Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Incredible location at the end of the town with uninterrupted views down the valley. Such a spacious and well kept apartment with good equipment for cooking. We didn’t hear anybody else in the building despite each apartment being occupied and it felt luxurious throughout.
I received too many emails in advance, sometimes with conflicting information for example one said check out 11am and one said midday. When then looking for specific info it is difficult to find the relevant email. Other properties this week have had much clearer and easier to track communication.

No washer or dryer in the apartment. Two washers and four dryers with limited access (5:00-10:00pm) for the entire building always had bedding left in them, by the staff, with four hours still needed to complete the dry cycle.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026The location and the room is super big, the wide windows with the stunning view of the train to zermatt is superb. There is nearby coop where you can get the necessary stuffs and of course it is located just 1 min to zermatt train station which is super convenience. The room has enough space for our group of 7 and everyone enjoyed staying.
There is a tiny problem with one of bathroom door, it was somehow broken and cannot locked properly. We didn't inform the host since our stay was only 1 night so we manage to just close it (without lock). Everything else was just perfect.

Waking up to breathtaking mountain views from such a spacious and beautifully designed apartment was simply unforgettable. Every morning felt magical. The apartment is super modern, sleek, and thoughtfully styled — yet still warm and cozy. Everything was perfectly prepared, from the fully equipped kitchen appliances to the comfortable beds and soft blankets. It genuinely feels like a home away from home. The location is excellent — very near the Zermatt car parking station, making it extremely convenient for travellers. Huge bonus points: • Free parking just downstairs 🚗 • Lift access (very helpful with luggage!) • Easy check-in process • Clear and detailed instructions from the host Everything was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Out of all the places we stayed during our Switzerland trip, this was absolutely the best. Incredible comfort, beautiful interiors, amazing location, and truly great value for money. Highly recommended — we would 100% stay here again.

Мы жили на 3 этаже в 11 апартаментах , там было абсолютно все для приготовления пищи , полотенца , постельное белье . Все было супер удобно . Очень расстроилась , что не работает камин , когда мы бронировали это было самым важным фактором для нас и вот в день заезда мы узнаем, что он не работает . Я была очень расстроена , но когда мы приехали , зашли в квартиру и увидели этот невероятный вид из окна , о камине сразу все забыли ) очень рекомендую данные апартаменты и сами обязательно еще раз вернемся .

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026The place is very easy to find. Parking right in front of the door. The owner was very nice and helpful right away. The view of the mountains in front of you, is breathtaking! Close to the train station to Zermatt and the mountains to explore. The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped, clean and cozy. We felt at home right away. Absolutely gorgeous. We’ll be back for sure!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Tolle gemütliche und saubere Wohnung. Super Lage mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Bahnhof und Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Bahnfahrt von Täsch nach Zermattt dauert 12 Minuten. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen und kostenfrei. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Keine Steckdosen im Bad. Zwei Heizkörper im Wohnbereich sowie ein Heizkörper in einem Bad funktionierten nicht. Es kam zwar sofort jemand am ersten Abend vorbei, aber das Problem konnte trotz mehrfacher Bemühungen nicht behoben werden. Es sollte dann noch eine Rückmeldung erfolgen, aber dies geschah bis zu unserer Abreise nicht. Keine normalen TV-Programme, nur Streamingdienste.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025Very lovely apartment with a cozy feeling and big TV to watch movies with a group. Spacious and clean. It’s close to the train station and only 12 minutes from Zermatt. We wanted to go skiing there but couldn’t go due to the weather. Luckily it’s also pretty close to Saas-fee too(1.5h by public transport). 2 bathrooms which is amazing for bigger groups especially when you do activities such as skiing/hiking/biking. Very nice host, who really keeps you updated and responds fast. With an easy self-check in system so arrival goes super smooth.
Only one of the sleeping sofas was hard to put together. We managed and it wasn’t a big problem at all but it did took us some time.

Because the building is shared between multiple apartments and the noise insulation is not great, movement in the other apartments and hallways can be a little disruptive.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2025This apartment was very clean and spacious. Two bathrooms was a big bonus. There was a laundry room in the basement that guests could use in the evening- this was convenient but also challenging to get an open washer/dryer.
Unfortunately once we arrived, I sent 2 different messages to our contact person regarding how to order breakfast and how to adjust the heat but there was no response. As far as bath started products, we had only body wash.....no shampoo or conditioner. There was also an individual coffee maker to use, but no starter coffee/sugar, etc. We checked at the grocery store and there was only a big amount available to sale (which did not fit our 3 day stay) so the coffee machine was of no help to us.
