I came to this hotel 3 times is very comfortable the size and design of the room is perfect compared with other hotels

It was a quick and wonderful stay. Mr. Ragab, the receptionist, is a fantastic representative of the hotel. He provided me with great assistance, a smooth and quick check-in, and a check-out that took less than a minute. He also upgraded my room and the hospitality of the entire reception team was outstanding. I reiterate my thanks to Mr. Ragab. The ladies on the reception team were truly exceptional; the room was elegant and clean.

Everything was as expected, the beds are comfortable

There is no toothbrush or toothpaste. This is the second time this has happened to me, every time I check into the room it is so hot you can't even breathe, it would be nice if the rooms that give them to me would turn on the air conditioners in advance. The breakfast wasn't bad but the coffee was terrible. The guy at the reception didn't give me any information, I had to ask him about everything.

Chambre et salle de bain pas pratique. matelas très dur et pas confortable. chambre remplie de poussière. linge de bain vieux et pas propre avec beaucoup de tâches. Petit déjeuner très maigre. Pas de choix et pâtisserie pas bon. Le décore du lobby est très jolie mais le reste n'est pas un 5* hotel.

On a dû nous même descendre nos baggage pour le check out car il n'y a personne pour le service et cela était à 9h30 du matin. Je ne recommande pas cette hotel pour les personnes qui on l'habitude d'un 5*. Ce n'est même pas un 4* cet hôtel. Il est bien pour un 2.5-3*

I like only the hall entrance floor and the elevators they were super fast

First of all if jt says 30km from the city be aware that is always more and more then 1 hour. I didn’t like this hotel because at the property was the rude receptionist, the room was very very cold it was cold outside we arrived very late at night because of our flight and like they should’ve heat it a bit before. It wasn’t clean as it should’ve like hello its DoubleTree by Hilton its not any random Hotel, then they were a lot of thing missing in bathroom the toothbrush and toothpaste the shampoo we called them 4 5 times to refill the shampoo it didn’t work, the tv remote control didn’t work until we called someone to changed it. That very high price with nothing even breakfast was not included and etc etc

Je suis venu plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel, y’avait plus de choix niveau petit déjeuner. Ils peuvent faire mieux. Baisser le prix du massage. Ce n’est pas près du centre d’Istanbul.

very bad attitude in receiving clients as well the categorization on booking for the room far away from reality paying extra money for nothing, staff in eating lounge are so aggressive with tourists.

The room was a decent size, clean, and had everything you'd expect. The hairdryer was of good design, which is a plus compared to some hotels, and the Wi-Fi was pretty solid. The TV was old, so the picture quality wasn’t great, but honestly, that wasn’t a big deal. The bed was okay, though it was a little sunk in around the mid back location, likely from guests sitting up to watch tv. The room had a 180-degree view, but with the grey winter weather and the industrial area outside, there wasn’t much to see. The continental breakfast was fine. The omelette made by Domra-Sema was really good, but other than that, I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast options. The chicken soup was nice, but sadly, it was only available one day during my week-long stay.

The biggest letdown was the hotel restaurant. Honestly, I couldn’t figure out if it was open or not the entire time I was there. When I first arrived, I was turned away because it was late, which was fine, but reception said it would be open late. It would’ve been helpful if they had just said the last entry time instead of the "closing time." Luckily, the terrace bar was open late, so I had a burger for dinner, but the terrace was super smoky and didn’t have much fresh air. Throughout the week, I couldn’t tell if the restaurant was open or not. One day, I came down for lunch, sat down, and saw the chefs cooking, but there were no staff around. After a few minutes, another group came in, asked the chefs something, and left. I waited a bit and then left for an outside restaurant, which I ended up visiting at least three times during my stay. I’m guessing they mostly focus on room service, since the menu in the restaurant and room service was the same. As for the food, the main dishes were pricey and not very flavourful for what you got. The snack meals, like burgers and pizza, were average but better than the main dishes. There was one local restaurant I really liked more for the food, vibe, and experience. I also tried the spa, but that was a bit awkward. I was thinking of booking a treatment for the evening, but the lady didn’t speak English, and it was hard to understand what she was saying. She was friendly enough, but the conversation was uncomfortable. I ended up downloading Google Translate afterward, but I didn’t end up booking anything. I didn’t use the gym either since it looked pretty dull. Another thing to note was the sound. Even though I had a corner room, the noise bounced around everywhere, almost like the room was surrounded. I could hear noises from the windows and hallway, which I later realized was probably from the room above or next door, maybe sound travelling through the air ducts by windows.
