Very poorly managed breakfast buffet bakery product dairy products were stale Not baby friendly property Requested cott was very dirty For baby Khichdi we specially requested it to be without salt but still salt was there There were other issues too

The courtesy and availability of the staff. Cleanliness, tidiness, and aura of the place is good. On the floor, the center open space could be utilised nicely if a group is staying.

The entrance is surrounded by the Autos and taxis. The approach road is very congested.

It was second time stay in Ramada and everything was excellent.

The location is the USP of this hotel. Most visitors to Amritsar are primarily there to visit the Golden Temple and Jalianwalla Bagh. Both are within walking distance

It's perfectly fine to have a hotel that serves only vegetarian food and does not serve alcohol. But that should be declared upfront so that prospective visitors can make their own decisions

Location is the best thing about this hotel being so close to the Golden temple. I was able to walk there.

It’s a dated property that needs updating, plus some of the other guests don’t know how to behave with children running around the corridor s at night and people walking around stalking loudly at night. Even after complaining nothing was done by the hotel

Kuljeet at reception and Jasvir were always smiling great hostesses deserve a raise

Was served a burnt paratha at 9.30 for dinner had to send it back & had them make a fresh one

In total it was a very pleasant staging Excellent hospitality. Kulcha and Masala tea was high light. Specially Kashish . Pooja. Very soft and well mannered. Always its Yes Ma'am. And infact all the staff was very helpful.

It was an amazing stay and the staff was very kind. The central location of the hotel was very helpful in reaching the temple, market and restaurants The atmosphere of the hotel made us feel at home. The rooms were quite big with all amenities provided. The noise level was comparatively low and helped us maintain a peaceful stay. Even in general the noise level was very low.

We had an enjoyable stay (2 nights). Lovely roof terrace with pool and view over the rooftops. Golden Temple and museums were within 10 mins walk. The restaurant was excellent.

It’s super awsome hotel … just few metre away from golden temple … food at restaurant is super good … Ms Kashish is super girl there … she give her best to all guests … breakfast is delicious

Good service at restaurant, Kasish and Rajveer ensured that they served food as per our requirement like less oil and mild spice. The rooms are not really upto the mark , the Lenin was very old

The hotel staff is so polite and breakfast is too delicious and I love this place. Best quality food and best place to stay. Kashish ma'am is also good and very polite.

Food was excellent. Specially fresh juices and fruits. Ms. Kashish has taken care of foods for my kids which was really amazing.

It was good staying here ...we were at this hotel for one night with my husband,3 years old kiddo and my parents. The best thing was... it is at walking distance from shri Darbar Sahib Ms Kuljeet Kaur and Ms Jasvir Kaur they both were too sweet and always ready to help whenever ❤️ If you are planning to visit Amritsar do come and stay here. You ain't gonna regret 🙂

Very nice breakfast buffet and wide variety of breakfast menu ,we just loved it , aloo Kulcha, and Seema soya is the best ,all staffs behaviour is very nice ,kashish very helpful.

Location is one of the of the important reason for the purpose of my stay. It's located very to Golden temple. The hospitality here is comendable. Ms. Kuljeet Kaur and Ms. Sharanjeet Kaur made the stay even better by their hospitality.

The atmosphere was nice , the food was outstanding and the service was excellent. Rooms were clean & tidy, overall the stay was great.

ramada exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds...our room was upgraded to king size room from standard room. it was close to golden temple,jalianwala bagh,partition mueseum, durgiana temple. room was very clean , service was prompt , swimming pool was like cherry on cake. staff was very cordial.just loved the stay. hopefully next time will stay in Executive room/suite room.
