Montre Fine Living

Location is top! Close to 2 beaches, a lot of restaurants and the port. Lovely views in walking distance. Staff is exceptional. Great communication and fast answers.

Parking availability is awful. There are downsides to being close to the city center. The room was a little smaller than I expected. It did look like in the pictures, but the bedroom is very small. Also there is no door to the bedroom, and the steps are very steep. It did not cross my mind to check - problem if you are travelling with a small child.

Beautiful contemporary accommodation. Fresh towels supplied every day throughout our stay. Our host was so helpful when we contacted her. The property was in central location, everything within walking distance. I would highly recommend a stay in this property.

Top ausgestattet und perfekte Lage!

Perfectly fully equipped, comfortable, modern minimal decor

It was spotlessly clean except for bathroom ceiling fan above sink which blew dust and dirt down.

Clean on arrival and cleaned regularly throughout stay. Very comfortable and modern apartment. Very attentive staff who were quick to answer any queries we had. Apartment itself was very conveniently located and very central for all restaurants, the lake, and the beaches.

Really brilliant apartment in a superb location. The apartment was just as advertised with a spacious living room, modern bathroom with lovely warm water & good water pressure, comfy bed and a spacious patio. We went during a heatwave and the aircon was nice and cold and very quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and we had all of the space we needed for a 1 week stay as a small family of 3 (2 adults + 1 baby).

My only recommendation is that if it is possible to offer 2 keys or the ability to separate the keycard and key so both parties could come and go as they please.

Everything! Beautiful presented, spacious, clean and excellent location. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Perfecte locatie , schoon en ruim appartement

Very clean and so much better then the pictures, also the AC was amazing!

Parking was sometimes very hard to find but the owner helped us and guided us where we could park

I cambi giornalieri assicurano pulizia e asciugamani puliti. L'assistenza (Luisa) è stata puntuale e completa, sempre a disposizione.

Parfait !

Louisa was amazing. She assisted us with parking and our luggage. Very clean & modern unit. High ceilings, lots of space. It had 3 bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom had a double shower & sinks. We enjoyed our luxury stay.

The upstairs was bathrooms did not have enough light.

Property was clean, well decorated, centrally located. Very comfortable beds, AC in every bedroom, lots of space for our party of seven.

Perfect location

Very modern and clean apartment. Location was incredible, right in the heart of Agios Nikolaos. Steps from the pedestrian zone, the inner harbour, and the marina area.

Only issue is parking. Luckily we were able to park at the school across the street because it was summer. During the school year months parking close by could be a challenge.

Niets.

Great apartment!

We had a wonderful stay in Agios Nikolaos. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, while still offering a relaxing atmosphere. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and authentic stay in Agios Nikolaos!

A wonderful place right in the city centre, yet very quiet thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The apartment had everything we needed, including all the essential amenities, and it was even cleaned even during our 4-day stay. Communication was very friendly and everything went smoothly without any complications. And I highly recommend Beach Almyros, it's just 15 minutes walking from this apartment!

The only minor downside, and the reason we wouldn’t rate it 10/10, is that the apartment is on the ground floor and gets very little sunlight. As a result, it was difficult for clothes to dry, especially since there was no drying rack. Given that it’s a beach destination, we personally would have found a drying rack more useful than having two TVs. Of course, everyone has different priorities, and it’s difficult to accommodate every preference, this was simply the one thing we missed during our stay.

Louisa molto gentile e disponibile, seguendoci durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Camera pulita e moderna, situata in centro, in un'ottima posizione.

Location clean all most new apartment

The host was thoughtful about the details to make the apartment comfortable(extra blankets, enough towels, first aid kit, toothbrushes, toaster, dishwasher /washer tabs, new cleaning sponge, etc). They were quick to help me when I couldn’t figure out how to work the stove. They were so sweet and generous. We enjoyed the treats that they left for us. I loved how they had 2 full beds and a twin bed. That is hard to find and everyone slept well. 3 bedrooms at their rate was a great value. The location was perfect next to the lake and port. There was a little street noise, but with a sound app on my phone it was no big deal. Much quieter than other in town places that I have stayed in.

Clean, comfortable accommodation in a great location. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

Nothing.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the lake and public beach, with several lovely restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, and oven. We especially enjoyed cooking fresh local seafood from a shop down the street in the apartment and having amazing girls dinners together. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Honestly, very little! The only small suggestion would be to provide a few more washing machine capsules. We were a group of four staying for several days and could have used a few extra. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Alt! Leiligheten var upåklagelig.

Svært lite. Vi savnet kun en oppvaskmaskin.

Tout était parfait. Plus qu’espère. Magnifique.
