A very disappointing experience from start to finish. We made a reservation for three people, but when we arrived at the room, we were told that the third bed could not be set up because it was already late. There were also not enough towels for three guests. When we contacted the night staff to try to resolve the situation, the employee simply said that it was “not his problem” and that there was nothing he could do. The Wi-Fi was also not working, and this was not resolved either. The following day, the hotel managers contacted us and offered a late check-out or a discount as compensation for the problems we had experienced. We then discussed a possible content collaboration with the hotel, and they agreed to it and provided us with the contact details of the person responsible. We contacted them as instructed and then received absolutely no response. What was most disappointing was not only the problems with the room, but the complete lack of care and professionalism in dealing with them. Even when the hotel itself offered compensation and agreed to continue the conversation, they simply stopped responding. We gave the hotel several opportunities to handle the situation properly, but unfortunately, they failed to do so every time. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel. The way the entire situation was handled left a very negative impression.

I had a pleasant time staying at Iconia lemon spaces. The location is great, people are very helpful and responsive especially Abdulrahman,Tarek and Shahd. They treat you like you are their own guest ❤️ , I would definitely stay here next time i am in Cairo.

المكان جميل جدًا، وتعامل الموظفين في قمة الاحترام والأخلاق، والموقع ممتاز ومميز، بالإضافة إلى أن المكان آمن في الفترة الصباحية والمسائية. بصراحة، طوال فترة إقامتي ما كنت حاس إني مجرد مستأجر، بالعكس كنت أشعر إني واحد منكم وكأني بين أهلي وعائلتي. هذا الشعور الجميل فرق معي كثير. شكرًا لكم جدًا على حسن التعامل والضيافة وعلى هذا الشعور الرائع، وإن شاء الله ما تكون آخر زيارة ❤️

La literie confortable est le seul point positif de cet établissement ! Il y a un restaurant de burgers plutôt bon à l’intérieur du patio et une mini supérette pour les boissons et les chips au besoin.

Cet établissement s’apparente à une location air bnb… et encore ! Pas de ménage journalier, une demande possible seulement sur 5 jours minimum puis 2 au delà donc pas de changement de serviettes de toilettes, de papier WC ou même de bouteille d’eau et de gel douche renouvelés ! Les canapés/fauteuils sont tachés et tout en général est très vieux, ce qui contrebalance fortement avec le hall d’entrée qui lui est propre et agréable ! L’odeur de cigarette dans la chambre et le distributeur de parfum d’encens à outrance dans le couloir est fortement désagréable. La clim est fonctionnelle mais fait un bruit infernal ce qui vous empêche de dormir. La piscine est minuscule et ne dispose même pas d’échelle ou marches pour entrer c’est soit vous sauter directement soit vous restez sur un des 3 transats défraîchi à disposition à l’extérieur. Le personnel ? Mise à part à la réception vous ne trouverez personne et même si vous le demandez avec gentillesse, on ne vous aidera pas pour trouver un chauffeur ou une excursion. Le quartier est assez loin de tous les centres d’intérêts type plateau de Gizeh, khan el khalili, restos pour touristes…

انقطاع تيار الكهرباء ، لم يتم تنظيف الشقه طول مده الاقامه كانت 8 ليالي تلفون الغرفه لا يعمل وكان ماء المغسله بارد وكانت تحتاج تسليك لان الماء لا يتدفق بسهوله . لا يسمحون في التأخير بعد الساعه 1 الظهر عند المغادره . لم اجد من يساعدني في حمل الشنط عند المغادره. كبيات الماء غير مغسوله وكان يوعد عليها احمر شفاه وتم تبليغ الرسبشن بكل ما سبق

The hosts were very warm and quick to respond to issues. the flat was very spacious and my family thoroughly enjoyed the time there. great air conditioning, lighting and location. plus we were able to do laundry(for a family of 5 with 3 teens) for free. an ATM was available next door for ease of cash. also a number of supermarkets within walking distance.

relatively minor issues as we managed alright - the cooking facilities were a bit limited for a family of 5(cutlery, pots). more suited to a couple or family with very young kids. no cleaning items in the flat(mop or broom) to tidy up.

