Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Άνετο δωμάτιο σε καλή τοποθεσία. Το μπάνιο πολύ μεγάλο και καθαρό. Το προσωπικό πολυ ευγενικό και σε βοηθάει σε όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι. Κάτω από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει σουπερμάρκετ που μπορείς 24 ώρες να αγοράσεις πράγματα.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026El personal nos ayudó en todo momento. Cerca del aeropuerto.
El ambiente de la zona no nos gustó mucho, muy lejos de todo. En el restaurante del hotel fumaban, había olor e incluso en el mismo ascensor, nos encontramos colillas. Ese Restaurante era tambien para personas externas del hotel, por lo que allí podian entrar y salir del hotel, cualquier persona sin control. Ademas el restaurante estaba abierto hacia la piscina y también accedian los clientes del restaurante a esa zona, por lo que era una piscina sin privacidad, no la utilizamos porque no nos sentimos cómodos con tantas miradas observándonos. Desayuno regular, no tienen mucho donde elegir y si quieres algo dulce, no tienen. Cama blanda y almohada igual, te levantas con dolores de espalda. Para que llegue el agua caliente tienes que estar 5minutos esperando con el grifo abierto. Al principio, nos daban una habitación diferente con dos camas y sin mampara en la ducha, nos intentaron convencer que era mejor habitación y más grande. Cuando llegamos, al no haber mampara en la ducha estaba todo mojado, nos quejamos ya que en todas las fotos aparecían baños con mamparas y finalmente nos cambiaron a la de al lado, que era la que realmente habíamos reservado y con las condiciones pertinentes. La habitación seria 2m2 mas pequeña, nada reseñable.

Peu de choix au petit déjeuner (3choix) compris dans le tarif. Nous pensions que c’était un buffet à volonté mais non et servis à partir de 8h30 ce qui est un peu tard quand nous partons en excursions nous n’avons pas pu en profiter pleinement. Des fois, on entendait le bruit des travaux dans la nuit ou très tôt le matin… ce qui peut être dérangeant. Chambre pas bien insonorisée.

The room itself was beautifully furnished, clean, and spacious, featuring a lovely, large bathroom. I highly recommend staying here!
The mattress could have been a bit firmer for my personal preference, but that is of course a matter of individual taste.

Avevo bisogno di un punto d’appoggio vicino all’aeroporto perché viaggio con un bambino di 7 mesi. Prima della prenotazione avevo spiegato che avrei pagato l’intera giornata, pur non utilizzando la camera durante la notte, dato che sarei ripartita alle 18:30. Inizialmente mi era stato confermato che non ci sarebbero stati problemi, ma il giorno successivo la decisione è stata cambiata. Dopo aver fatto presente che il giorno prima avevo ricevuto una risposta diversa e aver chiesto di verificare i messaggi, si sono scusati e mi hanno accordato un ingresso anticipato di un paio d’ore rispetto al check-in delle 14:00, permettendomi di arrivare verso mezzogiorno. All’arrivo il personale della struttura si è mostrato gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo anche pranzato presso il ristorante: il cibo era buono e i prezzi corretti. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata rovinata da un aspetto per me molto importante. Nella sala interna diverse persone fumavano sigarette tradizionali e l’ambiente era già molto caldo e poco ventilato. Ho fatto presente che ero con un bambino piccolo e ho chiesto semplicemente di aprire le finestre per rendere l’aria più respirabile. La mia richiesta non è stata accolta con disponibilità e il ragazzo del bar, visibilmente infastidito, mi ha suggerito di spostarmi all’esterno sotto il caldo. Le stelle che ho assegnato dipendono esclusivamente da questo episodio, che ho trovato poco attento nei confronti di una famiglia con un neonato. In Italia chi fuma sta fuori e chi non fuma rigorosamente dentro.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ließ uns vor der Check-In Uhrzeit schon ins Zimmer. Wir bekamen auch ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind recht neu und modern. Für ägyptische Verhältnisse auch sauber.
Die Betten sind viel zu weich. Außerdem befindet sich das Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße. Die Fenster sind sehr undicht, weshalb man den ganzen Lärm hört.

Le petit-déjeuner à 08:30, un peu tard quand on part en excursions. Le descriptif de l'hôtel sous entend une kitchenette alors qu'en réalité il n'y a qu'une bouilloire pour le café/thé. Cela ne m'a pas dérangé mais si vous souhaitez cuisiner, cela ne sera pas possible
