Saya suka environment apartment ni sunyi dan tidak dekat dengan jalan besar. Kolam pon ok cuma guard je tegas sangat tak bagi berenang pakai baju atau seluar biasa.

Menepati citarasa saya dan keluarga dengan pelbagai kemudahan yang ada. Jika anda datang dengan keluarga yang ada anak-anak kecil(bawah 12tahun), Tempat ini boleh dijadikan pilihan utama.

Jika boleh ditambah sedikit provasi(langsir) dibahagian dapur adalah sangat baik untuk para ibu Muslim menjaga aurat mereka.

It feels like going back to school. Full of rules & guards. Guards empowerment need to reconsider. The lift at the parking is a JOKE. Max weight 3xx kg but when 3 pax go in already overloaded. My brain cannot compute.

Parking lot too far away only 1 🗝️ 1 access card exit from guard hse also need access I think provide 2 set will be better

Safe and secure, nice pool, lots of roaming security staff. Fast internet.

Only 1 swipe card is limiting when travelling with 7 people in the one room. Some coffee mugs with handles would make hot drinks easier to drink.

Crowded at public holidays

The apartment was big with 3 rooms. For a family of five, it was really good. Waterpark is amazing, gym facility also good. Conveniently located nearby Saddam Nasi Kandar, a dimsum place and a cafe. Close by to a convinient store. Will definitely come again.

All is good. But hopefully can provide more than one access card so can move easier.

The service was good and the unit was very clean. Seriously value for money. Families with 6 or 7 can easily fit in. The facilities inside the unit is good too. NO REGRETS !!!

Very nice

The rooms were spacious enough to fit all of us. The location is also good and near a lot of shops. They also had Netflix available on the tv.

The instructions to find our way to the apartment was a little confusing. Maybe because it’s our first time. The livingroom sofa was very small and uncomfortable. I think if there are 3 rooms then the sofa also should be big enough to fit at least 4 people. There was no mirror to dress up in the rooms. I had to bring my makeup and get ready using the decorative mirror in the livingroom. There were some ants inside the house too.

The design and decoration of the apartment is cozy, very comfortable to stay. Host is very helpful and provided some advice in advance so that we can have smooth check-in.

Found hairs on the pillows, dust and spider net at the corner of bed-rooms. The beds are too soft causing back pain.

House was clean and cosy, and spacious enough for everyone! Excellent place! I left my phone charger there, and the host graciously mail it back to us! Thank you so much!

There was someone playing the piano at around 11pm, not sure what floor it came from, but it disturb our sleep.

Homestay as in picture, comfortable and nice Fast respond from owner, provide detais check in process, just follow the checked in doc given,. Recommended homestay, value for money

The swimming pool, includes slides, bucket splash & others. Kids loving it. U can even snap pics or vid of planes flying close to the property

Eventhough its just 10-11km from center, do take note that numerous numbers of traffic light, take you of average 25-30mins to reach there. However there is aeon mall station 18 nearby which is big & has most of the international brands makes it a wonder.

Nice and clean room and house

The location and swimming pool facility are good for family. Contemporary interior design of the house. The host is accommodative and able to reply to my messages fast.

1) Lack of solid bath towel hangers. It is using normal double sided tape and could not withstand the weight for hanging bath towel and thus falling off. 2) Need further improvement on the cleanliness. The trays inside the fridge were having sticky drinking stains and did not clean. The area of Kitchen Floor was oily. Need to mop again ourselves. 3) No detergent provided for clothes washing despite the washing machine is ready. 4) The house is new, but there are plenty of wear & tear signs, i.e. room lamp, dining table and queen size bedrames. 5) Bath towel was found with permanent brown dirt stains. 6) Oily finger marks were left over on the TV screen by the previous guests. 7) The sofa is too small for normal adult size.

The house was very comfy,near to everything needed. Pool was super nice and large.

the house is so clean and well furnished. so easy to get the keys too! theres a nasi kandar shop next door so u wont feel hungry!

when we first came we didnt know the parking area and it was tad bit walking distance from parking to the building. difficult for elder parents to walk - if youre travelling with elder family members, drop them off first at the lobby!

The house is clean and neat. The knocking chair is fun.

The sofa in the living room is kinda small, so it's quite difficult to sit comfortably. The parking space is a bit too far.

The house is neat and tidy. The interior is minimalist but pleasing to the eyes. Owner was helpful and has a very warm personality who facilitated us during our stay. Will recommend this to anyone who want to stay in Ipoh