We stayed at Boutique Residence Iconia Lemon Spaces Zamalek for 6 nights and had a really great experience. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were excellent, very friendly, polite, helpful, and professional throughout our entire stay. The location was also perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafés right on the ground floor, which was very convenient. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool and used it several times during our stay. For food and getting around, we used both Uber and Talabat, especially when we wanted something to eat after the restaurants had closed, and everything was very convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cairo, especially if you want a great location, spacious rooms, and friendly staff.

The only thing we would have preferred to be different was the pool closing at 12 AM. Since there wasn't really another common area where we could relax afterwards, it would have been great if the pool area could stay open a little later.

المكان جميل لكن الإدارة سيئه التنظيف سيء يجب إبلاغ الاداراه كل 3 ايام بالتنظيف ويجب ان يضعوك في جدول التنظيف مع انه المكان كان فاضي والفندق لا يوجد عليه ضغط

رائحه مجاري بممرات الفندق التنظيف قليل جدا الأصنصير واحد مفتوح يوجد كثير نمل بالمطبخ

L’emplacement est vraiment très agréable loin du bruit de la ville. Le personnel est très chaleureux et serviable. La piscine rajoute un plus à cet hôtel.

المكان بعيد جدا عن وسط البلد يحتاج مواصلات كثير لو النزيل ما عنده سيارة ثاني شي ما في مواقف سيارات خاص بالنزلاء ثالث شي المكيف كان سئ سئ سئ رابع النظافه معدومه وخصوصا في الحمامات

الممرات غير مكيفة ولها رائحة

الشقة نظيفة وجميلة ومرتبة، والإنترنت متوفر ويعمل بشكل جيد. كانت الإقامة مريحة بشكل عام، وأشكر لكم اهتمامكم بنظافة المكان

للأسف كانت الخدمة بطيئة، فقد طلبت المساعدة في حمل الأمتعة قبل موعد تسجيل الخروج بساعة واتصلت مسبقًا، ومع ذلك لم يحضر أحد إلا بعد تأخير. آمل تحسين سرعة الاستجابة والارتقاء بمستوى الخدمة.

Die Gegend ist sicher und ruhig.

Der gesamte Außenbereich und die Flure haben extrem unangenehm und faulig gerochen. Ich übertreibe nicht – meine Kinder mussten beim Verlassen unseres Zimmers sogar den Atem anhalten, weil der Geruch so schlimm war. Außerdem war das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und respektlos. So eine Unhöflichkeit habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht weiterempfehlen und Wir waren drei Personen – eine Mutter und zwei Kinder. Für uns gab es jedoch nur eine Decke. Ich habe das Personal um eine weitere Decke gebeten, aber sie wurde uns nicht gebracht. Deshalb musste einer von uns die Nacht ohne Decke schlafen. Das ist wirklich sehr traurig und enttäuschend. werde ganz sicher nie wieder hierher zurückkommen.

الممرات فيها ريحة وكتمه لانهم يطفون التكييف بعد المغرب في الممرات عشان التوفير اما مكيف الشقة سيء للغاية هواء مزعج جدا وناشف مافيه تبريد يعني كانك مشغل مروحة و تنظيف الشقة برسوم الا اذا اقامتك اسبوع لك زيارة وحدة فقط تنظيف تصميم الفندق ومساحات الغرف حلوة بس يحتاج تطوير واهتمام اكثر بالنسبة للموظفين ودودين ومحترمين جدا

انا كنت ساكن في الدور السادس وفيه غرفة الزبايل الله يكرمكم والريحة منتشره بالدور بالاضافة ان خدمة تنظيف الغرف وتغيير الملابس يقولون بالاسبوع مره ويقولون عشان احنا شقق مش فندق

كل شيء بلا استثناء فندق عائلي بامتياز شكرا لجميع العاملين على حسن التعامل ولنا زياره اخرى باذن الله

The apartment is spacious, with one bedroom, one bathrooms, bed was comfortable m, it was spotless cleaned, we stayed only a couple of nights, got to enjoy the swimming pool and the location was ideal for us. Overall we had a nice experience at Iconia

The aircon was loud, but after a while since it’s a constant sound we fell asleep.

