équipé de vaisselle , diverses toilettes en bas , étage ,3 douches pour femme . Casier grand ds dortoir ,rideaux au lit , prise et lumière coin de lit

Point négatif : le monsieur eu le lendemain de mon arrivée est une personne qui ne salue pas du tout malgré que vous passer devant lui . Les filles elles le soir m’ont salué maggie et sa collègue ,, donc pour le monsieur ça laisse à désirer !! Le monsieur dans ma chambre aussi de couleur noire (désolée je n’ai pas son prénom ) il est polie et serviable . Problème lors du transfert de l’aéroport à l’hôtel alors que le transfert commandé via Booking mi mai et que j’ai redis et re confirmé le 5 juin 2026 veille de mon arrivée le 6 juin: ils ont dit un accident sur la route d’où le retard d 1h mais mes coordonnés étaient en leur possession , la moindre des choses aurait été de me prévenir par msg sur Booking ou téléphone … eux 45 min après d’attente il appelle car j’ai écrit dès mon arrivée … Instruction code pour accéder à l’hôtel pas envoyé à l’avance donc pas normal du tout j’ai jamais vu cela de tout mes voyages à l’international et en france , ça été envoyé quand jetait devant la porte à 00h18 Quand y a plus de réception à 23h30 faut envoyer les informations avant mon arrivée pas le jour quand je suis devant votre auberge la nuit à 00h18. Pas de visite des lieux le lendemain d mon arrivée ni présentation des activités ds l’auberge bon ça c pas grave , clim fonctionnelle toute la nuit + petit purificateur d’air / du coup frais dans les chambres 17 depuis mon arrivée ,de quoi être malade,la température extérieure est à 28. Bar jamais vu ouvert et pourtant tous les soirs j’étais en terrasse au niveau du rooftop .. draps pas changé pour 7 nuits je trouve ça limite (j’ai des photos à l appui s il faut)… Avec la chaleur les changer tous les 3-4 jours aurait été bien Pas de navette gratuite pour aller à la plage comme écrit sur Booking , faut prendre bus public et payer

예약이 며칠 남지 않은 시점에서 여행에 차질이 생겼었는데 직원들이 그 문제를 해결하는 것을 도와주었습니다. 상냥하고, 친절하며 배려심이 깊은 호스텔입니다. 숙소는 매우 깔끔하고 쾌적합니다. 헤라클리온에 있는 다른 호스텔이 많지만 이 숙소를 적극 추천합니다. 공항까지 40분이면 도착하며, 도보로 멋진 레스토랑과 카페 및 번화가, 바다까지 갈 수 있습니다. 1분 거리에 마트가 있어서 장을 보기에도 유용합니다. 특히 놀라웠던 점은 주방에 정수기가 있다는 것입니다. 5개월 간 여러 나라들을 드문드문 여행하며 호스텔을 이용해왔지만, 정수물을 제공해주는 숙소는 처음이었습니다! 많은 유럽 사람들이 그냥 수돗물을 마시지만, 아시아인인 저는 항상 생수를 마시기 때문에 정수물이 있는 것은 큰 이점입니다. 이곳은 샤워실도 깔끔하며 여성전용칸이 따로 마련되어 있습니다. 방 안엔 사물함도 있는데 크기가 넉넉하여 짐을 보관하기 용이합니다(자물쇠는 개인지참이 필요합니다). 커피나 차 같은 음료류도 자유롭게 마실 수 있고, 소금이나 설탕 등 기본적인 조미료도 제공됩니다. 매트리스는 편안했고, 침대 조명이 두 종류가 있어서 밝기를 조절하기에도 좋았습니다. 이용하진 못했지만 루프탑도 있습니다. 월드컵 시즌이라 많은 투숙객이 그곳에서 함께 월드컵을 즐기는 것 같았습니다.

Personal sehr freundlich, alles war sauber, die Lage ist sehr gut und abgesehen davon das ich nicht schlafen konnte hat alles gut geklappt.

Ich konnte nicht schlafen, weil es im Zimmer viel zu warm war und die ganze Nacht einer vom Personal mit seinen Schlappen durch die Gegend gelaufen ist und Schränke auf und zu gemacht hat usw.

Amazing vibes, really welcoming people and very well organised. I travelled solo and I met a lot of interesting solo travellers that we joined our forces spending a crazy weekend. Chill vibes, comfy beds and amazing terrace. Tottaly reccomend it.

One of the guy's shoes were smelling very badly. Consider a rule enforcing to leave their shoes outside the room or smthing.
