Clean and with good proximity to shops and beach. Owner very quick in the communication.

Quite noisy when people are living upstairs as the sound travels through the door that separated the upstairs and downstairs apartments. Pots and pans very tired looking with many scratches.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt very welcome and enjoyed every moment of our time here.

Иногда казалось, что я захожу на чужую территорию на балконе.😊 Он идёт по двум сторонам с видом на океан. В каждой комнате свой сан. узел и душевая, кондиционер , шкаф для одежды. Спокойное место, недалеко от пляжа. Очень приятные впечатления от проживания и отдыха!

Appartamento con piscina molto grande e pulito. Bagni e doccia ampia. Vista mozzafiato, in pochi minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia e la zona con ristorantini. Boccione dell'acqua a disposizione degli ospiti.

Purtroppo mancava il sapone per la lavatrice come anche le istruzioni e anche la carta asciuga tutto, che risulterebbe comoda per gli ospiti. Consiglio di comunicare i giorni in cui vengono a fare pulizie interne all'appartamento come anche i trattamenti in piscina, noi purtroppo siamo stati colti a nostra insaputa dagli operai che hanno fatto manutenzione mentre facevamo colazione.

We had a very enjoyable stay at La Bella Apartment. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful sea view that we looked forward to every day. The location in Bel Ombre was peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax while still being within easy driving distance of beaches, restaurants, and other attractions around Mahé. The apartment was well equipped for self-catering, with a kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare meals comfortably. Parking was convenient, and the host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. She even allowed us to pay on the last day after using all our SCRs so that we are not left with too much local currency. The property also represented excellent value for money compared to many other accommodation options on the island. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend La Bella Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and well-located base for exploring Mahé. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only minor issue we encountered was the presence of quite a few ants around the dining table area. Given the tropical climate, this may be difficult to avoid completely, but it is something that could be improved.

The pool was small and next to other apartment, so it did not feel that we could use it.

Очень красивый вид, фото отеля соответствуют действительности (бассейн в одной вилле только) Есть все необходимое для готовки и стирки. Достаточно хорошее расположение, но придется немного побегать вверх-вниз с горки😅 Рядом есть супермаркет. Если пройти дальше, то там еще несколько будут. Пляж хороший, есть где поплавать с маской (камни и кораллы), так и без, где чистый песок. Вода кристально прозрачная! На берегу полно кафе и ресторанов.

Хозяин не привез воды, хотя обещал.. Видимо, обиделся, что мы не купили у него экскурсию 😁Тостер и вытяжка были грязные.

Jättefin och stor villa med två våningar. Vacker Utsikt över havet. Kändes lyxigt. Även en liten pool som barnen gillade. Bekvämt med tvättmaskin man kunde använda.

Sopstation på gatan utanför som luktade när man gick ner men det är inget boendet kan rå över.

The location is perfect. Yes, it's a bit of a climb, but the villa offers stunning ocean views. There's a large balcony, and you can clearly hear the ocean. The villa itself is huge, exceeding our expectations. It has everything we need for comfort. The people are very friendly, and we loved interacting with them. They offer a shuttle service, which is convenient and cheaper than a taxi from the airport. We would definitely choose this place again.

Grosszügige doppelstöckige Wohnung mit Balkon und kleinem privaten Schwimmbad, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr netter und kompetenter Empfang, wir hatten jederzeit eine Ansprechperson. Der Transfer vom Hafen und zum Flughafen wurde auf unsere Anfrage hin vom Gastgeber organisiert. Ebenso konnten wir über den Gastgeber einen Mietwagen reservieren.

Die Unterkunft liegt hinter dem ehemaligen Fishermans Cove Hotel. Dieses wurde gerade abgerissen und es entsteht eine neue Ferienanlage. Es könnte grösserer Baulärme entstehen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war der Abbau erträglich.

I would say this is one of the top stays near beau vallon beach. The house itself is very well maintained and spacious, The host was amazing and helped us out with the drop to the ferry jetty. The beach itself is very beautiful, taking a walk early in the morning or in the evening is just bliss. Lots of options nearby to eat and enjoy.

Wielkie mieszkanie ze wszystkimi wygodami. Bardzo dobrze posprzątane. Dobra lokalizacja. Wygodne łóżko. Super łazienka. Świetny Pan z obsługi i przemiła Pani sprzątająca. Super taras.

Niestety podczas 2 dniowego pobytu ubiłem 3 wielkie karaluchy. W tym jednego na ramie łóżka. Gdyby nie to, ocena byłaby minimum 9 ale przez to spadła bardzo. Nie zamieszczę zdjęcia owada mimo że je zrobiłem bo już nie chcę właścicielowi szkodzić ale mam nadzieję że wykona w mieszkaniu deratyzacje. Spray na karaluchy, przynajmniej dla mnie, to za mało. Za rok również lecę na Seszele i z wielką chęcią znów bym tam zamieszkał ale przez te karaluchy nie wchodzi to w grę.

