Très jolie maison d’hôtes, pleine de charme et authentique. Personnel adorable, accueillant et disponible. Très bon petit-déjeuner, piscine agréable et emplacement pratique à Houmt Souk. Un endroit calme et chaleureux.

A nice, cozy, authentic Djerbian place. Don't expect a hotel, that's not the point: but that you can spend the night in a very authentic house. And on top of that: the courtyard with the pool provides an excellenet opportunity to rest and chill after a tiring day. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

L'accueil de l'hôte. La literie confortable. L'environnement tres joli avec sa piscine bien entretenue et chaude. A proximité du centre. Eau chaude. La clim, la fouta pour la piscine. Le frigo la vaisselle a disposition. Dans l ensemble pas mal de points à revoir mais lieu tellement sympa ce qui explique la note de 7/10 . Dommage pour quelques points facilement améliorable on aurai pu aller jusqu'à 9/10

Petit déjeuner a améliorer manque le jus de fruit sans payer en plus. Bonne wifi dans le patio mais un peu faible dans la chambre se déconnecte souvent. Pas de produit de toilette ( savon et champoing) Il serait plus pratique pour les clients que l' établissement soit indiqué sur la porte d'entrée. Salle de bain à rafraîchir et douche à améliorer car pas de parois et de l eau partout. Miroir à changer car en très mauvais état. Lunette de toilette ronde sur un WC carré...donc bancale.

Le charme djerbien

La chambre est grande et sur deux etages. La piscine pas grande mais suffisant car pas beaucoup de logement en location. Emplacement proche de Houmt souk centre environ 10 min de marche. Et donc magasins, glacier et resto bon marché. Plage la plus proche en taxi 10 min et 10 dinars max. Pas cher pour se deplacer. Surtout des locaux dans le secteur. Endroit securisant. Sejour tres agreable la maison et le patio tres bien entretenu.

Le petit dej pourrais etre meilleurs en ajoutant des fruits par exemple. Les melons sont super bon et pas cher. Mais avec 40° a 9h du matin sous le parasol de tte façon pas facile d'apprecier. Le café pas toujours chaud aussi.

La maison est charmante à première abord et la terasse en haut est sympathique jusqu’à ce qu'on découvre qu'elle est partagé.

Vous devez vous préparer à un choc niveau hygiène, le sols, les murs et la literies sont insalubres avec des traces sur les draps, on a même trouvé un préservatif usagé à côté du matelas en essayant de changer la literie. Des éponges sales dans les salles de bain, pas de rideau de douche et fenêtre avec une simple vitre devant le bain qui donne directement sur la terasse partagé avec l'appart d'en face ce qui transforme chaque douche en spectacle pour le voisinage. Et le clous du spectacle c'est la gérante de la maison qui est d'une arrogance et d'une malhonnêteté sans fin qui depuis notre arrivée n’arrête pas de dénigrer les locaux alors que la dame qui fait le petit déjeuner et qui s'occupe de la maison qui s'appelle Naima est de Djerba (franchement courage à elle). En plus la gérante n'a pas hésiter à nous stalker depuis la camera de surveillance directement pointé sur notre appart et terasse et gare à vous si vous sorter de la maison même pour un instant et que vous oubliez d'éteindre une petite lumière elle n’hésitera pas avec tout le culot du monde à vous appeler directement et vous lancez des petites pics du genre "pourquoi vous êtes dans le noir, allumez plus de lumière" c'était vraiment très malpoli de ça part. Et pour bien finir le séjour, on retrouve une souris morte dans notre chambre l'avant dernier jour et en l'appelant pour comprendre comment elle est morte dans la chambre, elle répond que c'est normal ils traitent, donc on découvre qu'il y a du poison anti rat un peu partout et que les souris peuvent rentrer sans soucis, heureusement qu'on avait pas d'enfant avec nous sinon ça peu viré au drame. On pourrai aussi parler du petit déjeuner qui se limite à un café/thé et un oeuf, qu'on a arrêter de prendre au bout du deuxième jour, du lave linge qu'on a jamais pu utlisé ou de la gérante qui a très mal compris le concept de l'accueil et de la bienveillance.

Le service etait tres bien et la gentillesse de Naïma la femme de la reception est remarquable

Un véritable coup de cœur ! Cette maison d'hôtes est idéalement située. La piscine est petite, mais très propre et parfaite pour se rafraîchir et se détendre. La décoration d'inspiration djerbienne est magnifique, authentique et pleine de charme c'est un lieu qui a une véritable âme. L'accueil a été exceptionnel. Notre hôtes a été d'une grande gentillesse et nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour les visites, les restaurants et les bonnes adresses de l'île, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Une chose est certaine nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

La gerent és una persona amabilíssima que ajuda sempre que pot amb les peticions dels hostes. La seva gentilesa i atenció ha fet que la meva estada hagi estat més que perfecta.

