Ottima posizione e palazzo storico affascinante. Belle camere spaziose con soffitti alti.

Lenzuola purtroppo non molto pulite, pentole in cucina da lavare e bollitore con calcare residuo all' interno. Il bagno poteva essere pulito meglio, c'erano residui di capelli nel porta sapone e nella doccia. Purtroppo non c'era neppure acqua calda.

Szép épület, tiszta, felszerelt, kódos rendkívül egyszerű bejutással. Fél órán belül bármilyen belvárosi nevezetességnél ott voltunk. A tulajt whatsappon könnyen elértük.

A környék nem a legszebb, de semmilyen problémánk nem volt emiatt.

El trato y las facilidades que nos pusieron los caseros para poder quedarnos más tiempo en el apartamento.

Al ser un bajo, el ruido de las obras en la ciudad era algo molesto.

AC works fine. The location is really good, the metro is close by and you can walk to most tourist spots, including the acropolis (about 25mins), plenty of restaurants and shops near the apartment. You can take the metro from and to the airport (€9 each way). There are electrical stairs in the metro station so it’s not a pain to get there with bags.

The apartment was in the third floor and going up with bags wasn’t good.

La limpieza. Deja mucho que desear. Los cables eléctricos colgando. La ducha no funciona bien. Telarañas, poca cobertura de telefonía. El cuarto de baño muy antiguo. No hay un armario para colgar la ropa. No hay ningún servicio de limpieza.

Great Location! Psiri is an AMAZING area, so many restuarants, cafés, shops, galleries, endless possibilities. Few steps away from the historical area, lively and felt super safe. We loved the vibe. The house is nice, the apartment has everything you need. We had a great time.

It was clean and easy check-in process. The location was perfect- close to many Restaurants and shopping area.

Mobili cucina e bagno rovinati, pulizia dell’appartamento. La via sporca e molto rumorosa durante la notte.

Above all, Andres provided excellent service above and beyond expectations. He immediately responded to any request or need. The apartment is large and spacious and is located really close to everything.

Perfect location in Psiri, walkable to very lively neighbourhoods, as well as to the Acropolis. The apartment fits 9 people, which is great, although it is not very comfortable for so many people. I'd definitely recommend it for the price, location and cleanliness

Konum çok iyiydi, ancak giriş kat olması ve kapıdının ve pencerelerinin sokağa bakması çok gürültü almadına neden oluyordu. Konumu itibariyle tarihi akropole ve merkeze alışverişe yürüyüş mesafesiydi. Oda da klimalar harikaydı. Odanın girişte hafif bir küf kokması klimalar sayesinde yok oluyordu. Otoparklı olduğu için seçmiştim ancak otopark anlaşmalı bir otoparktı o nedenle 25 € iken bizden 20€ aldılar. Onun dışında her şey güzeldi.

Gürültülü bir sokakta olmasını sevmedim. Ücretsiz otoparkının olmasını sevmedim.

Easy no contact arrival. Excellent location. AC worked well. Shower had very good pressure and lots of hot water.

Absolutely disappointing accommodation. The listing stated that it was on the ground floor, but it never mentioned or showed that the apartment is actually below ground level, with four steps leading down from street level. The windows are at sidewalk level, so people are constantly walking right past them. The outdated and worn furniture wasn’t even the biggest issue. The apartment has a strong musty smell, which made the stay very unpleasant. The bathroom sink also starts leaking if you leave the water running for more than a short time, for example while washing your face. This was by far the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in.

Great apartment. Close to everything and within minutes by foot. Highly recommend 👌

The stairs was the only issue especially as we were on level 3 and carting suitcases.

Muy bien situado, se podía llegar andando a todas partes. El alojamiento era muy amplio y cómodo, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que éramos un grupo de siete.

Una noche coincidió que celebraban una fiesta en un bar cercano y el ruido no nos dejó descansar. Pero fue algo puntual que no depende de ellos directamente

El departamento era muy grande y tenía espacio suficiente para los 5 que éramos. Estaba muy bien equipado con lo necesario, bien iluminado. Muy cerca del corazón de Psiri. No fue complicado llegar caminando desde la estación Monastiraki. El anfitrión se mantuvo en contacto y dispuesto a ayudar.

Algunas camas eran demasiado blandas. Creo que podría haber estado un poco más limpio. Hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar. Si viajas liviano ningún problema pero ojo con las maletas grandes.

Bizim için temizlik ve konumun yakınlığı çok önemliydi bunları karşılayan bir yer kesinlikle şans verilmeli.

