El aire no funciona ,fuera en la calle todo sucio con basura y mal olor ,y no hay luz y no es muy seguro salir osea no sales seguro afuera

Свежая квартирка, с новым ремонтом, чисто. Персонал всегда на связи и с радостью помогал с решением вопросов.

Пешком от метро сложно идти с чемоданами. Крутая и узкая лестница в самом объекте размещения. Заявлено 2 двуспальные кровати + диван-кровать. По факту 1 двуспальная кровать, раскладная кушетка 1,5 места и диван в гостиной. Мансарда, приходилось постоянно нагибать голову, фактически в квартире передвигаешься согнувшись. Крупным людям будет некомфортно. Балкон очень маленький, вдвоем не посидеть. Очень маленькая душевая кабинка. Получила ожог бедра, прислонившись к крану с горячей водой.

El apartamento en cuanto a decoración era agradable y tenía todo lo necesario y práctico para unos dias de turismo. Limpieza era muy buena y se agradece. La ubicación para ir a pie al centro o coger transporte público era muy buena, con pequeño supermercado que tiene de todo cerca y bares en alrededores. Andando eran 20 minutos a Plaza del Comercio.

Es un apartamento a pie de calle con 2 dormitorios , salón-entrada-cocina y 1 baño pequeño. Colchón incómodo, se hundía y blando de pasado de viejo. Sólo tenía una ventana en un dormitorio a vista de todo transeúnte que te imposibilita abrirla y el resto de dormitorios, salón y baño sin entrada de luz ni ventilación lo que generaba un olor a humedad considerable y desagradable con una sensación de agobio. Llegamos unos días de calor extremo y solo disponía de un aire acondicionado en el dormitorio de la ventana que emitía un ruido como un motor de generador imposible conciliar el sueño por la noche. El resto tenía ventilador portátil y un pequeño climatizador portátil que ayudaba a soportar el calor. Se nos avisó un día antes de nuestra estancia de estos inconvenientes , al parecer huéspedes anteriores se quejaron y nos ofrecieron la opción de anular con reembolso, pero con un solo día de antelación y todo previsto para salir temprano no nos daba lugar a buscar otro alojamiento. Si vas en coche , aparcar es complicado, dejamos el coche en parquin lo más cercano posible con pago de 10€ 24horas. Recomiendo dejar maletas a pie de calle del apartamento y luego ir al parquin , desde el parquin arrastrar maletas y si vas además con niños es una odisea por las características de las calles de Alfama, todo cuestas, escaleras y empedradas.

Wirklich gute Lage um Lissabon zu entdecken, gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, je nachdem wie die Nachbarn drauf sind, kann sie aber recht hellhörig sein. Aber wenn das passt, ist alles top

Bessere Schallisolierung, das dürfte bei so alten Häusern aber schwierig sein. Ansonsten wohnt man für die zentrale Lage wirklich ruhig

The studio apartment was very clean and comfortable. Apart from the bathroom it was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is excellent for exploring.

Unfortunately the bathroom is not well designed. The toilet has been put too close to the wall in front so you cannot sit comfortably on it. A tall person would struggle to use it at all.

Apartment was located in an excellent location, within walking distance of many of the main tourist locations - the Castle, National Pantheon, etc. The hosts were always very responsive to our queries and accommodation was very comfortable, complete with a lovely complimentary bottle of wine. The option to store our luggage past the check out time was also very convenient for us :)

The front room ground floor apartment is a little bit noisy at night but we were informed of this in advance. Easily drowned out by the air conditioning!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Loios Studios and Apartments e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L’appartamento era pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario, con una posizione ottima per visitare Lisbona. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff, che ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out, evitandoci così di doverli portare con noi per tutta la città. Unica piccola nota: la strada è poco illuminata la sera e, al primo impatto, può dare una sensazione di poca sicurezza. Nel complesso, però, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e lo consiglieremmo sicuramente!

Ho apprezzato molto che fossero già disponibili alcune capsule di caffè, delle capsule per la lavatrice e alcune pastiglie per la lavastoviglie.

Si sentono molto i rumori provenienti dal piano di sopra, anche il semplice rumore dei passi.

Localização, conforto, comodidades, limpeza, decoração, oferta de uma garrafa de vinho, café e água. Facilidade de contacto com o proprietário e como resolveu todos os nossos requisitos.

Alguns vizinhos fizeram algum barulho fora de horas.

La posizione

L appartamento è un piccolo locale con 1 sola finestra che da su una camera . Il resto delle stanze è privo di finestre. Sapevamo che la camera era a piano strada ma questo non giustifica che non ci fosse nemmeno una tenda per garantire un minimo di privacy. Abbiamo dovuto tenere la finestra e i battenti chiusi rendendo l ambiente veramente inospitale. Se aggiungiamo un condizionatore più rumoroso della norma, probabilmente perché ormai datato e il bagno che aveva problemi allo sciacquone, il tutto e stato poco apprezzabile e consigliabile.