Близко к лучшему пляжу острова, удобное расположение комнат с видом на океан и на зеленый склон. В нашем доме был небольшой бассейн - можно было провести в нем вечер. Дом с хорошим ремонтом и всем необходимым на кухне. Даже есть барбекю зона и можно попросить постирать вещи у горничной ❤️

We really liked the spacious rooms, the excellent kitchen facilities for self-catering, the great bathroom, the functional furnishings, and the air-conditioned bedroom.

What we found a little less comfortable was that the living room was not air-conditioned, the slope up to the entrance was a bit challenging, and mosquito protection over the ventilation openings was missing.

Das Apartment war super schön und sauber und sobald was kaputt gegangen ist wurde es sofort repariert. Wir waren in Apartment 3 und der Ausblick auf das Meer war wunderschön.

I forgot my personal car key in the apartment last day, i realized that in the airport then i called him and he brought me the car key to the airport. it was very kind and he helped me a lot. Super friendly staff member, house feels and looks all renewed and clean. We had a really wonderful experience here for a good quality/price.

Not their fault, but the weather was crazy bad in this period, and during the night you can really hear the strong winds and palms even if you close everything, and that could be a bit frightening.

1. Not much privacy as you have app above and next, the sound isolation is low.

We stayed for 3 nights. 1. The property is close to bus stop and supermarket 2. One of the bedrooms is really nice, with good views, lighting and tasteful decoration 3. Host arranged for alternate accommodation as we were checking out late 4. Living room and balcony are quite big, the views are nice too 5. Pool access, when the apartment it was attached to, was not booked.

After amazing hospitality in Praslin and La Digue, this was a disappointment for the 4 of us. 1. One of the bedrooms literally does not have any views, makes you feel cramped up (please see photos), its a 2 star hotel room at best. 2. The door of the washroom from this bedroom cannot open properly because it gets stuck with shower door. 3. Access to another washroom was not provided, even though this was communicated to the host. 4. For Washing machine, we had to use the shared one downstairs which was leading onto the kitchen of another apartment. Also, no detergent was provided. 5. We had to pay 50 euros for 4 hours for a studio apartment for late checkout. 6. Even though we communicated we needed a Taxi from ferry, we got to know after arriving, it was not sent due to a miscommunication.

Very spacious, clean and fully equipped accommodation, just like in the photoes. Good location towards the north of Mahe Island. Smooth cooperation with the owner.

No air conditioning in the living room. There are many pots in the kitchen, but one or two are adequate because the others are scratched.

1. This place is huge and surrounded with beautiful scenic view and near to beach 2. Care taker is humble and very responsive over phone and WhatsApp 3. All necessary utensils were available for self catering and wifi also good 4. Owner and care taker are happy to accommodate late night flights arrival

1. It has got only one 1 ton air conditioner in big sleeping room, which is not sufficient to cool the room at all, suggest to keep air conditioner in hall and also increase the tonnage capacity of air conditioner 2. This place is not available on google maps, i am not sure why but it get difficult to reach if you don’t buy local sim and if travelling at late night 3. Swimming pool access is only for some specific rooms, i am not sure why so. 4. At least a bottle of mineral water should be made available on arrival for guest, which can be improved

Unfortunately, our stay didn’t meet expectations. The host was generally inhospitable and communication was poor. Despite the booking stating we could store our luggage until 3pm, we were told to collect it by 2pm and had to leave it outside, as no proper storage was provided. There was no check-in area or clear instructions on arrival, and although the booking was non-refundable and made in advance, we were told to pay again on arrival. The suite itself was extremely hot, with air conditioning only in the bedroom and old TV with barely any channels. While there is a pool on the property, we were informed it was only for the use of other guests, which was disappointing and not made clear beforehand. Would not recommend.

It's perfect experience for our family. Even out of our expectations. It has large space, comfortable furnitures and convenient facilities, decoration are also beautiful, just like 5 stars villa. If we come again, we will still choose this accommodation again definitely.

We did not have an air conditioner for all the 3 nights here. I must admit we asked a compensation and we received it. There are cockroaches all over the kitchen and the living room all the time! The service guy who came for the air conditioner got plastic, dust, dirt, insects and mold in our belongings on the table below which he could have just asked for us to move… Otherwise there is guy who opened the house, he is quite polite and responsive, we didn’t saw the owner.

First time we stayed in a Self Catering Accommodation, it was home from home, spacious, clean, 5 minutes walk to the Beach or Supermarket , Restaurants and other amenities a short stroll away. Can't wait to go back

The balcony and the big windows

The timing of acceptance procedure. There was none at the accomodation waiting for us, although the arrival time was c ommunicated in advance. We were more than 1 hour outside the apartmant waiting for the key.

Very spacious unit over two levels, the one with the splash pool. Without the pool, the heat would have made a stay a lot less enjoyable. A gas BBQ grill was a welcome variant which you do not get in many places. The unit was well equipped with all necessities, kitchen was great, all neat as a pin - would visit again.

The aircon in the main bedroom battled to keep the room cold, an aircon in the downstairs lounge would have been a major advantage - but the place is spacious, so would require a massive aircon unit.

Location was perfect, the space was beautiful, and accessibility was also great
