Komunikace s majitelem perfektní, klíč na viditelném místě. Chek in proběhl bez problémů. Poloha studia na dobrém místě. Vybavení je dostačující, funkční klimatizace. Studio je čisté.

Fotky studia superior neodpovídaly skutečnosti, dispozice je jiná, než je uvedeno na fotkách. Do studia se vstupuje přímo do ložnice. Je to nevýhoda, velký hluk z chodby. Okna jsou opatřena neprůhledným sklem, nedají se otvírat a tím i větrat. Musí se pořád svítit.

Great location. Everything near by. Shops, restaurants, etc.

Comfortable beds. Plenty of space . Good communication.

La señora que limpia las habitaciones, llegamos 20 minutos antes estábamos esperando afuera y reacciono muy mal

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, nett eingerichtet, mit tollem Balkon und noch relativ zentral gelegen. Man kann in einem nahe gelegenen Café für 10 Euro frühstücken (wir hatten leider keine Gelegenheit, es auszuprobieren). Man checkt selbst ein und bekommt dafür klare Anweisungen. Für uns war perfekt, dass der Gastgeber für uns einen Flughafen-Shuttle organisiert hat, der reibungslos geklappt hat! Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top!

Wer gerne feiert, ist hier genau richtig und hat einen kurzen Heimweg! Für alle anderen sind die Zimmer zur Straße zu laut - auch um 2 Uhr ist noch viel los!

La ubicación es muy céntrica La habitación está muy bien, muy amplia con cocina bien equipada si se requiere usar. Cerca del metro Terraza amplia para pasar el tiempo allí Bastante recomendable como sitio para hospedarse

Está en medio de una calle donde por la noche se reúne bastante gente, si estás dentro de la habitación no se escucha apenas pero si hay una tercera persona durmiendo en la parte del salón puede llegar a ser algo ruidoso.

Que era muy espaciosa y que aunque llegamos con bastante antelación, nos permitieron hacer el check-in antes.

Que no vinieran a reponer cosas que faltaban (papel higiénico, gel, champú), por lo que tuvimos que ir al súper y tampoco nos cambiaron las toallas, aunque lo solicité. También estuvimos un poco molestos para descansar porque la habitación principal daba para una calle de bares de copas.

El mobiliario es nuevo

No se puede abrir la ventana porque hay ruido ensordecedor de grandes aires acondicionados toda la noche. El baño es minúsculo, al ducharte se sale el agua de la ducha. No se puede abrir la puerta del baño del todo porque da con la lavadora. No volvería

Me gustó mucho la localización, aunque hay bares abajo con música. A mí no me molesta, pero hay a gente que sí, para que lo tengáis en cuenta. La habitación OK y la terraza es muy amplia.

La limpieza, deberían de limpiar todos los días con el precio que hemos pagado. Por otro lado, el día que entramos en la habitación no estaba muy limpia. No tenía bolsas de basura y deberían de reponer el papel del WC y cosas básicas. El ascensor se queda pillado y a veces, me ha tocado subir muchos pisos andando. Es algo que deberían de revisar.

Está bien ubicado y el apartamento tiene muy buen tamaño

Giriş ve çıkış sorunsuz ve güvenliydi, oda oldukça genişti ve wifi çok iyi çalışıyordu. Etrafında barlar olmasına rağmen pencereler kapalı olduğunda oda son derece sessizdi.

Yatağın altından hafif dışarı çıkmış bana ait olmayan bir eşya vardı. Dolayısıyla odanın iyi temizlenmemiş olduğu izlenimini aldım, bu durum beni huzursuz etti. Girerken de çıkarken de konum olarak bulunduğu sokak dolayısıyla gündüz binadan çıktığımda sokakta uyuya kalmış akşamdan kalma sarhoşlara rastladım. Bu da biraz huzursuz etti.

Locatie was prima, dichtbij metrostation. Balkon was wel fijn. Airco werkt goed als je hem hard aan zet. Je komt binnen met code en sleutel in kluis dus je ziet geen personeel, maar als het nodig is, reageren ze snel op Booking.com.

Badkamer was wat simpel, douche is open dus vloer wordt snel nat en dus ook vies. Maar het was wel goed schoon vooraf.

Apartament blisko metra i autobusów, duży taras, okna dobrze wygłuszały hałasy z zewnątrz. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem obiektu. Dodatkowo można było zamówić transfer z i do lotniska, który też przebiegł bezproblemowo.

El apartamento a parte d e bonito, muy cómodo, y limpio. Con 2 habitaciones, una con 2 camas, lo q nos permitió estar cómodamente a 4 personas.

Hay un bar justo debajo, que tenía música y se oía bastante en la habitación, pero estábamos tan cansados, que nos dormimos enseguida. Si no, seguramente, hubiéramos bajado a tomarnos algo, porque había buen ambiente.