L’allotjament està molt bé, tot i que les habitacions són un pèl fosques.

Charmante maison avec piscine a proximité du centre.Nous avions réservé une nuit et nous y sonnes restés finalement 2 nuits. Si nous repassons par Djerba, c'est ici que nous logerons et nulle part ailleurs. Merci à Naïma pour ta gentillesse,tes bons conseils et ton travail professionnel.

Maison typique plein de recoins lieu apaisant. Le fait d’être seul nous étions 2 couples on s’est senti comme à la maison. On a pu garder une des chambre jusqu’à 16h moyennant un supplément. A 10 min à pied du centre

La communication avec l’hôte un mot sur la porte en guise de bienvenue aucune information au préalable..heureusement qu’on a osé ouvrir la porte car il n’y avait personne pour nous ouvrir. Le petit déjeuner sans grand intérêt. La piscine trouble qui donne pas envie de se baigner

Séjour exceptionnel chez DAR MICHELE Un immense merci pour l’accueil incroyable ! Dès notre arrivée on s’est sentis comme chez nous. L’équipe est aux petits soins, souriante et disponible. Mention spéciale pour la décoration : c’est magnifique. Chaque pièce a une âme, les détails sont soignés, le mélange tradition/touche moderne est parfait. On a adoré prendre notre café dans la cour. Chambre propre, literie confortable, et le Wi-Fi marche nickel. On reviendra sans hésiter et on recommande à 100%. Merci encore pour ces beaux souvenirs

Nous avons pris cet hébergement en urgence. Nous avons peut-être pas bien noté qu’il serait aussi simple par exemple les Lit. Autant le lit à l’étage était agréable. En bas dur. Autre chose le petit déjeuner très simple des petites biscottes avec du thé ou café, mon mari a dû sortir pour nous acheter des viennoiseries pour qu’on puisse bien déjeuner.

the structure is nice but not well mantained, the bed was comfortable and the room is very big

we arrived and no one was there to welcome us, we found a number sticked to a door, it has been a little challenging to get in contact and did the check in. Also there wasn’t a sign to understand that this was the property, and we entered by mistake in another structure. Breakfast was below the average in Tunisia and absolutely not like in the photos shown. Old bread, old marmalade, bad coffee. The room was dirty, full of spider webs and the bath tube was old.

立地が思ったより良くない、真っ暗な道を歩かないと帰れないので結局タクシー。スタッフが朝扉をガンガン叩いて叩き起こしてくる。洗濯を頼んだのに銀行に行くから待てといって去った。そのことについて聞いたら法定労働時間だと言われたがそれならそうと言ってくれればいいのに、待ちぼうけする羽目になった。施設は老朽化している。全体としてこの価格ならもっといいホテルがあると思う。オーナーは一度も現れなかった

The water came out of the shower as there was no curtain. So for 4 days the caroet was wet as it could not dry.

夜遅い便で着き、Dar Miceleへ向かいましたが、アプリを通して連絡を取ることができました。お部屋も清潔で素敵でした。私はフランス語を話せませんが、スタッフの方はとても親切にしてくださいました。

Le logement a un emplacement stratégique pour visiter hamsouk. La piscine a une taille parfaite pour un petit plouf à l'abri des regards. Naima (la concierge) est d'une gentillesse que ne nous oublieront pas. Le petit déjeuné est tour simple mais il permet de sortir du logement avec un bon café et des protéines. La literie est confortable et le logement est propre, on y a été très bien ! Merci beaucoup 🙏🏽

J'ai passé 6 nuits avec une amie au Dar Michèle et nous avons apprécié avoir une piscine pour nous rafraîchir en fin de journée. Le service est impeccable, leur femme de ménage est très sympathique et donne un service irréprochable. Il est facile de joindre la gerante par texto. Le Dar est bien situé, près de tout. L'appartement que nous avions était sur 2 étages avec de grandes pièces. Je le recommande certainement.

Il fait un peu sombre le soir dans l'appartement et l'air climatisé fait du bruit. Mais somme toute, je le recommande.

Notre séjour à Dar Michele a été superbe. L’accueil était chaleureux et bienveillant, nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise dès notre arrivée. La maison est magnifique, avec beaucoup de détails qui la rendent vraiment spéciale.

Le seul petit bémol est que nous n’avons pas pu laver ni étendre nos vêtements dans un endroit adapté, et la connexion Wi-Fi n’était pas très bonne.

Nothing the place was sooo dirty The owner of the place is rude It says there is a kitchen and this is a lie. There is no kitchen. The pool is very dirty and this made my children sad. They were happy to have an armed man on that very hot day. The chairs are also dirty. There is no soap in the room. There are no blocks to make a cup of tea.

Everything, especially the owner of the place, was very rude. When I asked her for a cup of coffee, she said, “I am not a hotel.”

