Reviewed Sep 14, 2026位置超好，在老城商业街的巷子里，离鲜花桥、老城墙及超市都很近，离火车站也仅有10min路程，非常方便。民宿设施齐全（配有洗衣机烘干机、微波炉、电磁炉、咖啡机、烤面包机、洗碗机等），自己做饭也很方便。民宿整体干净卫生，客餐厅很宽敞明亮，公寓有电梯，搬行李也省力，好评。另外建议房东下次装修时可以把其中卧室边上的卫生间一分为二，放洗衣机套装的区域再增加一个座便器，就可以变为三室二厅2.5个卫生间了，6～8人居住时会更方便。
唯一欠缺就是房间只有电扇没有空调，今年欧洲挺热的。

We were given one small bath towel and one hand towel per person. There was no option for more. The beds were moderately comfortable and due to the heat difficult to sleep.

The room has an Air Cooler installed which was great during this hot summer weather. Location of the place is very close everything including the train station. Very pleasant stay.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Overall cleanliness, support prior to arrival, on the day of arrival and otherwise. Good location with just a bit of a problem pushing luggage on wheels through a brief area of cobblestones over an incline. Kitchen amenities were very good and the living and dining areas were spacious. Bedrooms were spacious but need to be vary of the low inclined roof on the 4th floor apartment in one of the bedrooms which is a bother for a tall person whilst walking around the bed.
Overhead shower in both the bathrooms could have been useful. There are mulitple areas within the apartment which has different elevations which demands attention especially when on a short stay with children. Could pose a bit of challenge for people needing assistance for walking. Need to improve the cooling within the apartment as the standing cooler fans, one each of the rooms are not very efficient especially during the current increase in ambient temperature.

The biggest frustration is that there was no air conditioning. It may have been my fault, but I only hooked this place thinking there was AC. The bedrooms were very warm and it was hard to sleep. The location was also very noisy. People walking around late at night, church bells going off every hour, and workers right outside our window starting work at 7:00 am. Put window AC units on the bedrooms at a minimum.

Dostaliśmy informacje o parkingach w okolicy. Z tańszego parkingu miejskiego do apartamentu jest 10 min pieszo (20 CHF/ dobę). Apartament w centrum miasta. Okolica spokojna. Apartament czysty, z kompletem wyposażenia. Smart TV. Wygodne łóżka.
Brak klimatyzacji w apartamencie - za to były dwa wiatraki. Trafiliśmy na bardzo gorący okres.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026The apartment location is fabulous, right in the center of Lucerne. It’s pretty much 10 mins walking from the train station and only a few mins from anywhere else you need to go. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the staff was helpful and responsive.
We got caught in an unfortunate heat wave, and the apartment was not air conditioned (which we knew) making it quite hot during the day.

We were assigned a room on the top floor (the attic), which had no elevator access. Carrying our mid-to-large luggage up two flights of stairs was an absolute struggle—especially since I am recovering from recent spine surgery and traveling with two pre-teens. To make matters worse, there was a major heatwave during our stay. Because the attic rooms had no air conditioning, the heat was unbearable, and we were unable to sleep at all. When we opened the windows, insects got inside our room. It was an uncomfortable stay.

This apartment is in an ideal location and an easy walking distance to the train station, restaurants, and town sights. Our host was incredibly gracious and friendly and made fast friends with our 6 year old. Stay here is you want an amazing experience in Lucerne! We will plan to visit again. The apartment was spacious, but unfortunately space was about the only luxury on offer. In reality, the apartment felt more like a budget student rental than a holiday stay. Cleanliness was below expectations, and having to haul heavy luggage upstairs without any advance warning was an unpleasant surprise. The price and the actual experience were simply worlds apart.

We were in the room which requires us to climb up some stairs. Also the ceiling is a bit low since it is a rooftop room. We bump our heads a couple of times.
