Location is decieving when you compare the pictures provided in advertisement versus where it is located. Parking was a challenge as well.

There was some street noise. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. I did, and I slept well.

The shower in one of the bathrooms was clogged... we have to work around it. One of the knobs on the stove didn' t work properly; it was not easy to turn it off. It needs to be repair.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026We loved the old style charm but modern style of this home. The different balconies located throughout the home were great to sit out on throughout the day. The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.
The home is located near the town center and on a street where many loud cars pass by in the early morning.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025The property is very spacious and comfortably accommodates a large family or group of friends. The décor is beautiful and thoughtfully done, and the location is excellent—right in the heart of Cabo Rojo, near the town square. Everything is within walking distance, including great restaurants and bars, which made getting around incredibly easy and enjoyable.
The property itself was great; however, we had difficulty sleeping due to street noise at night. There were cars speeding through the area and making noise until around 2 a.m., and then again early in the morning around 5 a.m. It seemed to be related to the holiday weekend. When I mentioned it to the owner, he explained that this was a one-off situation and not something that typically happens. If it hadn’t been for the noise, the stay would have been perfect, which is why we’re rating it a 7.