Very nice location, quite nice hotel,

Excellent accueil . Mon probleme de reservation a ete resolu rapidement par vos soins. Tres bon sejour dans cette residence au centre du Caire. Calme. Beaucoup de place. On se sent comme chez soi. Nous avons beaucoup apprecié de diner le soir ou de prendre un café dans la cour interieure, fraiche et calme. Nous recommandons aussi la librairie et la boutique de createurs dans l’enceinte de l’hotel.

Location in Zamalek is very good. Building has a food court downstairs which comes very handy. Very comfortable beds and large apartment.

An excellent place to stay at in Zamalek, easily accessible, a great location with many supermarkets/restaurants/coffee shops nearby (including some on location in the courtyard of the building itself). Very spacious rooms (we stayed in a 2-room apartment), very quiet and very comfortable. The staff at the reception and at housekeeping were very friendly and helpful and available 24 hours which was also helpful. The availability of the free washers/dryers is also very convenient. Will definitely choose Iconia Lemon Spaces again if visiting Cairo.

Die Lage in Zamalek ist gut. Die Betten bequem. Das Appartment geräumig.

Wir sind auf einer Konferenz gewesen und benötigten eine Rechnung, um gegenüber unserem Arbeitgeber abzurechnen. Die Unterkunft sah sich nicht in der Lage, eine Rechnung auszustellen. Wie kann das sein bei einem Hotel? Auch die Intervention von booking selbst, die darauf hingewiesen haben, dass laut Vertrag das Hotel verpflichtet sei, eine Rechnung auszustellen, hat nicht geholfen. Das Einzige, was man geschafft hat, war, uns eine Booking Übersicht zu schicken, was nicht im Entferntesten mit einer Rechnung zu tun hatte. So was habe ich in vielen Jahren mit Buchungen über Booking noch nicht erlebt. Sollten Sie also aus Businessgründen in Kairo sein, vermeiden Sie das Hotel besser, wenn Sie eine Rechnung benötigen.

Spacious room with relatively modern furniture and design. 24h reception, good options for food in the ground floor with 10-15% discount. Very good location in the best neighborhood with good restaurants nearby.

The wi-fi didn`t reach the master bedroom. Hard to balance the water temperature of the shower (from cold to very hot). The temperature of the swimming pool was extremely cold, to the level it was unusable (it was one of the reasons to choose the apartment). Price ok, it would be a very good value if the wi-fi was working perfect and the swimming pool temperature was adequate.

The place we rented was well furnished with comfortable furniture. The location felt safe. There are food options on the main level.

We didn’t have sheets or blankets for the sofa bed and had to ask 3 times for them before someone brought them up. Also asked for more toilet paper which was never received.

The apartment was great for 4. Location is perfect.

Zamalekist eine sehr schöne Gegend. Es hat viele Restaurants, Spa Angebote und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Aparthotel ist sauber, komfortabel und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Pool war sauber, mit vielen Pflanzen und Blumen umgeben. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Grossen Dank. Wir kommen wieder.

Posizione strategica al centro del Cairo per chi non si vuole limitare a vedere soltanto le piramidi e il museo ma bensì tante altre belle cose, il quartiere da un senso di sicurezza perché pieno di militari e polizia grazie alla presenza delle ambasciate

The location in zamalek

The place was very hot the AC wasn’t working and the alleviator which is close to the ward am staying in is not working so i had to transfer my entrance and exit from the second lobi . Moreover the trash room’s door was always open. Wasn’t really satisfying to see this image every-time i cross the corridor. We stayed in villa atouta which is owned by the same company! It was much fun and luxury experience than lemon space zamalek . I wish to take care more about the details because it matters . I wouldn’t recommend it to any one. Specially the cars issue which are not allowed to wait us because the police is very strict about the traffic management !

Mohammad was amazing. He alwaya made sure ibwas taken care of throughout my stay i cant say enough good thibgs about him. He us great.

La localisation dans Zamalek est très bonne. Les chambres sont confortables mais le ménage et petit déjeuner n’était pas inclus. Zamalek regorge de cafés sympathiques, ce qui compense. La piscine est très bien.

L’absence de petit déjeuner et le côté un peu impersonnel du lieu.

Beyond my expectations. Too good to be true.
