Abbiamo avuto qualche problema per entrare in camera risolto abbastanza in fretta dopo chiamata e potrebbe essere migliorato un po’ servizio e pulizia!

Czystość. Wilgoć tak wszechobecna że nic nie wysychało, juz nie mówiąc o stroju kąpielowym, czy ręcznikach, tynk ze ścian odchodził i była widoczna miejscami pleść. Pokój nie miał okna. DRZWI OD ŁAZIENKI SIĘ NIE ZAMYKAŁY. Śmierdząca pleśnią nora bez okna. Koszt na śmieci mały, tylko w łazience, przez tydzień posprzątano troszkę tylko raz- wymieniono ręczniki i trochę pozamiatano. Nie było nawet miotły aby posprzątać samemu, żadnych kubków do wody, aby się napić

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026La ubicación en pleno casco antiguo de Alicante, en un barrio pintoresco y cerca de restaurantes, bares, sitios de ocio y monumentos históricos como la concatedral y el castillo y cercano a la playa, unos 10 minutos andando
Había una pequeña terraza pero sin tendedero para la ropa y un pequeño lavabo pero sin espejo lo que dificultaba el poder afeitarse, entre otras cosas. Un estantería para colocar la ropa pero con pocas perchas y muy destartaladas. La diminuta nevera hacía mucho ruido por la noche. A pesar de ser una calle tranquila, muchos de los ruidos provienen del interior, de las habitaciones e inmuebles aledaños. A la entrada al inmueble había un gran olor a humedad. Estuve alojado en el ático, una tercera planta sin ascensor.

La limpieza regular, las mantas que cubrían los sillones de la terraza estaban muy manchadas y los detalles de limpieza regular solo.

Wilgoć : grzyb na ścianach. Bardzo mocny zapach stęchlizny i wilgoci w pokoju. Nie było czysto. Również zameldowanie było problematyczne - ponieważ podany kod nie działał i o 1 w nocy nie mogłem się zameldować . Nikt nie odbierał telefonu, nikt nie reagował (a obiekt był poinformowany, że przylatuje o 1 w nocy).

Tutto. Non c’era personale, non c’era nessuno con cui parlare. La stanza era sporca, piena di muffa, con odore di muffa insopportabile. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare Booking per farci fare rimborso, e in più abbiamo dovuto cambiare alloggio perché era impossibile stare in quella stanza.

Stanza pessima, senza finestra e con una grotta dove spesso scorre acqua. Appena arrivate abbiamo visto già che era sporca, umida con puzza di muffa( presente dietro il letto).Asciugamani sporchi, abbiamo dovuto usare i nostri teli da mare per poterci asciugare post doccia e, essendo molto umida e fredda,non si asciugavano mai. I vestiti ,anche quelli in valigia, diventavano umidi e puzzavano come tutti i nostri effetti personali. Personale totalmente assente, non abbiamo avuto modo di parlare con loro per chiedere asciugamani puliti. Abbiamo anche trovato uno scarafaggio morto nella stanza. La chiave e la porta della stanza non funzionavano bene, abbiamo rischiato di rimanere chiuse dentro o fuori diverse volte.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026vybavovanie vecí s majiteľom bolo rýchle a príjemné, lokalita je super, skoro všade to je do 15 minút pešo, pláž je blízko, obchod ktorý je otvorený 24/7 je blízko, super reštaurácie, lokalita je brutálna, izba nevyzerala úplne ako na fotkách ktoré sme prezerali ale nebol natoľko výzorovo rozlišná aby to robilo nejaký problém, check in a check out veľmi rýchly, bez zbytočných omáčok, klimaticácia fungovala celých 7 dní a bez nej by sme tam takú dlhú dobu ťažko prežili v takom pokoji.. za takú izbu ktorú sme mali by sme asi ocenili keby bola lacnejšia ale dnešná doba asi tomu zodpovedá
po príchode sme v izbe našli 2 ruksaky od cudzích ľudí, došlo k chybe na strane poskytovateľa ale veľmi rýchlo sa to vyriešilo, no strach z návštevy izby cudzími ľuďmi u priateľky ešte chvíľu trval, sprcha netesní dobre čiže keď sme sa obaja osprchovali, v kúpeľni bola mierna potopa, nič však natoľko závažné aby sme sa na to mali počas pobytu sťažovať, hadica od umývadla tiež trochu tiekla a mierne bolo cítiť kanalizáciu keď sa človek sprchoval alebo po sprchovaní, posteľ je veľmi mäkká a vankúše tvrdé a malé, pre niekoho to môže byť fajn no pre nás to bolo nie úplne vyhovujúce

Que todo estaba mojado....y con un olor a humedad imposible....que hemos traído toda la ropa con olor a humedad de dos vidas...que había cucarachas...que los enchufes te quedabas con ellos en las manos....