Su limpieza y ubicación

Lo que no nos gustó esque justo debajo hay un pub que cierra a las 2:30 de la mañana y hay mucho ruido incluso con las ventanas cerradas

W centrum w okolicy placu Omonia, wszędzie blisko, ładne mieszkanie z dwoma sypialniami. Bardzo dobre na spędzenie nocy w Atenach, przy przesiadkach prom samolot. Cena atrakcyjna. Instrukcje wejścia jasne i bezproblemowo dostaliśmy się do mieszkania.

The room was good for the price and the hotel was easy to find. There is a club or bar right in front of the hotel, but surprisingly, we were not bothered by the noise at all. The neighborhood itself is not particularly exciting, but overall we had a pleasant stay and felt that the room was good value for money.

Very nice apartments, very clean, stylish, cozy, good location. A very friendly and attentive host.

We loved the location, and the host was really friendly, helpful and always available when needed. They also arranged our taxis for us, which was very convenient and made everything much easier.

The only downside was the hot water. You had to switch it on around 30 minutes in advance, and once heated, the hot water only lasted for approximately 45 minutes. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Ich hätte so niemals gebucht, denn das Appartement (Nummer 10 im EG) hat nur ein Fenster und dies geht in einen weiteren Raum. Lüften unmöglich!!!! Schöne, große Dusche -> Abluft davon geht in die Küche. Die komplette Wohnung ist unangenehm feucht. Es gibt nur ein Handtuchhalter der noch funktioniert (wir hatten auch nur jeder 1 Badetuch und ein Mini-Gästetuch). Trocken wurden diese allerdings nicht. Die Küche haben wir, wegen Mangel an der Lüftungsmöglichkeit, besser auch nicht benutzt. Auf meine Nachricht an den Vermieter, dass das Zimmer keine Fenster hat - ich war halt geschockt - hat er gemeint, wir könnten ja nach einer Nacht ausziehen und die Beschreibung wäre auch richtig und mit Fotos versehen. Also ich habe keine gefunden! Und weiter: Das Zimmer hätte sehr wohl ein Fenster, nur die Aussicht wäre halt nicht so schön. Da eine Bar unmittelbar gegenüber dem Haus ist, war es bis in die frühen Morgenstunden sehr laut. ANTWORT zur Antwort der Unterkunft: Uns konnte kein anderes Appartement angeboten werden, da komplett ausgebucht! So die Aussage - hab ich schriftlich - also sorry! Wir hatten je nur zwei Handtücher - und diese wurden auch nicht ausgetauscht. Es gibt kein Bild der Wohnung in ihrer Beschreibung. Wenn doch, senden sie mir doch bitte mal einen Bildschirmschuss davon.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht in dieser Wohnung verbracht, für diese kurze Zeit waren wir sowohl mit dem Preis als auch mit der Wohnung zufrieden.

La actitud de la Sra. de la limpieza (Sra.gorda) le gritó a mi esposa , la empujó le quitó el control del aire acondicionado. El piso de la regadera y el baño sucio, las sábanas tenían mal olor parece que no las habían cambiado.

It’s ok for only a one night stop, and if you really have no other place to go!! This area of Athens is known for being very run down. I’d say, the Best part of it is the bar down the road was playing some good music

Everything. It’s a very small room, the elevator is small, shower is small and I’m a pretty big guy so I couldn’t fit. I couldn’t fit on the toilet. The Bed was uncomfortable.

The location is ideal—just a 15-minute walk to the city center and fantastic local restaurants. Communication with the host was seamless, and the check-in instructions were crystal clear. As a heads-up, the sofa bed is on the smaller side, though still comfortable. Juat a note, since the apartment is on a lively street, you might also hear some music or passersby chatting late into the evening. Overall, a great place to stay!

Terribile, sporco, degradato e spazi angusti. L'acqua calda non andava. Non é per niente come le foto! Lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi. Diffidate!

It was clean and spacious

Very bad location, felt unsafe at night and cleaning staff were incredibly rude, we were 15 mins late to get our bags after checkout due to being lost , cleaning lady was rude rolled her eyes and made us feel very uncomfortable after explaining and apologising for the 15 mins. Wouldn’t stay again due to cleaning staff and location

No me gustó absolutamente nada. Era un horror de sitio. Tuvimos que irnos de la habitación nada más llegamos y vimos todo.

Nada recomendado. No es como en las fotos. Habían manchas en el baño, las sábanas y las toallas rotas. La cama no estaba hecha, nos dejaron las sábanas fuera para que nos hiciéramos nosotros la propia cama. Hablamos con el apartamento y tuvimos además un trato pésimo, ya que nos tomaban por mentirosos aún aportando fotos del estado de la habitación y que nos recalcaban que estábamos pidiendo una categoría mas de lo que habíamos pagado cuando solo pedíamos unas condiciones mínimas de limpieza.

The air conditioning unit was pre-set at 25 degrees and even as an Australian who’s lived in Qld for 30years, it was too high to cool off. 22 or 23 would be more appropriate.