É impossível dormir com o ar condicionado ligado no quarto, é extremamente barulhento.

Een schattig appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon.

Op de bovenste verdieping loopt het plafond schuin, niet heel handig als je wat langer bent. Ook was het matras niet heel comfortabel.

Mucho calor en el apartamento, el aíre acondicionado no enfriaba nada de nada ..

L’appartement, central dans l’Alfama, était parfaitement bien équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable.

La salle de bain est étriquée. Les lits ne sont pas confortables (mal de dos, et grincements) - et le lit double est en réalité deux lits simples collés. L’appartement est mal insonorisé.

De locatie is goed, vlakbij veel bezienswaardigheden en midden in een authentiek stukje Lissabon. Een fijn uitzicht en compleet uitgerust appartement maken de vakantie helemaal af.

Enige nadeel van het bovenste appartement is dat er, na vele heuvels in Lissabon, weer een fiks stuk trap beklommen moet worden. Maar dan even de airco aan en iets koels uit de koelkast... Helemaal fijn weer.

La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y agradable. La ubicación perfecta.la cama muy cómoda. Y tiene todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo.

Tiene los techos abuardillados, lo que significa que vas agachado más tiempo de lo que imaginas. El dormitorio y el salón la mitad vas agachado y aunque estés pendiente te vas dando en la cabeza golpes. Para subir al alojamiento tienes que subir escaleras muy estrechas y pendientes como tres pisos, ( a mí me ayudó a subir las maletas) pero es un poco molesto.

L'appartement est situé proche des lieux à visiter. Il est fonctionnel pour 1 ou 2 nuits. La literie est bonne. Il y a de la pression dans la douche et tout était propre.

La climatisation ne fonctionne pour ainsi dire pas. Nous étions au rdc et avons du ouvrir la porte d'entrée pour faire un léger courant d'air et rafraîchir en soirée. Nous avons également du dormir fenêtre et volet ouverts pour faire entrer le frais sauf qu'étant situé dans des escaliers fréquentés, le bruit durant la nuit est incessant.

The location was amazing. Really central to almost everything we wanted to see. Everything was within a 15 minute walk, which was appreciated on hot days where we would just go back to the apartment for respite. Having the entire apartment including a laundry machine is great if you're a light packer, especially given the hot sweaty days if you visit in the summer months.

Unfortunately one end of the alleyway was obstructed with piles of trash from the nearby restaurants. The only other way to/from the apartment was to go down/up 3 flights of stairs, so this isn't ideal if you are travelling with large rolling luggage (but then again, that goes for all of Alfama). There were smears of dirt on the wall and on the corner of the couch which made me feel the apartment wasn't well cleaned. The bedroom did not have any ventilation and was quite stuffy even with the door wide open. It would be great if a fan could be provided for some air flow. The Dishwasher and Laundry Machine are basically useless without the detergents, which we could not find anywhere in the apartment. We were able to purchase detergent from the convenience store down the street, but it would have been nice to have that provided given pricing is much better in bulk.

Cozy apartments close to many attractions. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. The owner was always in touch and even helped with calling a taxi.

The air condition was very noisy and it was not enough for the whole appartment. Quite difficult to go up there.

Schnuckelige Dachwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Wegen Dachschräge eher nichts für große Menschen (für uns aber gar kein Problem). Die Stiegen bis unter das Dach sind steil. Küche modern mit Top-Herd, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine, Der Balkon ist winzig, passend für zwei Stühle, aber mit super Ausblick auf den Tejo und die Stadt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert tadellos auch bei großer Hitze. Ungewöhnlich, aber für uns kein Thema: Das Schlafzimmer ist fensterlos. Die Lage ist superzentral in Alfama nur wenige Gehminuten von der Se und der Burg entfernt in einer kleinen Gasse. Gute Frühstücksorte: (Augusto und Fora) gleich um die Ecke. Auch zwei sehr gute traditionelle Restaurants (Altar und besonders empfehlenswert: Gosta do Castelo) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war super. Selbst nach Auschecken kann das Gepäck noch sicher untergestellt werden.

Am Bett nur einseitig ein Nachttisch mit Lampe vorhanden. Wäre auf der anderen Seite auch super !

The place was very well equipped, and spacious! It was great to be able to get some laundry done. We felt very comfortable here, and it had great proximity to plenty of restaurants. We really appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout so we could continue exploring for the day. Our hosts were also very responsive, and we appreciated the lovely wee bottle of wine

The toilet & bathroom situation was a bit awkward. I'm 5'6 & it was very hard to use the toilet comfortable as it is very close to the wall. Also lots of noise at night from the street

Wir haben fünf Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gehabt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Vermieterin: Sie wohnte ganz in der Nähe, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Nachrichten schnell und unkompliziert reagiert. Bei einem verstopften Waschbecken wurde das Problem umgehend behoben. Auch bei anderen Anliegen hätte sie sofort unterstützt, was wir als sehr positiv empfunden haben. Außerdem möchten wir einen Punkt aus anderen Bewertungen relativieren: Im Schlafzimmer waren durchaus zwei kleine Fenster vorhanden, die sich öffnen ließen. Zusammen mit den Fenstern im Wohnbereich konnte man sogar für etwas Durchzug sorgen. Das war deutlich besser als erwartet.

