Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Espectacular! Es un hotel que en cualquier ciudad europea valdría 4 veces más. Todo está cuidado al último detalle y el personal es tan atento, tan amable… y te ayudan en todo. Tuvimos un problema ajeno al hotel y gracias a ellos conseguimos solucionarlo. Vale la pena pagar las habitaciones con bañera! La ubicación inmejorable!

1. Did not follow my request made at my booking because I checked in very late. But I had informed about late checking, too. 2. The place looks fancy, premium ; but the materials are all cheap and room layout not functional. Just pretending to be luxurious whereas it's like low grade hotel. 3. As a result, price is seriously too high and not worth it.

The housekeeper (Jasmine) was also great! Despite the language barrier, we felt that everyone was very accommodating.

The bed is comfortable and the pillows are the best. I highly recommend this hotel and I will totally come back here. Oh, and the oversized bath tub in the room is epic…I was on the 43rd floor

It was inconvenient that his is not a typical hotel where you can go downstairs for breakfast. We had to go next door to a convenience store to buy prepared meals etc.if I had have realised I would not have booked the hotel as there is plenty of nice traditional hotels in the area.

Acho que a propaganda é maior do que de fato o hotel. A subida é confusa, pois é em um prédio e o hotel é a partir do 30° andar. Não digo que é um hotel ruim, até porque é muito confortável, mas acho que é superestimado. O preço é bem superior ao que é oferecido pelos hoteis na China.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026The in house service was great. Connected thru WeChat if we needed anything and one of the reception girls would be at your service. Laundry was 10 items a day per room. Very busy location. Loved the big bath
The lobby was on like the 50th floor I think but getting on was a nightmare at times due to so many others sharing the building. My kids took 20 mins to come up as they weren’t use to the pushing and shoving to get on the elevator.

It shares the same building as many other hotel so the elevator get super busy. The room is build in a way that it looks good but it’s not great. Generic furniture like the type you would find from IKEA. Built quality is subpar. My bath was leaking water every time I fill it up.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Service was great, from the warm welcome, to the complimentary 24hr laundry service to the speed in which they replied our texts, it felt really personalised. Good location as well right opposite raffles city and next to subway line 1.
The design of the room was that a window was perpetually open, which made the room kind of chilly in mid January. There was sometimes also a human jam downstairs as the lift was shared by different hotels located on different levels. Small grouses though compared to the value we got from the level of service and comfort of stay.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Sanye and QiuQiu (housekeepers) were incredibly kind and helped us feel at home during our stay. The Sanye was very friendly and even helped me pick up and return my missed delivery package, and the other hotel staff were also very good. Honestly the best hotel I’ve stayed at in China. The amenities, views and service was everything we could’ve asked for and more. Would 1000% recommend!!
That we had to leave. I would gladly stay here again I visit Chongqing next!!

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ganz besonders hat mir während meines Aufenthalts coco von der Rezeption geholfen. Egal welche Fragen Ich bezüglich des Hotels, den Räumlichkeiten, Attraktionen oder Restaurants hatte Sie konnte mir da steht’s weiterhelfen.

Además tiene estación de metro prácticamente en la puerta. El personal cordial y pendiente en todo momento de hacernos la estancia cómoda y confortable. Un 10 al servicio de lavandería. 10 prendas sin coste al día. Cuando viajas muchos días en un excelente servicio.