Struttura molto carina con un bel terrazzo e una buona posizione ad Atene, piacevole aver trovato in camera anche una macchinetta del caffè con cialde e delle tazzine, per una veloce colazione al mattino.

Purtroppo avendo trovato le finestre spalancate al nostro arrivo, la camera era piena di zanzare che non hanno reso piacevolissima la nottata. Ma tutto sopportabile, non è una menzione negativa alla struttura, ovviamente.

El apartamento estaba genial y muy limpio. El propietario muy atento en todo momento nos escribió y nos llevó lo que necesitamos.Nos gustó mucho.

Nosotros no escuchamos el ruido como pone en otros comentarios. Es verdad que hay bares abajo pero es de gente tomando algo, nada de música y las ventanas estaban bien aisladas.

A casa tem o indispensável para estadias curtas. Foi prático o check-in tardio e está bastante perto do centro.

Přestože ubytování jako takové bylo příjemné a vůči ubytovateli žádné výhrady nemám, kvůli nočnímu hluku z barů v ulici do ranních hodin, bych se do tohoto ubytování už nevrátila. 2. noc bylo hodiny trvající dunění reproduktorů z ulice tak nesnesitelné, že bylo nutné kontaktovat policii - kéž to byla mimořádná událost.

Avrei voluto dare di più come punteggio ma purtroppo non sono riuscito a chiudere occhio perché il condizionatore era rumorosissimo, il frigo anche, in più dalla porta di ingresso entra luce e in più in stanza c’è una luce di emergenza che dava fastidio! Inoltre il bagno non ha finestre e la ventola rotta!!!!

La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere le piazze principali ed è anche vicina alla fermata della metro. La cucina fornisce i giusti utensili per due persone (pentole, stoviglie e bicchieri). Il letto è molto comodo.

Appena entrati nel monolocale abbiamo notato che la porta d'ingresso era sporca così come il pavimento era piano di briciole e polvere. Entrando in camera abbiamo visto che il divano era molto macchiato a tal punto da non volerci appoggiare nulla e dover girarlo per appoggiarci solo gli zaini. Le lenzuola erano bucate e sfilacciate. Abbiamo riscontrato problemi anche con gli asciugamani che erano sfilacciati. Abbiamo fatto notare all'host queste problematiche e hanno solo cambiato gli asciugamani. Le tende in camera erano macchiate. Infine il monolocale è ben insonorizzato dal rumore proveniente dai locali sottostanti ma non da quelli all'interno del condominio: le gocce dei condizionatori cadevano proprio sulla grata fuori dalla finestra della camera, gli sciacquoni e i passi delle persone negli altri appartamenti.

At 11:00 I was ready to leave at the door suddenly I found the made throwing everything over my bags and shouting very loud you have to be out ollready at 11 not leaving at 11:00 it was very rude

That air-conditioning worked really well which was so necessary in such excessive heat. The room was very clean and the communication from the host was excellent with the explanation of how to access the unit.

The area outside looks pretty rough, but there are lots of police around so that gives a safety.

The room was really clean and the check and check out easy to do. Near to 2 metro stations and restaurants. Recomend it!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. No one comes and clean the room when you have left the room for the day. The staff clean the bathroom only and leave the beds , they don’t change the beds into clean bed sheets, they don’t mop the floor, they just do the bare minimum and leave. There is not enough towels and you don’t get enough clean towels 1 towel per person only, no face washers no hand towels nothing extra. You are lucky to get one decent size towel to dry yourself up after you had a shower! The shower another story, you have to wait 45 minutes for the hot water to heat up before you can shower. There is no hot water available at all times. There is no light in the shower. You are kind of showering in the dark, there is only 1 light in the whole bathroom. The bathroom was pretty dark. What you see in the pictures posted is not what you get. You get something different and not clean.

The property was close to facilities, easy to walk to food outlets, very social vibe. Great to feel part of the community. Neat and tidy. Good communication.

The pressure on the shower was a bit too slow

Very clear instructions and super responsive host. Amazing lively street and area. Bonus luggage storage was a life-saver.

Lå ovenpå en bargade med høj musik. Dog var vinduer gode så man kunne nogenlunde holde lyden ude. Især med ørepropper :)

Great location, nice and central

I loved the apartment. The room was lovely, a good size, it had a fridge, coffee machine, mosquito machine and hair dryer. The beg was large and the smart TV was an amazing perk. The area was rough, but was a great spot to be close to all. Acropolis around 30 minute walk, main tourist square and restaurants around 17 minute walk too.

The pillows were bad. Also, the area is a few minutes from Omonia Square which is very rough. Female travellers should not go alone due to the area, especially at night. However with my partner, I felt safe.

Inexpensive, spacious main room.

When I arrived the windows were left open and it was really hot - the AC wasn’t on and it took probably 4 hours to cool the room as it wasn’t a very powerful unit. I also got a large number of big bites during the night, likely as the windows had been open until I arrived around 8pm. The bathroom was also so narrow you could almost not use the toilet.
