Super, appartement fonctionnel, climatisation qui fonctionne et adapté aux familles. La piscine est très bien entretenue et surveillée pour les enfants. Appartement à 10 minutes en voiture de la place jamaa el fna. L'hôte et le réceptionniste sont super réactifs, je recommande 😊

L'emplacement, le personnel et l'appartement est vraiment bien équipé tout est fonctionnel et bien confortable juste pas être choqué par le manque de pression dans les douches car c'est plus un problème du pays en lui même

Voor de tweede keer geboekt bij deze appartement. Bij de eerste keer dat we deze appartement geboekt hadden waren wij al tevreden.

De host was heel aardig en attent. We werden goed ontvangen. Appartement was schoon en ruim. Wat goed was dat er een verwarmingssysteem aanwezig was. Je kunt je auto veilig in de overdekte garage onder de appartementen parkeren. Wij komen zeker weer terug.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement à Marrakech. Le logement est magnifique, propre, confortable et idéalement situé. Tout était conforme, voire au-delà de nos attentes. Un immense merci au réceptionniste qui a été d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance remarquables. Toujours souriant, extrêmement accueillant et disponible à tout moment, il a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Son professionnalisme et sa chaleur humaine font toute la différence. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Une expérience inoubliable ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Apartamentul este foarte spațioas, avantajul sunt cele 2 bai. Loc de parcare excelent, bucatarie mare si living spatios, prosoape curate.

Este foarte frig in apartament chiar daca sunt 3 clime doar unu era functional, presiunea apei era scazuta, lenjeria lasa de dorit curățenia poate fi îmbunătățită.

I like the fact that it is located close to the airport, ATM and nice area to get food, the decoration is pretty, the kitchen has everything in there, I rate it a 10 it was superb.

The apartment is nice and clean. It has 2 bathrooms and is located in a clean and nice building. There is a Carrefour store near the apartment for food shopping. The host can arrange a pick up from the airport for 20 euro. But buses can be used also (you need local currency). Bus number 12 can take you both to the airport and to the city center area (medina).

Franchement pour l'apprt en entier luxueuse bien équipée les chambres les salles de bains propreté la cuisine bien équipé vraiment je suis satisfait sa donne vraiment envie d'y retourner chez alex pour une autre fois 😍

Lo mejor de la casa es sin duda el salón para estar en familia. Habitaciones grandes y cómodas.

La propreté, le calme et l'équipement de la maison sont au top. La piscine aussi est calme et propre. Le parking privé est très pratique. Je reviendrai très prochainement inch'Allah

O que me incomodou foi somente o chuveiro na casa de banho da suíte.

La possibilità di avere a disposizione la piscina per i bambini, ci siamo potuti permettere svago e cultura in città ma anche relax e divertimento per tutta la famiglia. Inoltre il proprietario è una persona super accogliente gentile e simpatico.

The apartment is exactly the same as shown in the picture and description. The whole Riad is a beautiful building and very secured. Location is amazing, Plenty of nice restaurants and only 10-12minutes drive to Medina. The apartment was comfortable and very clean including the bathrooms. Loved the interior of the living room. The swimming pool and the garden was very nice.

there was no extra bin bags, laundry detergent and cleaning spray to wipe the kitchen. Also it didn't make sense to buy a whole detergent bottle to just wash 1 load of clothing over 5 nights stay.

it's very clean and the person who come to deliver the key very nice man it's a very impressive when u entered in your booked flat this flat have a own parking so with that facility price is very good make sure when u arrived there tell security u are going to block 16 ans flat 14 it's located inside the building and floor 2 couse security ma can't help u couse of language barrier but they put all effort to help u i highly recommend even u are single or family it's no one interference this property and give u full control

under ground parking is not very easy to park and drive towards that bay 16/14 number inside the flat fridge door is not working properly u should make sure its closed otherwise that remain open and your things in fridge will be useless come back in night first matter bathroom Muslim shower is broken if u not closed from the back of sink it's keep kicking and make mess in bathroom middle room Ac or heater not working if u keep switch on others rooms

Azil, thank you for your welcome and kind hospitality. We found the apartment very comfortable. Clean, spacious, great air conditioning, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Nice swimming pool and friendly staff who were very helpful. Would definitely return.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

The room was very good, The pool was bigger and better than we thought, really fast wifi and the host was very helpful in every way possible. However the best thing was the employee, Rachid. He´s a legend who was very helpful and made our experience better than it already was. I really recommend this apartment.

The cleaning lady only came once in our 4 days stay. Would be nice if she came once a day, or maybe once every 2/3 days.

It was a beautiful property and hygienic, everyone had a lovely time and definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for the perfect place to stay in Marrakesh
