Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Местонахождение отеля отличное, найти не сложно и рядом со станцией поезда на Церматт, куда впрочем все и направляются. Есть парковка бесплатная что очень приятно для путешественника, при заезде с дороги Вам нужно заехать под запрещающий знак, езжайте смело не пугайтесь у Вас бронь в отеле. Номер в отеле это полноценная квартира с двумя спальнями и гостиной, а также мини кухня и ванная комната. Вид на горы, скорее всего в каждом номере, отель из 5 этажей. В кухне все столовые приборы на 6 персон максимум, холодильник, плита чайник, микроволновая печь, посудомойка и духовка, вообще всё необходимое. В спальнях есть шкафы для вещей, одеяла и подушки разных размеров. Также кладут гель для душа и туалетную бумагу. Есть телевизор большой, если хотите его посмотреть через интернет, то Вам придется поделится своим мобильным интернетом с телевизором. Удобно что никто не встречает, всё написано, всю информацию вы получите после бронирования и ключ в мини сейфе возьмёте сами. Я рекомендую это место!
Единственное что не понравилось - это подушки, одна слишком большая, вторая слишком маленькая. Лучше большие заменить на средние со стандартным размером 50×70 и средней мягкости. И матрац немного мягкий. Но это лично мое пожелание.

Два минуса первый нет кондиционера, второй я никак не смог связаться с хозяйкой, потому что я ей звонил, писал WhatsApp писал в e-mail. Мне никто не отвечал, когда мне понадобилось информация.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Great view especcialy for trains spotting. Clean, good size. We requested late checkout (at 12) and was no problem, also early dropoff luggage (at 13) and again no problem. Thank you for that!
Just 1 bathroom. No garbage bags. Not an easy path to the property from railway station if you have big trollers.

I felt it was a one-way communication with the host. When I asked a question I never got a reply. Instead I got lots of ‘mass-communication’ messages. Often the same message multiple times. The equipment in the apartment was well worn down.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Die Lage am Ortsrand von Täsch mit unverbautem Blick auf die Berge war TOP. Parkplatz direkt am Haus - etwas eng aber ging. Supermarkt Restaurants und das Bahnterminal nach Zermatt in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Schön großes Wohn-/Esszimmer.
Die Betten waren für Zwei zu schmal, um gemütlich zu sein. Ablagefläche sehr spartanisch: je ein wackeliger kleiner Schrank mit Kleiderstange (keine Fächer) in den Schlafzimmern. Auch in der Küche wäre ein kleiner Tisch oder ein Regal hilfreich. Bad - speziell die Badewanne hatte schon bessere Zeiten. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Handtuchwechsel wurde per Mail angeboten, aber nicht durchgeführt.

Ideally located for walking to the Matterhorn terminal with trains every 15 minutes. Easy walking distance to grocery stores and cafes, even open on Sundays.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Our stay was very pleasant. As soon as you enter the building, there is a lovely smell, just like inside the apartment, which gives a great sense of cleanliness and care. The apartment is large, comfortable, very clean, and welcoming. The balcony, with a table and chairs, is perfect for enjoying the wonderful view. We would also highlight the excellent value for money and the kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness of the owners/staff in all our contacts with them. We definitely recommend it.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Idéalement placé à environ 10' à pied du centre-ville et des commerces ainsi que de la gare. Une belle vue sur la montagne. L'appartement est un bon rapport qualité prix. C'était propre et confortable. En prime une place de parking est incluse dans la prestation.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026Die gesamte Organisation rund um die Unterkunft (Anreise, Zugang, Aufenthalt, Abreise) war sehr einfach und effizient, ich erhielt alle Informationen frühzeitig und ausführlich. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig (auch für 6 Personen kein Problem) und praktisch gelegen.

Reviewed Oct 24, 2025We really enjoyed the positioning of the accommodation facing towards Zermatt and the Matterhorn. The view from inside our accommodation was superb with the balcony made things even more appealing. The room was well prepared and clean and had plenty of space for a family of 6. The proximity to local supermarkets and the train station made everything easy to reach.
With the Zermatt train departing early you can hear the train leave the station.

Reviewed Sep 22, 2024Location is OK. Standard of the room was very good, all was clean and tidy. Little issues with damaged light swith and bed are at the end not that much important. Appartment we rented for 4 persons, with two bedrooms, is spacey, and can in practice accomodate 6 persons, if you deploy sofa in the living room.
There is limited parking locations, which are not assigned to particular appartments. Arriving in the evening exposes you to no free spots, this is disappointing. In practice, other guys coming with two cars take legitimately your potential spot. Not a good solution and considering the location, guaranteed parking spots are crucial. Alternative parking mentioned in the communiacation by email: we were not able to find the address and plaques. My suggestion here is to assign one spot per appartment and keep any left as first-come-first-served. That would make much more sense. Good I had Swiss Army Knife, otherwise there was no cork-screw :) (OK, that is a minor point) Take some ear plugs as there are some nice cows with bells behind the window and you may not be able to have a proper rest over night.

The communication with the staff was quite bad. It took them few days to answer the messages or they didn't answer at all.

We specifically booked this property as it had many reviews about one parking space per unit right outside the main entrance. We required this due to a member of our party being disabled. Upon arrival we found another car parked in our space and all other spaces taken. We tried to contact the host to no avail, meanwhile the owner of the block of apartments next to this one aggressively shouted at us about not parking in her spaces, despite not being parked in these spaces (we had pulled up at the side of the road). The owner of the car who had parked in our space then came out and refused to move their car stating someone had taken their space, so they were taking ours. This resulted in 30 minutes of aggressive verbal assaults from not only the owner of next door but also the other couple when all we needed was the parking spot for our apartment. Eventually we managed to contact the host and explained everything but she stated this ‘was not her problem’ and there were other spaces further away. Nevertheless, we could not locate these spaces. The host made no effort to resolve the issue further. Inside the apartment the beds and pillows were incredibly thin and worn out which made for an uncomfortable night but everything else was fine. The apartment above us did have a rather loud party until 1am. We’re unsure if these are common issues that happen or if we were just incredibly unlucky in our stay but we would not recommend or stay at this apartment again.

The stove top did not work properly and it took time to cook. Informed the owner but no response on WhatsApp. Only next day when I called they spoke but by then we had to check out. Otherwise everything else was good. Nice location, nice furnishing and nice view.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2024Welcoming and active hosts with every question we had. Very beautiful landscape with no other buildings in front of the Zermatt mountains. Really big rooms and quite modern setting. Included parking. We enjoyed our stay very much and hoped to stay there bit longer!
Parking space and the driveways are really narrow for a large vehicle.

The owners do not respond to any messages, it was freezing in the apt. You can’t control the heat. It was dirty and worn out furniture and cooking equipment. Glasses and dishes were dirty, bathtub dirty and oily.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2024Good value for money. You can tell this is an old apartment that was recently renovated. Some parts of the apartment still look rather outdated, such as the kitchen. But the price of the apartment also reflects this, so completely fine with us! :) The place is spacious, everything in the kitchen worked, heating and warm warm water worked, the flat is close to Tasch train station, we were happy!
The owners went cheap on the mattresses, you could directly feel the mattress springs. But again, considering the price of the apartment, this is absolutely fine for a night. People with back problems might think otherwise though.
