The apartment was in the city center so the location was really good ! The cleaning was fine, even if it could be improved / the toilets were not perfumed . In general it was ok

The property is in a great location central to town.

We had previously stayed in Rivadavia I that was larger and more comfortable. A couple of glasses were not clean when we went to use them and had to wash first.

Good location, good facilities, helpful staff, easy communication

Fridge covered in ice (not resolved even though addressed), smelly towels. Basic maintenance would turn this into a perfect place to stay.

Perfect location near the port for my cruise embarkation - lots of options for dining, shopping nearby - a little gem of a stay! Personnel was very helpful with luggage, food shopping and transfers.

El departamento es super comodo, luminoso, tiene una vista hermosa. La ubicación es excelente a metros de la calle principal. La limpieza y orden es de valorar, al igual que el sommier y la comodidad de las sabanas y almohadas. Cuenta con los utensillos necesarios para poder cocinar. Destaco la recepción de Emanuel quien nos recibió y nos hizo varias recomedaciones las cuales fueron de gran ayuda. Tambien estuvo siempre en contacto ante cualquier necesidad.

Spent a few nights in Ushuaia after an Antarctica cruise . The apartment was in a fantastic location near the port , very central. The apartment was spacious and modern. Cooking facilities were great. The staff at the office next door were really helpful and answered all our questions about Ushuaia. Highly recommended

Great location and a very cosy apartment, always had very good communication before arrival and staff we met were wonderful! Would highly recommend a stay here and just wish we had more than one night!!

Great locations and wonderful staffs! We arrived around 11 pm and they waited for us to let us in. Super communicative to ensure our arrival and checkin are smooth

The room we got was next to the Main Street so the in evening it’s very noisy (even midnight). The sound proof system is not properly working and you can hear every single car driving by.

Lovely apartment, ideally located in walking distance to the cruise ship pier. Bed was impeccable, as was the bathroom and shower and linens. All finishes were high end and new. Three blocks uphill to well stocked grocery store. We were able to get a late checkout for another 1/2 night's charge. Security is very good. TV was easy to use, always appreciated!

Only had to wait a few minutes for the gal to show with the keys. No complaints!

Location and cleanliness. Prompt response to communication, our arrival was delayed which meant key handover occurred after 11pm. Excellent service! Also offered airport drop off.

Jacqueline was friendly, reachable, gave recommendations, provided us with keys and transportation from the airport to the apartment. She was lovely and the most helpful host we have met. Highly recommend! The apartment was in a great state, clean, modern, close to everything. Worth every penny!

The apartmen is very clear and comfortable. There are diffrent things in the kitchen, that you may need. Even, they put coffees and teas for you. Also, it is in the entrance of the city, so you can go anywhere by walk.

They came a little bit late for check-out, but you can directly go their office on the main road.
