The hotel staff first asked me to make a payment on a number. As soon as i made the payment using UPI, the staff started to act and said I should not have made the payment on that number. Then they took another same amount via cash only. I discussed this with 3 people there and one of them assured me the refund will be made. But in the end he denied the refund. This is a pure scam and fraud. The room size shown in photos is not even close to the real toom. It’s a room where only a bed can fit. No space at all.

We informed about early check in and they acknowledged as well still we waited for an hour to get the room. Room was untidy there were used tissues on the floor , towel was of worst quality no handwash.

Before check in they wanted me to pay in advance repetikly. It included breakfast, one took more than an hour to bring to me a different option I ordered, and finally they wanted to pay at check-out.

Such a great experience. Well mentioned rooms and Humble staff and the Receptionist Mr Harry was such a great person and polite ☺️

I had mixed of experience, I booked this place based on reviews but it wasn’t even 80%, When i entered in room I saw lizard on the bed thank god my girlfriend wasn’t with me at the time otherwise we won’t stay this place at all, the guy help me to moved but just in few minute I saw there’s heavy water falls from AC, which is took over 15 minute to fixed but it doesn’t work out, they says they don’t have any other room but once they found they can not fixed they shifted me in different room I was trying to understand is that real, Overall location wise perfect stuff very good food ok,

The room was clean, I liked that they gave two big *glass* jugs of water.

There was a lot of noise coming from outside since the hotel is right next to the busy road; the staff was probably underpaid because they were not friendly at all.

The food had to be ordered on room service it wasn’t great and was served on a dirty tray

The view outside the room was a flat roof with all disgarded rubbish shoes, bottles and building materials The bed was comfortable but the bedding especially the duvet was not very clean

They are such cheaters... they didnt give us room even after paying advance of 400/-. I booked the hotel through booking .com on 29th december. Next day they messaged me, give 400/- as advance to confirm your booking. During booking i gave a special instruction that i will reach on morning 7:15 am and i want accomodation on that time. The same requested when they messaged me so i asked them if you allow accomodation on 7:15 am. They told ok no problem, will accomodate on that time. So i gave them advance of 400/-. But when i reached at 7:15 they denied and i didnt get room at that time. And also they didnt even refund my 400/-. Such a cheater they are.. dont trust them.

Very good staff and good food. We will definatley come again. Location is near to golden temple. We were come at 10 pm night and whitin minute they were prepared delicious dinner. Thank you to all staff memebers...

Bathroom was clean.

I had so much traffic noise in my room from flyover right in front of my window all day and all night. Also window itself was shattered on one side. Also the wifi was really horrible. Very slow. Couldn't use it.

Good service provided by hotel warm water food service are all good. Staff behaviour is very friendly and provided each and every thing which requires during the stay. and night manager Mr Ankit dhami is good person , very helpful nature ........

Amazing stay at Avexia Sagar Residency. Got early check-in on request. Property was newly built thus it was crystal clean. Location is perfect for commutation. ||||The food was super tasty but the the award goes to tea.

the staffs are polite and specially the person at the reception mr. Harry who was there with him was good too, both were very helpful whether you want to book a cab or need any information they are always ready at your service with a smile. The room was bit small in size but it was neat and tidy and the food of this hotel is okay. Overall it was a good stay. I would highly recommend this hotel specially who are looking for a fast and good service.

Nice and clean property. Good location and easy commute to other places in amritsar. Staff is courteous and helpful. Hotel is pretty close to the back gate of the station. Friendly staff and good hospitality. Easy access to transport. Near hall gate. A good place to stay.

It's a well maintained property with cooperative staff. close to golden Temple with onsite parking facility. can travel from e Rick easily to golden Temple. had a comfortable stay with family 😇............