Sinceramente delle foto sembra tutto ok però abbiamo trovato gli scarafaggi grande en camera da letto e in bagno abbiamo fatto pure la foto c’è tanta umidità sinceramente dovrebbero contraltare la stanza affitata siamo stati un paio di ore in quella casa sinceramente le valigia perché noi siamo andati a cercare un altro albergo che poi abbiamo pagato tre volte in più comunque io farò un reclamo a Booking non si Po mettere en giro questi tipi di appartamenti spero che me diano la cifra che ho pagato anche perché loro in quella casa hanno le telecamere e possono vedere quanto tempo sono rimasta

La stanza odorava di muffa, non era per niente insonorizzata si sentivano tutti i rumori delle altre stanze, la “”grotta”” era un po’ inquietante e sporca.

Nincs asztal az apartmanban, egyetlen szék és két éjjeli szekrény van, amire rakodni lehet. Nincs egyetlen pohár sem. Egy vasrácsos ablak néz a lichthofra. A fürdőszoba mennyezete penészfoltos. Az ágynemű gyűrött volt.

A porta de entrada estava fechada e não havia ninguém para nos receber. Após bater várias vezes e enviar mensagem, remeteram um código para podermos entrar. Quando entramos, tinha um hall, escadas e apenas 1 quarto com código. Um lugar assustador e estranho. Quando abri a porta do quarto, encontrei 3 baratas mortas, viradas para cima, uma em cada canto do quarto. Não dormimos lá. Reclamei e não quiseram reembolsar-nos o valor total.

Sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Nicht einmal klopapier vorhanden. Teilweise undichtes badezimmer, Wasser tritt bei der Dusche aus. Handtücher werden nicht getauscht! Alles Fassade auf den Fotos. In wahrheit bekommt man garnichts für sehr hohen Preis. Kann ich überhaupt nicht empfehlen.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Habitación 6 la de la azotea, he tenido que abandonar el alojamiento, el aire acondicionado no funciona, la habitación a 40º , totalmente inhabitable, no hay un misero vaso en el baño, no hay espejo, la terraza unos sofás en esqueleto sin cojines por lo tanto imposible de estar más de 2 minutos, no tiene vistas , solo a las azoteas cutres de alrededor, no hay ascensor, habitación fea y desangelada, cama incómoda, estaba limpio!! Menos mal!! La ubicación en el casco viejo arriba del todo de una cuesta … fatal

W pokoju śmierdzi, w ofercie było napisane że jest widok na wewnętrzny dziedziniec tymczasem tam nie było żadnego okna! Była za to wstrętna jaskinia z robalami🤮 Śmierdzi! miałam wrażenie że tam w ogóle nie ma tlenu… Klimatyzacji nie da się regulować Po wejściu do apartamentu zobaczyłam na podłodze karalucha! Informowałam o tym wynajmującego ale miał to gdzieś - po prostu pozstawili to bez odpowiedzi Rozważałam nocowanie na plaży bo byłoby bez smrodu, brudu, z dopływem tlenu a ryzyko że wejdzie na mnie robak takie samo.

Fallo el aparato para entrar el código llamamos y tuvieron que enseñarnos otra forma de entrar el baño es abierto sin puerta cero intimidad. El aire acondicionado ROTO vinieron a arreglarlo pero nada roto y lo peor de todo la última noche cucarachas nadie nos coge el teléfono nos toca cambiar de alojamiento porque entre plagas de cucarachas en la cama no se puede dormir PÉSIMO JAMÁS LO COJAIS

I honestly cannot begin to put into words how awful this stay was. From the moment we got into the hotel room (room 1) it smelt like damp and mould and so much moisture in the air to the point the plugs didn’t work. The room had a random cave at the back of some glass sliding doors which made no sense and smelt rotten. It had cockroaches and random items thrown in it and cockroaches in the room. The duvet had no cover and was stained yellow. There was no soap to use in the bathroom, it was dirty and the room had no windows which wasn’t advertised very clearly. When we had issues in the room the staff were not helpful in anyway and hard to get in contact with. The shower door was broken and kept falling off the track when using it. On the very last night I got a shower and when sliding the door open to get in the shower it fell off the track and shattered to which it cut up all my feet and hands. When contacting the hotel with an emergency they were not helpful in anyway and would not reply when I asked for help. They cared more about us paying to replace something that was clearly faulty than the injuries. Absolutely will not be going back and I would just say avoid completely as they are only interested in making money not actually giving you a comfortable stay.

Die Balkontür war kaputt, sie sollte einen Tag nach meiner Anreise repariert werden, wurde sie leider nicht. Ich musste die ganze Zeit mit offener Balkontür schlafen. Zudem hat es ziemlich gerochen in dem Zimmer und man hatte im Bad keine Lüftung. Außerdem waren Löcher in den Wänden an der Wand der Balkontür und es war sehr hellhörig.

