La route pour accéder à la maison est en très mauvaise état pour une voiture mais à pied c’est faisable.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Most of all I did like the sense of feeling around Ibrahim. A very endearing man. Everything was nice and clean. The whole interior is still looking new. Breakfast is possible downstairs in the kitchen, or on the roof. Ofcourse I choose the roof. I that case you help the owner to take all the stuff up to the roof. It was a shared bathroom, but most of the time, I was the only one using it. Besides, if it is in use, there is a sink in the hallway, so you can still was your face and do your teeth, and comb your hair in the mirror. Up and downstairs there's a toilet also. By car you just drive on in order to get to Paradise Valley. Like me, traveling by collective-taxi, you have to walk back to the centre of Aourir (15 min.) to get on a green shared 'mini'-bus. It can take quite some time before the bus is full, before it leaves. (25 dir to Paradise Valley). As I'm sensitive to cellphone-towers, I can say that there is a big house, which is in front of the radiation coming from the huge celltowers, and block most of the strong frequencies coming from it. This made Soul hostel also a good place to stay for me. Photo's are taken from roof terrace.
Walking up in the heat of the afternoon with my trolley, it is a bit a long way from the centre of Aourir to the Soul hostel, but not a real problem. To walk up from the main road to the hostel is a bit steep, which might be difficult for people with their luggage, specially when you have a disability, besides that it just add to laying back of the main road, with as a result more quietness.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Propreté impeccable, équipements de qualité, la nuit la plus silencieuse de notre séjour, la gentillesse d’Ibrahim qui parle parfaitement le français. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Ne séjournez pas à Agadir mais ici, bien plus sympa et authentique.
RIEN ! Indications car un peu difficile à trouver : il suffit d’arriver à la Pharmacie Tifaouine (qui sera à votre droite) puis de prendre le 1er chemin en terre à gauche qui est assez raide. Ca passe en roulant doucement. Voir les photos ;)

Would definitely pass through again. If you are driving and it's your first time in this area there is a dirt road on just off the main road passed the shops. Follow that to get to the place. It's not yet on Google maps.

The house is quite noisy due to all the tiles so you can hear the doors and talk of other guests, but earplugs will do. If you come by car, expect a steep dirt road to the hostel, but the host can guide you up.

The walk up to the accommodation was a little steep (the taxi driver carried the bags up and the host helped carry our bags down though)

Recommend this place. Very good value for money and I will repeat, outstanding clean comparing to other places we stayed in. The kitchen is opened and available to use. It was surprisingly quiet at night.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2025Absolutely amazing accommodation. We visited a Morocco a few times already but never experienced sparkling clean and comfortable place. Ibrahim was so kind and also all people who helped us find the place. It's in nice small town which got traditional vibe. It's not far from sea and from favourite surfing spots. I can highly recommend and when we going back to this part of Morocco we will definitely book again. Highly recommended if you looking for nice place.
Nothing to complain. Only to mention that it's a bit difficult to find if you coming when is already dark. But you can call or stop someone on street to help you to get in touch with accommodation and they will come to pick you up.

Ibrahim made sure we had everything we needed and we got to buy amazing dinners from him as well. I can recommend his food! It was clean quiet and had a great terrace from where I could work from. The breakfast was very nice and he takes great care in the food he offers. Over all it was amazing and would definetly come back.
The location can be a bit tricky to find the first time.