Cette maison d’hôtes est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Cela fait deux années de suite que j’y séjourne. Authentique, elle offre tout le confort nécessaire. Par ailleurs, la piscine a été refaite récemment. C’est superbe. Les terrasses spacieuses offrent des espaces supplémentaires de détente. L’accueil chaleureux qui nous a été réservé par Madame ALYIA a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Quant à NAIMA, elle est absolument fabuleuse. Dévouée, souriante, à l’écoute, à nos petits soins tout le temps. Je n’ai qu’une envie c’est d’y retourner et très vite. Mille mercis ALYIA et NAIMA

Emplacement Idéal à moins de 10 min à pied du coeur de la ville. Moins de 5 min pour faire ses courses. Établissement atypique et Chaleureux On y est bien, quand on passe les portes de Dar Michèle on devient des Djerbien. Naima et Alya nous accueillent à bras ouverts.

Magnifique villa de caractère, bien équipée, et le personnel est très sympathique, notamment Naima.

The staff was lovely! The breakfast and help of the two ladies and the owner online made us feel very welcome. Naima made the best home made jam for the breakfast! We stayed there for a week because the weather was too hot for the desert and Dar Michèle made sure everyday was very good even though it was during a heatwave. They even let us use their bbq with the sunset to have a romantic dinner, they bought charcoal for us and gave us all the equipment. The guest ladies gave us recommendations for good restaurants and helped us a lot. The swimming pool is really nice, would definitely recommend.

I didn’t like that there was no water or electricity in the morning, the breakfast was poor, and I had to pay unexpected extra charges at the property.

WiFi didn't extend into the bedroom

Really loved my stay here. The place is a beautifully renovated historic home that keeps its original character. The pool was small but super refreshing and a nice spot to chill. Location is also great. It is close to the old city, easy to get around. But honestly, what made the stay was the host. She’s an artist and such a kind, welcoming person. She gave great recommendations and just made the whole experience feel really warm and personal. Breakfast was amazing too. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a stay with character, comfort, and a genuinely lovely host.

Very quiet and relaxed. It's a nice old house which hasn't been over-restored. Niama was very friendly and welcoming. Location was fine for us, but is in a residential area with minimal street lighting

Being an old house you have to accept that it is not as comfortable to stay in as a modern hotel, and a bit draughty and chilly in winter. The description was a bit misleading - there is a kitchen but it's not generally available to guests. Our room had only a sink and a kettle, although we did borrow cups and cutlery. There is no washing machine available, laundry can be done but at 10 euros a load is very expensive.

No running water and no employeees available during late hours upon arrival. Ecxperienced Unexpected 30% price increase by the fine print upon checkout. Room was cold during winter. But in general an acceptable stay.

A nice traditional feeling property in a quiet location. The staff we dealt with at the property were very friendly.

The property policy states that they accept various credit cards. This is not the case and only cash is accepted. We spent an hour trying to resolve this over the phone but were told it was cash only and not their problem that the details were wrong.

The room and the courtyard were very nice. Mr. Khaled gave us a warm welcome. The location is quiet central in Houmt Souk, 10 minutes walking distance to the tourist centre and market. The price was very good for what we got.

The breakfast was quiet small and when we asked for more bread, we were given just one small piece per person aditionally. The fake grass in the courtyard doesn't match the rest of the nice interieur.

Dar Michèle was a great experience, the hosts are friendly, the decor is authentic and traditional, the location is perfect and everything was great!

Madame Hansa was really nice along all the journey, however she is not the owner and I had some problems with her related to location, way to pay (even if at the end we found an agreement) and also some facilities were missing. Finally the street to arrive at home is without light so attention to walk in the night.

Missing the curtain in the shower, the water was into all the floor and the body shower. Poor breakfast

We loved the typical style of property, the decor and the peaceful neighbourhood. The homemade jams for breakfast were delicious and Hasna was very kind and helpful. I really liked having all white bedding and a duvet cover! We stayed in the largest room with terraces and this was perfect for our 10night stay. We would definitely return😊

The internet could be better, it was a bit hit and miss. We had to keep logging in and no coverage in rooms. Maybe as the walls were so thick? A more varied selection for breakfast with some fruit would be nice and we were not keen on the white baguette but it was Ramadan.

The property is very close to the center of Houmt Souk. The place is delightful and colorful. The host above all (i forgot her name) is absolutely the most welcoming we found in our Tunisian trip. She helped with everything we needed and was always ready to share information with a smile. We had a wonderful time! And the pool is much needed in the heat and was very clean!

The rooms were really lovely, with the swimming pool as an extra bonus. Olfa was always around and very helpful – we particularly loved eating a meal cooked at Dar Michele, would highly recommend this!

It was very difficult to find Dar Michele and the area around it felt quite run down. Without a car it was a bit of a hassle to travel around the island so would recommend considering this before staying here.
