Hotel management is very attentive for every detail and you can feel all the staff are passionate to provide the best customer experience (special thanks to Mr Ibrahim in the reception).. food in main restaurants is very good and in the à la carte ones amazing. Many beautiful landscape areas and clean pools surrounding with big bars inside. Rooms are clean , modern with comfortable mattresses. Entertainment activities are amusing ( pool parties , dancing shows..etc). Nice mix of different nationalities you can meet around . I would definitely book it again.

بصراحة لا يوجد شيء لم يعجبني ابدا

The staff was exceptional, since the first greeting till the last they were all kind and really helpfull, they served us with a genuine smile not a customer service one. The first one was the receptionist Ahmed he recommended a triple bed room instead of the normal double + sofa bed since it will be more comfortable since all three of us are adults (me and my parents) at no extra cost. Then Hamdy was the reception waiter he greeted us with drinks and cold mint face towels to help with the heat from our trip. Islam is the one handling the reception bar all day, and he's amazing he always serves you with a smile and has a really good talent for mixing drinks (soft or hard). Nancy helped us to our room and told me to call at any time if we needed anything. At the restaurant, Amr, farouk, and Chef mahmoud were always helpful, especially with finding a table (the hotel was at full capacity) and the chef for food recommendation and asking for refills. There was also the desert chef who made us a special creme brulee and a cream caramel for just us three . At the beach food court, there was chef abdel aziz with his exceptionally authentic pasta, delicious grilled chicken, burger or pane and amazing selection of salads, and fries. At the pool bar karim and emad were always happy to serve drinks and help you if you need anything, I recommend their cocktails. Ibrahim khaled the executive assistant manager was always touring and supervising everyone and asking gests how they like their stay so far and if they wish for or recommend anything. Everyone is very attentive of the guests and their likes so they predict your needs and cues to make your stay more comfortable. The animation team was amazing everynight there is a different show, a Latino night, an oriental night, a singer, a violinist. It truly was fun, I would love a reapt of our stay. I really recommend both hotels to everyone 10/10. Thank you all for an extraordinary holiday.

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and everything exceeded our expectations. All the staff were truly incredible. They were attentive, genuinely listened carefully to our comments and feedback, and were always very keen to address any issue and make sure we were comfortable. Their dedication to providing the best possible service was evident throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the pools, beach, and rooms were all exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped. There is also a great variety of food, with different restaurants offering a range of cuisines to suit different tastes. The breakfast in particular was incredible, with an impressive variety and excellent quality. Overall, everything about the hotel was enjoyable—from the facilities and food to the cleanliness and, most importantly, the exceptional hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

If you’re booking this hotel, expect a 5-star hospitality. My family and I stayed for 5 nights, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. A special thanks to the hotel manager for his kindness and hospitality, and to the restaurant manager, who always checked that we were happy with the food and service. The food was outstanding (10/10). Lunch and dinner offered a wide variety of dishes every day, so there was always something new to try. The restaurant staff also made every meal even more enjoyable with their warm and welcoming attitude. The entertainment team did an amazing job by organizing different activities and shows every day, which made our stay even more fun. A special thank you to Mr. Tiger for always encouraging us to join the activities and making sure we had a great time.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was fantastic. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Jaz Del Mar Hurghada. Tout était parfait : les chambres, la propreté, la nourriture, les animations et les installations. Un immense merci à tout le personnel, Mr Mahmoud , Mr alaa les barmans islam et ahmed etc....qui sont d'une gentillesse, d'un professionnalisme et d'une disponibilité remarquables. Ils font vraiment tout pour que les vacances soient agréables. Le seul petit point négatif que nous avons rencontré ne mérite même pas d'être mentionné, car il a été pris en charge et résolu en quelques minutes par l'équipe. C'est très appréciable de voir un hôtel aussi réactif. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