Tutto. Accoglienza inesistente. Mi sono ritrovato a parlare solo tramite chat su booking dove rispondevano dopo 12 ore. La stanza era sporca. La prima sera non funzionava l'acqua calda. Ci è stato dato un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 4 giorni e una mezza bottiglia di shampoo usata. La stanza puzzava di muffa e la porta non si chiudeva bene, con la paura di ritrovarti qualcuno in stanza. Un disastro totale

Olor a humedad ya que la cueva tiene filtraciones, que lo veo normal al ser una cueva. Y la ducha se sale por un mal sellado.

Reviewed May 6, 2026The best thing about this property is the location,close and walking distance to most central places, but contains steps, not ideal if you have restricted mobility.Haidryer worked and the shower had a good water pressure.
The smell,the noise,uncleanliness, broken air con,TV did not work (possibly flat batteries).Upon arrival, the main door failed to open, had to use the actual key, which was left in the keylocker.The room had a very strong bleach smell,after some time this was followed by even more stronger sewage smell.There was no window in room 2,but it did have a glass doors with metal bars and some untidy mess behind it.It did help to get some fresh air...but the noise was too bad so had to shut it.In general room was untidy, the hair from previous tenants ,the dust and pillows were dirty.The pillow case didn't have buttons or zip so the dirty pillow kept sliding out of the case.The duvet was just dumped on the top shelf, which never had any dusting down for ages,and all the hotel info was there too,including WiFi details.This is not the place to leave such information, because you can't see it ,it is so high up.The air conditioning is only part of decor, never worked.The coffee making facilities doesn't make sence, there is no cups, teaspoons ,any tea or coffee capsules.There was coffee machine for pod coffee, but no instructions how to use it,no coffee pods,only some time opened packet of ground coffee. THATS APPALLING! Finally,the room cleaners on Sunday morning, started to clean banging with every possible thing they touched, moved furniture around, shout ,sing ...This was so unconciderat e,as the soundproof is non existent!

Que no habia mando para el aire acondicionado se hacen los locos hasta que pido la hoja de reclamaciones y entonces me dan una excusa que el antiguo cliente se lo ha llevado(después de dos días allí) y la solución?? Ninguna. Un ventilador o algo o lo que sea, en fin, una olor a humedad y un calor insoportable, el peor sitio que he estado.

Ogromny grzyb w łazience, niedziałająca klimatyzacja, bardzo głośni goście w innych pokojach, jednej nocy ktoś próbował nawet wejść do mojego pokoju, brak wentylacji, brak szafy - jedynie prowizoryczny drążek z 4 wieszakami- przy tak długim pobycie jak mój nie miałam nawet możliwości rozpakowania walizki, brak jakiegokolwiek stołu/stolika, spalone gniazdko. Dodatkowo w dniu przyjazdu w pokoju tak mocno pachniało chemią i środkami czystości, że nie dało się wywietrzyć, rano obudziłam się z bólem głowy

No volveré La atención telefónica con la encargada nos habló con muy poca educación. Estuvimos 2 horas para poder acceder al interior. La ducha salía el agua hacia el exterior y hubo que poner toallas en el suelo. Ho había jabón para la ducha. Muy mala experiencia, la verdad.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026The room was very nice, large and comfortable. The location was perfect, being right at the edge of Santa Cruz!
The area for your clothes was missing the clothes rack so there was no place to hang clothes. Also, there was no desk for working, having coffee and checking emails, etc. I would have liked more towel racks in the bathroom (there was only one small one in the shower).

La persiana estaba rota, por lo que era imposible bajarla y entraba la luz. El colchón estaba roto y te hundías en el centro, por lo que por mucho que intentaras, terminabas en el mismo sitio. Muchísima olor a humedad y la limpieza, regular.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026- close to the Market - close to shuttle bus to Castle of St. Barbara - short walk to practically all sightseeing sites and beach - romantic entourage in the room with nature theme - working mini fridge in the room - working hairdryer - working microwave in the lobby - wi-fi was fast, but hard to use with vpn on - hot water with good pressure - comfortable mattress (on soft side) - working and quiet heating / cooling air conditioner in the room - well renovated rooms
- a bit of a walk from train station, but it compensated with very shots walks later for sightseeing - part of the path is 5-7 meters elevation and set of stairs - there is no lift and only one room on first floor, so you need to be able to walk stairs - hot water tends to run out after few long showers, but it recovers later - air exhaust in bathroom is not adequate. A lot of moisture in the air long after showers - no personnel on site. Tea, sugar did ran out, no coffee caps or coffee capsules. All that said, we got relocated to this property on the day of arrival as there was an issue with property we booked. And in the circumstances you can honestly only dream to find place like this still available.

Absolutely terrible. The room smelled strongly of mold and felt unsafe to stay in. I even found bugs in the bed coming out of the pillow. I tried to contact the property immediately but could not reach anyone, and despite photo evidence I received no refund.
