I was put in the disabled room with a disabled bathroom which I am not nor my guest was either , I thought i was getting a room with big arch windows and my tv was in German or English with German subtitles couldn’t turn it off

Good points. Location excellent. Very handy for centre of Cork City. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast offered excellent choices. Bathroom and shower facilities very good. Bar and dining facilities fine, although we only used them on first night.

The room. The room may be suitable for guests staying one night, only, or for those who like living out of a suitcase. Absolutely unacceptable for guests staying more than one night or for those who do NOT like living out of a suitcase. We are a couple who travel extensively in Europe, the Far East, the Caribbean, Africa and the Americas, and this is the first and only time we have stayed in a room with NO wardrobe space, NO drawer space, NO refrigerator and NO safe. The only provision for hanging clothes were 4 hangers that hung from a decorative wire frame on the wall, or ON THE FLOOR! No adequate seating in the room, so any relaxation had to be on the bed, including watching the television. The hotel is grossly overpriced at over €200 (£177) per night. We shall NOT be recommending this hotel and will make appropriate comment through our booking medium.

The location, which allowed me to walk almost everywhere. Several of the staff were especially helpful. The housekeeping staff were quite thorough.

I was I had.access to a refrigerator as I had the opportunity for leftover food but no place to store the food

Hotel located just across the north branch of the River Lee from the main shopping area of Cork. Nice breakfast, umbrellas available for guest use, and the TV connected easily to my mobile to stream (cast) content

The room's "work chair" was uncomfortable and the "work desk" was unusable. I had to go down to the co-working space in the lobby to get any work done.

Good location, friendly staff, nice room.

Coffee should be free to guests in the morning. We’re not breakfast people so didn’t include it but most hotels will let you get a cup of black coffee in the morning.

Central location with easy access to car parking. Made to feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Staff were amazing. Super comfortable room

Love the location and the hotel is very cool!! The staff are always so friendly and helpful!

Unfortunately we had a problem with some guests getting up at 5am. They made loads of noise outside our room and then again under our window when they were getting their taxi. We did mention it to the staff in the morning.

Situated in an ideal location. Comfortable, clean and very welcoming staff.

Very little, I laughed a bit as the bathroom light uses a sensor which often switched off as I used the facilities. Apart from this minor issue I wasn't certain where to put away our clothes... But a couple of hangers are available to hang items that need to be hung.

Las paredes son tan finas que escuchas la televisión del resto de habitaciones mientras duermes lo que hizo que alguna de las noches nos costará dormir

Hotel muy moderno que ha sabido aprovechar bien el espacio de las habitaciones. Buen gusto en el diseño. Ubicación buena.

Al haber tantas habitaciones por planta se oye el ruido de los demás vecinos inevitablemente. Menos habitaciones harían la estancia más tranquila.

It was a good central hotel and made everything we wanted to see within easy walking

We stayed for 2 nights after the 1st night our room was cleaned, rubbish not removed etc. I used car park suggested and believed would receive a discount but this wasn't the case there are cheaper parking place in the area as 40€ was a bit steep and the lifts in the car park were out of order and this is not displayed at the entrance

The location of the room was VERY distant from the entrance/exit to the hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and the room was only cleaned one time. We stayed on property 2 years ago, upon arrival we were given a "Clermont Coin" which you could redeem at the bar for a complimentary beverage. We were not given those this stay, not sure if they are still in use. The Staff in the lobby was not very friendly.

Mein Zimmer hatte ein bodentiefes Fenster, welches dem Zimmer Charme verleiht. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher und Tee sowie Instant-Kaffee mit Zucker und Milch. Neben dem Bett ist eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit. Das Zimmer ist modern.

Es gibt wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Kleidung, sodass man aus dem Koffer leben muss.

Virtually everything was great!

They only thing was, no stirrers in the room for coffee and the outlet in the bathroom was incompatible with the provided hairdryer.

Struttura nuova, ragazzi molto gentili

Camera piccola e fredda passava tanta aria dalla finestra, ho chiesto di alzare la temperatura dei riscaldamenti, purtroppo non mi hanno potuto accontentare perché erano impostati a quella temperatura e non era possibile modificare.

Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Frühstück war super.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und man hatte kaum Stautaum. Ich war nur für vier Nächte da, daher hatte ich nicht so viel mit mir. Wäre ich jedoch für eine Woche geblieben, hätte ich eindeutig zu wenig platz.

Good breakfast, great location, modern and clean

Like all hotels in Ireland the price does not justify the standard. A one night stay in Europe for the same standard would be 30 to 40% less. This is out of ones control if one wants to stay at this location. Otherwise, a very good hotel
