Reviewed Mar 16, 2026The unit is so nice and clean. It's located on the ground floor near the lobby. The owner is nice lots of freebies during your stay we enjoyed it since not a lot of bnb's does that so it's a nice touch. It's also have a dog bed and pet bowl for your pet. It's very thoughtful 🫰🏻
The hike 😂 from main entrance where the cafe/restaurant located. That's my only gripe on this place if you don't have a car you will hike up or just call a taxi to bring you to other tagaytay locations but if you like walking uphill its fine my dog likes the walk we did early in the morning.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026It is located at the ground floor which makes it very accessible. Place was tidy. There were guest kits and towels provided. Also a pet bed and pet bowls were prepared for our furbaby :)
Construction noises at night. Some parcels and extra beddings, pillows, mattresses were not neatly kept/organized. Also there was just one switch for all the lights so we cant really just leave one light turned on at night.

While the guard and cleaners seemed somewhat unfriendly, the experience remained positive despite the unit’s ground-floor entrance location.

Our place was located downhill and since we don’t have our own car we can’t go to the restaurant or coffee shop which is located near the entrance. They should have service vehicle especially my sister can’t walk in a stiff hill

Wifi unfortunately was weak - it keeps dropping out. There was only 1 toilet paper provided. There was no hand towels either in the bathroom or in the kitchen.

No phone signal for mostly all providers 👎. Hope next time it will improve or if not please advice your clients to prepare.

Reviewed Nov 30, 2023Everything. We were there for 4 days, and the room was well prepared. A letter was prepared ahead of time for everything will be a smooth check-in for us We have our little pet with us, and they even prepared a dog bed and pet bowls. Cleaning materials were also made available. The room is just near the front desk so we feel secure and we can even see our car outside. Place is near our favorite NAPA and Dear Joe's. The trees and even the fog at 11am were awesome.
There is a shoe cabinet on the right side which smelled. It's not of a big deal since there's a freshener available. Just don't open the cabinet. The noise from outside due to construction is a bit of a distraction for our puppy, but nonetheless, acceptable.
