The apartment had great conditions. The beds were super confortable. The kitchen is very well stocked in terms of utensils.

The area around the apartment is not the nicest but you're close to public transport and get to the center super quick

Hello, I would like to share my experience regarding the apartment. When I arrived at the property, the key box was not opening. After spending considerable time trying, I asked for help from a cleaning staff member who was working in the same apartment. She was eventually able to open the key box, but only with considerable difficulty, and I finally received the keys. I also tried calling the property contact person, but I received no response. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again during check-out. The key box would not open, and I wasted a significant amount of time trying to access it. Since I had a train to catch and was traveling with my wife and my 15-year-old son, I could not wait any longer. Therefore, I handed the keys to the residents of the apartment directly opposite yours on the second floor. I would also like to mention a few other issues: * The air conditioner was leaking water, which made the carpet wet. * The apartment is on the second floor, making it difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs. * The apartment is approximately 2 km from Lucerne railway station, which was less convenient than expected. What disappointed me most was that when the city tax payment was required, I received an immediate WhatsApp message, but when I needed assistance with the key box problem, there was no response to my calls or messages. De ligging en de netheid van het appartement

Niets. Alles was perfect.

Geweldig! Erg schoon en netjes. Heerlijke kussens. Zelfs de waterkoker is super schoon van binnen. Bushalte dichtbij. Kan je gratis mee reizen dus we hebben de auto laten staan. Kleine winkeltjes dichtbij en om de hoek Memo’s restaurant kan je lekkere broodjes eten.

Bright, plenty of light , well equipped.kitchen. Comfortable . Nice spacious lounge,

For me it was up on the second floor with no elevate.

Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Çocuklarla kutlama yapmamız adına alkolsüz bir şampanyada bırakmıştı. Yatak sayısı çok fazlaydı. Bizim üç çocuğumuz var. Üç çocuğumuz ayrı ayrı yataklarda yatmasına rağmen, çok fazla boş yatak kaldı. Ev temizliği gayet iyi. Binaya ulaşım çok kolay otopark olması ekstra bir kolaylık. İsviçre’de otopark gerçekten bir kriz.

Mahalle bana çok ürkütücü geldi. Eminim güvenlidir, köşe başında bekleyen düzgün giyimli olmayan, gruplaşmış insanlar vardı.

Everything necessary has been considered at home. It was important for us to have a location and parking lot.

The apartment was on 2nd floor and no elevator was available. Only one bathroom in the apartment which sometime difficult for family of 5 members.

Great location, 10 minutes from the centre on a bus. Buses were very frequent. Lovely little well kept apartment, expensive but that is Switzerland

Ants in the apartment when we arrived, the apartment was unbearably hot, the AC/cooler in the living room didn't work and opening the windows meant the place was too loud from the train (opposite) and main road however the fans they provided were helpful.

Bed is comfortable. Apartment is clean and tidy.

Bad air flow. No washing machine (should have mentioned in the website information even though it is broken). One wooden strip of the sofa bed is missing that almost cause one of my family members injured.

Laundry room is a shambles with dryer not working and a real nuisance to go down to. Bad smell in the apartment

The property was very spacious and with very comfortable beds and bedding. The location was great, while not in the city center, it was a nice walking distance.

The location is good and very convenient to reach city center and train station. The owner gave us free transportation pass within zone 10 of Lucern, so it was very helpful for us on the first day. We just put all luggages on bus number 2 and it stopped nearby the apartment.

No lift in the apartment, but it was ok for us

The property was in a great location with easy access to trains and buses. The apartment was tastefully updated on the inside and was spotless when we checked in. Patrick was extremely responsive to our questions and made our stay easy and a pleasant one.

The shower curtains could be longer. And wish there was an elevator. Lugging all the suitcases 2 floors up and down was bit of an inconvenience but soon realized we have to get used to this in Switzerland.

Very neat clean and well planned apartment. The host has taken care of all the things which tourists can require. Beautiful apartment overall. All kitchen items present to prepare your own food. Very convenient to reach Lucerne train station from Apartment Location.

Everything was good except absence of lift in building. It was little trouble to take your luggage to 2nd floor. Otherwise it deserves 10/10 points.

Great location ( close to Luzerne station and Bus transport to go around the city). A very clean and spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen and all the amenities. Simple check in check out. The host of the property is very polite , friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Location was good, just a few minutes from Luzern center by bus. (Less than 5 minutes and you can ride for free with the city card provided by the host). 20 minutes walking distance. Place was clean and well decorated. Has a parking spot for no additional cost.

Could use new shower curtains. Apartment in the second floor, only able to go up by stairs.

It was well set up and loads of space! Really great for a few nights away with friends! It also has all that you need so you don't need to think too much about bringing extra things with you! #lightpackage

The water pressure/hot water was a bit low but was not a big problem

The apartment was spacious and was filled with amenities perfect for a family. It was neat and clean and the host did leave a small welcome gift.

The host should have informed that there is an ongoing construction in front of the apartment, with loud sirens going off every couple of minutes.

The beds were very comfortable with fresh linen and the apartment was very clean. Also having the extra tv was great too.

Modern, bright, and clean accomodation. Friendly host, which is very attentive. Got free welcome wine bottle and chocholate. Kitchen area is spacious and utensils are modern and complete. Free park is helpful, but it is at the back of the apartment. Eventhough no air-con, it’s slightly cool because of trees at the back of the apartment during the night. As we checked-out before midday, we cant tell how the room’s temperature is during the day.

Everything is perfect, but we cant give 10 unfortunately because of the corridor and entrance is dark - looks like the lamps are off (felt spooky a bit) - we have to use our mobile phone flashlight to carry our lugages, which is bit troublesome. There is a construction across the apartment - starting early morning - but it is not a big problem.

1. There is a very big construction site just across the street and the noise was all day long. Also the apartment is facing a railway and many trains pass by everyday. 2. Maybe this is personal to me but the popcorn wall in the kitchen and hallway is really unbearable. 3. The apt is not small baby friendly because there is no fence or protection apparatus beside the window, and during the whole period of our stay, my two and half years son tried to jumped from the windows any time he wanted, and we have to follow him closely all the time, it was really very exhausting.

7 mins by car to the center, TVs and fans in each room, allocated parking & sound proof windows

Old residential building , doesn't have sofa bed as mentioned instead extra bed is provided with thin uncomfortable mattress

-Excellent place for Family. We loved the apartment. Star facilities, very clean and organised. No air condition but fan available. Read the Check-in instructions and how to collect the key before hand. Apartment in 2nd floor by steps. No lift. Staff response to any queries immediately- Just a message away. Close to the bus stop and a short ride to Lucerne main station. Buy groceries at COOP supermarket at the train station. No good groceries near by. All utensils available in the kitchen(no peeler😄). Overall a nice place to stay. A small balcony to relax. Quiet neighborhood. Parking available. Apartment facing road and rail track. Windows are sound proof so no disturbance.

the actual space was very clean, modern and bedding was very comfortable. Easy to enter the property as videos were provided for a lock box so no issues with check in or check out. laundry was difficult but we let owner know and he was attentive to the issue.

I would suggest if you stay here to make sure you pick up groceries and liquor (if you like) before you arrive as there is no store for this in the immediate vicinity. once we figured that out it was easy to plan! About an 8-11 minute bus ride to main train and bus station in lucerne. Buses come frequently.

Everything is great in the apartment. We will love to visit again.

About 3/4 mile to main part of the town. That was ok for us but may be annoying for some.