اول واهم حاجة حُسن الاستقبال والمعاملة والترحاب والبشاشة والود والخدمة الداؤبة 24 ساعة من جميع طاقم الاوتيل واعنى جميع الطاقم ، الريسبشن والبار والمطعم وخدمة الغرف والانيميشن تيم وافراد الامن واللايف جارد والبولمان .. مستر محمود وعلاء وعمرو وحامد واحمد .. حقيقى يشعرونك وكأنك احد ملاك الفندق وليس ضيف . التسكين والمغادرة مجرد دقائق معدودة . اى طلب ينفذ فورا وبكل ذوق واحترام وترحاب دون ملل . الطعام متنوع وشهى ويرضى كل الاذواق وعالى الجودة والنضاقة مع تشكيلة كبيرة من الحلويات .والغرفة نضيفة ومساحة معتدلة واثاث جديد ومرتب . وتصميم الريزورت عموما مريح للعين والاعصاب . وبالنسبة للشاطئ فيمكن استخدامه فى الفندق المقابل جاز ايليت عن طريق خدمة الجولف كار او سيرا على الاقدام 10 دقائق والشاطئ رملى جميل ومياهه نقية ممتعة .الحقيقة لم نشعر باى ملل باى لحظة طوال فترة اقامتنا بالفندق انا وعائلتى وسوف تتكرر زيارتنا لهذا الفندق الجميل او لسلسلة جاز عموما فكانت تجربة حقا ممتعة . شكرا جاز لانك نجحت فى اسعاد عائلتى

Hotel français ! Magnifique, propre, très belles piscines, une chauffée au mois d'avril. Un véritable tout inclus, absolument tout. Le directeur de l'hotel est formidable, les serveurs de la piscine hyper agréables, serviables, surtout l'un mais malheureusement j'ai oublié son nom, très sympatique, toujours le sourire. Animation parfaite, juste comme il faut : ni trop peu ni too much. Le buffet est très bon, les cocktails aussi. Vous pouvez y aller en toute tranquilité. J'y étais seule avec ma fille de 17 ans et nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Des toilettes aux abords de la piscine ou des serviettes de rechange aurait eté bien

His attention to detail and welcoming attitude made a huge difference from the moment we arrived. My gratitude also goes to Chef Toba Ali for the delicious food and incredible culinary experience. Every meal was a highlight of our trip.! And a big thanks to Mr. Amr, the Restaurant Manager, for his attentive service and for ensuring that every dining experience was perfect. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Pools sind groß. Einer war jetzt im Februar beheizt. Genügend Liegen drumherum. Das Essen ist wirklich erstklassig. Das Personal super freundlich.

Mention spéciale à Wael pour les chambres, toujours impeccable et attentionné, à Masoud à la réception pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, et surtout à Mostafa, toujours souriant, serviable et plein de bonnes solutions — un vrai exemple d’hospitalité. Je tiens aussi à féliciter l’équipe du restaurant, même si je ne connais pas leurs prénoms : un service impeccable, toujours avec le sourire, et des plats délicieux. Franchement, un grand bravo à tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur sens du détail. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Hôtel conforme aux photos. Merci à Mostafa, à l’accueil, qui parle français, ainsi qu’à l’agent d’entretien de la chambre 2212 et aux serveurs. Tout était vraiment parfait dans cet établissement.

Le personnel est très chaleureux et dévoué à la clientèle. L’hôtel est bien situé et les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est pas chauffé mais avec la chaleur extérieure, c’est agréable. Mention spéciale à Islam du restaurant qui est très très gentil, accueillant et agréable, ainsi qu’à Mostafa à l’accueil qui est à notre écoute.

Les choses sont pas super bien expliqué à l’arrivé, papier donné avec un QR code et on doit se débrouiller… nous n’avions pas vu qu’il y avait un snack de 15h à 17h et que nous pouvions aller au snack de l’hôtel de la plage également.. c’est d’autre voyageurs qui nous l’ont dis. Dommage les boissons du mini bar sont pas comprises.

La location, lo staff, l'accoglienza, i servizi, la cucina

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean. The food is incredible with so many options and desserts. The pool is nice with water heated to 27 C. The location is ideal, since the Mamsha starts from the end of the hotel. The beach (which is located at JAZ Elite about 2 minutes walk from Iberotel) is also nice. Sea temperature was about 23-25 C.

The pool program should not be so loud. There should be more water toys for kids, and they should not be locked. The other pool could be heated as well: during the entire week we were there, nobody was swimming in the other pool that was not heated, for it was only 20 C. Me eating too much of their good food and gaining weight!