Bulunduğu sokak depolarla dolu ve gece ve sabah erken saatlerde çok gürültülü. Pencerelerde ses yalıtımı yok, yatak çok rahatsız ve her döndüğümüzde çok ses çıkartıyordu.

La proximité avec commerces et restaurants

Le logement n’était pas très propre , il suffit de regarder sous le lit , la douche ne fonctionne pas bien , taches sur les draps , torchon et canapé , les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées, on entend le bruit de l’extérieur très fortement, je pensais avoir loué un appart hôtel ( il est classé comme cela sur Booking.com) mais c’est visiblement un airbnb, il n’y a eu aucun accueil physique , nous n’avons vu personne à part recevoir mails type et message pour le code de la porte

Posizione ottima vicina a tutte le attrazioni e locali. Pulita e ha tutto ciò che serve,Sapone,teli,carta igienica,lenzuola,2 cucini x letto,acqua,Scottex,frigorifero. Bagno con una doccia comoda e grandissima. Wifi funziona benissimo. L host è stato gentile e disponibile in tutto. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli,dopo il ceck out.

Infissi non isonorizzati,e letto matrimoniale della camera un po piccolo x 2 persone. Il divano letto dicretamente comodo con il topper che hanno messo. Va bene x poche notti.

Η περιοχή είναι ιδανική για να δει κανείς το κέντρο της Αθήνας. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενεστατος και εξυπηρετικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαζεται.Το διαμέρισμα είναι εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειάζεται κανείς. Πολύ άνετο και καθαρό

Un solo bagno per un appartamento che può ospitare fino a 10 persone è poco, anche se poi ci si adatta. Farei trovate agli ospiti un phon per capelli che può essere staccato e utilizzato al di fuori del bagno.

Appartamento spazioso e abbastanza pulito. Davvero ottima la comunicazione, encomiabile la disponibilità del proprietario. Molto comoda la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nel deposito della struttura.

Il letto singolo aveva un materasso con le molle (alcune rotte) ed avrebbe bisogno di essere sostituito. In bagno avremmo apprezzato la possibilità di appendere asciugamani e accappatoi, non c'era nemmeno un gancio in tutto il bagno. Da Italiani, ma ce ne siamo fatta una ragione, la macchina del caffè americano.

Tisztasággal érdemes lenne többet foglalkozni. Ágyak már elég használtak, fürdő ajtót nem lehet bezárni. Konyha elég kopott és a felszereltség is hiányos. Kommunikáció annyira nem volt egyszerű.

Struttura piccola e angusta. C’era odore di chiuso e tanta polvere. Le porte non si chiudevano, in particolar modo quella del bagno rimaneva proprio aperta.

Our stay at Central Apartments in Psiri - Athens was genuinely excellent from start to finish. The host was outstanding: professional, kind, immediately responsive, and extremely helpful with anything we needed, including unexpected requests. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and clearly well cared for, while the location was perfect for exploring Athens. Without doubt, this was one of the best accommodation experiences we have had.

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Everything met — and in many respects exceeded — our expectations.

Alloggio comodo e con spazi adeguati a 7 persone (tranne per il tavolo che era molto piccolo). Host disponibile e utile il servizio di deposito bagagli. Letti abbastanza comodi, ottima la scelta di aggiungere un topper per il divano letto.

Struttura non adatta a persone con disabilità motorie siccome ci sono molte scale. Mancano delle pulizie più profonde.

Το μπάνιο δεν ήταν τόσο καθαρό υπήρχε μούχλα στην ντουζιέρα , το τηλέφωνο της ντουζιέρας ήταν χαλασμένο , γενικά για οικογένεια δεν θα το πρότεινα κρύο και πολλά σκαλιά άμα είστε όμως ενήλικες παρέα μεγάλη είναι οκ , για την τιμή του όμως και η τοποθεσία ήταν οκ

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία

Το διαμέρισμα μύριζε μούχλα. Τα κουιλτ , ο καναπές μυρίζει πολύ άσχημα. Η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε. Τα κλιματιστικά φαίνεται να μην καθαρίστηκαν ποτέ ήταν γεμάτα μούχλα από μέσα. Μούχλα στο μπάνιο... ο νιπτήρας ήταν βουλωμένο. Καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες

La comodidad del alojamiento (con instrucciones precisas), con todos los servicios incluídos, la limpieza muy buena, la localización y a buen precio, considerando lo amplio que es (en mi caso, uno de los apartamentos a pie de calle).

La ubicación es en un barrio con mucha vida nocturna, que en algún caso puede ser un poco molesto por el ruido en la calle.

