Amazingly friendly staff. Incredible location, cute cafe in the ground floor, cozy for working, everything within walking distance. Very firm beds. Great, if you like a firm mattress (Typical for Southeast Asia). Wet room style bathroom, which can be a bit unusual, if you're not used to that. But functional. Not the Ritz. But for the cost, amazing value.

Payment process was slightly convoluted, but that was more on me than on them. Owners are incredibly flexible, responsive, and easy to interact with, so overall, no complaints. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. I think people very sensitive to non-EU standard bathrooms might find it more challenging.

WiFi did drop here and there and bathroom is a bit tiny with the shower next to the toilet.

The location was great and the area is very walkable. The kitchen has everything you need, including a water filter. I had a really nice time, I'll come stay again in the future.

The upstairs common area is fantastic. All of the amenities you might need for an enjoyable extended stay. The alley and location for this spot is also ideal, as you are close to everything Thao Dien has to offer. The host was accomodating and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay!

The lack of hot-water in the bathroom showers could be an area for improvement. Otherwise, I have no other feedback - it is a great spot!

Ted is the best host, kind, responds fast and takes the tenants requests at heart. I stayed 3 months here and I have nothing bad to say about the place. The staff is also adorable. Do yourself a favor and book a room! Everything is clean and so cute☺️

the location was perfect if you're looking for a more quiet stay. The host was super helpful whenever I messaged. Room was super comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. Overall very impressed and great value for money. Also feel it necessary to mention the cafe staff downstairs - genuinely the most pleasant people i've ever met!!

My aircon unit wasn't working for a day so had to sleep witthout for an evening but it was sorted the next day

Communication and price 10/10, fantastic area, I'd recommend this place to anyone that is looking to meet nice people in safe, comfortable and affordable accommodation. The cafe below the coliving space is really rather nice too (there's a discount for people staying).

No towels or soap provided, cleaning isn't very thorough.

The place is freshly renovated which means that everything feels neat and clean. The location is very convenient as well as on a small quiet street. The host is lovely and very helpful, any issue we had was immediately resolved. There is also a cleaning service twice a week.

The hosts are great and very welcoming. The rooms (I ended up staying in three different ones) are all quite comfortable and spacious enough. The shared space in the terrace is really nice (if a little hot during the day), with a fridge big enough for all guests. They are currently working on a second shared space in the bottom floor, which looks like it will be great. Since it's so new, not many guests are staying here yet, but it has loads of potential.

I don't really have anything negative to say. The problems that came up were readily solved, and the place is currently being improved.

Very comfortable accommodation in a quiet area of Thao Dien that offers everything you need. The room was spaceous and very bright. Ted is a very friendly guy and always available for any questions or tips.

Every thing is ready to move-in, nice design and cozy space, especially the cute open kitchen and dinning area on the rooftop terrace. Good service with supportive staff.

Be minded that it is coliving space, which are designed for self-service, so prepare your personal toiletry stuffs by your self.