Ολα εξαιρετικά, παροχές, περιοχή.

Ο κλιματισμός. Τα κλιματιστικά χρειάζονται σέρβις. Έκαναν πολλή θόρυβο και δεν έβγαζαν αρκετό ζεστό αέρα. Αλλά όλα τα υπολοιπα ηταν εξαιρετικά

1. Room felt much smaller then 65 meters 2. Not soundproof at all! i could hear every person walking by our room. If it was quitter i would give this apartment 2 or 3 more stars on the review. 3. The doors don't close, not in the bathroom and not in one of the bedrooms. the other door is pretty difficult to close. 4. Bad WiFi reception.

Era un semisótano, con puerta desde la calle con todo lo que ello significa en términos de ruido y tranquilidad.

La ubicación, puedes ir caminando a todos lados. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas! La cocina estaba bastante bien equipada. Muy buen trato por parte del anfitrión, contesta rápido y soluciona los problemas. Gracias por el detalle de bienvenida y por dejarnos dejar las maletas tras el check-out.

Estábamos en el bajo, no había cobertura y el wifi apenas funcionaba (las redes sociales ni se abrían…). La limpieza es mejorable… sobretodo los rincones, detrás de la tele, etc Las ventanas son viejas y entra mucho ruido de la calle.

L'appartamento è senza ascensore: questo può non essere un problema, ma va specificato adeguatamente, perché, ad esempio nel nostro caso avevamo con noi una donna incinta ed un bambino molto piccolo, e i due piani a piedi non sono stati comodi. Inoltre abbiamo trovato l'appartamento freddo, e non siamo riusciti a riscaldarlo adeguatamente per la notte.

È centrica a pochi passi c’è molti ristoranti, zona tranquilla, hanno una stanza per lasciare il trolley dopo il check out in caso di partenza tardiva.

Die Lage und die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel

מיקום טוב קרוב לבית חבד. יש אופציה לקבל מפתח לשבת ולא אלקטרוני. היה עם מי לדבר טלפונית כשהייתי צריך דברים, אבל זה היה סיוע מרחוק, ואני הייתי צריך ללכת להביא את הדברים ממקום אחר קרוב, כמו חבל כביסה ועוד סדינים. המקום בגדול מאובזר כמו שצריך.

מזרנים לא נוחים , כריות לא נוחות. ביקשנו מראש שמיטה שלישית ולא סידרו לנו, אלא רק היה מזרן נוסף שהיינו צריכים לבקש מצעים נוספים בשבילו. ריח לא נעים בדירה, חנוק ואין אוורור כמו שצריך, כי הדירה בחצי קומה מתחת לאדמה.. רק חדר אחד עם חלונות לאוורור. דלת השירותים לא נסגרת בכלל. המון אבק בדירה ולא נקי מתחת לספות, מצאנו שם הרבה לכלוך וזה לא היה טוב עם ילדים. רעש קיים מהרחוב, אבל לא נוראי מדיי אם ישנים בחדר הפנימי הקטן יותר, אך החנוק יותר. והדירה היא לא 65 מטר כפי שמצוין אלא הרבה פחות..

Excellent location. Easy to access and find the apartment. Spacious. Comfortable. Powerful shower and good hot water. Didn't use air con.

Lack of cutlery and plates, mismatched glasses. Shower decor is in need of an update. Kitchen is also in need of an update. Difficult to move around the kitchen table and get to appliances. No tea or milk.

Do najważniejszych miejsc historycznych można dojść na nogach. W ogóle nie korzystaliśmy z samochodu, a z metra tylko, aby dojechać na lotnisko. Bl8sko dobre restauracje, sklepy, wszystko, co potrzeba. W kuchni czekała w oda i I wino w lodówce, a na stole krakersy i chipsy. Szampon i żel do kąpieli w dużym opakowaniu pod prysznicem.

Apartament po remoncie, ale dość siermiężnym. No nie jest to apartament marzeń za tę cenę. Bardzo brakowało nam tarasu lub chociaż balkonu. Widoki z okien....okropne. Podczas deszczu chcieliśmy przyczyn parasolki, ale nie było. Ciepłą wodę trzeba sobie nagrzać, ale to akurat nie jest problem. Nie wiem czy pościel była czysta, bo była pognieciona, więc trudno to ocenić. Osobiście nie lubię zasłonek pod prysznicem, ale przeżyłam. No i okolica zmienia się bardzo szybko. Z tętniącego życiem centrum, w ciągu 30 sekund jesteśmy w straszącym miejscu, choć sama kamienica estetyczna i po remoncie.