Die Lage ist zentral und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Allerdings befindet sich der Eingang in einer eher dunklen, wenig einladenden Straße. Zudem sind die Treppen sowohl zum Hauseingang als auch innerhalb des Hauses sehr steil, was insbesondere mit schwerem Gepäck etwas mühsam sein kann. Weniger positiv fanden wir die starke Hellhörigkeit des Hauses. Geräusche aus der Wohnung über uns sowie von den Treppen waren deutlich hörbar, sodass wir nachts mehrfach wach geworden sind. Auch die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack sehr hart und recht dünn – man konnte die Federn teilweise spüren. Ein Matratzentopper würde den Schlafkomfort deutlich verbessern. Ein kleiner weiterer Kritikpunkt war, dass die Handbrause in der Dusche nicht funktionierte und nur die Regendusche genutzt werden konnte. Die Vermieterin hätte sich zwar auch darum gekümmert, dennoch wäre es schön, wenn solche Dinge bereits vor der Vermietung überprüft würden. Das Bad ist im Übrigen sehr klein (in der Anzeige war leider kein Foto abgebildet), neben Toilette und kleinem Waschbecken gab es noch eine Dusche. Die Tür ins Bad ließ sich nicht komplett öffnen (am Waschbecken angestoßen) bzw. man konnte sich nur bei geschlossener Tür vor das Waschbecken und Spiegel stellen. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr großzügigen Wohnbereich, den man allerdings weniger nutzt - ein etwas größeres Bad wäre hier vorteilhafter gewesen. Dennoch überwiegen für uns die positiven Eindrücke, insbesondere dank des freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Kontakts vor Ort.

We love the location, close to many restaurants, lots of monuments were minutes away trams were very close and 15min walk to the centre! The apartment was clean and well stocked for our 7 day stay.

The matresses were very uncomfortable, lumpy and youncould feel the springs digging into you. Definately need to be replaced. Steep stairs going inton the apartment..

Location excellent. Quiet part of the street but very close to the city centre. Room was clean.

I liked location and clean apartment

We were at the ground floor in 4 persons room. There is only one window that doesn’t have a curtain and impossible to open it bcs u are on the street. We wanted fresh air but its impossible to air the room with small window. But main issue was a toilet that has 2 door from each room and no sound isolation, doors was not closing properly and this was very very uncomfortable for 4 people. Air conditioner has a big noise at night we cannot sleep as well. Only location and clean apartment was good. Very disappointed. Maybe for 2 people will be more comfortable.

Super zentral gelegen. Viel Platz. Bequeme Betten. Gutes und sauberes Bad.

Treppen zum Aufstieg sehr steil und eng. Super hellhörig: Man hat es sehr laut gehört durch knarzenden Boden, wenn sich Personen in der Wohnung unten drunter bewegt haben. Sogar in der Nacht davon aufgewacht!

La reforma que habían hecho y la decoración eran muy agradables. El barrio era muy céntrico y animado. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y había una botella de vino como detalle de bienvenida.

El apartamento solo tiene una ventana. Corresponde a uno de los dormitorios, da a la calle y no tiene cortina. Al ser un bajo si quieres airear pierdes toda la intimidad. El otro dormitorio no tiene ventana. Tiene aire acondicionado pero es muy ruidoso y no se podía dormir con él puesto. Así que o te asfixias o duermes con toda la gente que pasa por el callejón mirando tu cama.

Die Lage ist sehr gut in Lissabon, um überall hinzukommen. Außerdem ist das Appartement geschmackvoll einrichtet. Der Vermieter hat sich sehr schnell wegen eines kaputten Stuhls gekümmert und einen neuen gebracht.

Das Appartement ist im EG und riecht nach Keller. Wir haben unsere Koffer während des Aufenthalts geschlossen gehalten, damit nicht alles nach feuchtem Keller riecht. Lüften ist nicht so einfach, weil man im Prinzip die Haustür aufmachen muss und dann jeder reinmarschieren kann. Unter der Spüle ist Schimmel zu sehen.

Apartman je prostran, kreveti udobni, kuhinja opremljena. Lokacija odlična, u blizini market, pekara i restorani; javni prevoz takodje kao i mnoge turističke atrakcije. Domaćin brzo odgovara na pitanja, Lako se dogovaramo. Posle chek ina mogli smo da ostavimo kofere do polaska na aerodrom.

Nama nije smetalo ali da pomenem. Apartman je u prizemlju na samim uličnim stepenicama, pa je često veoma bučno i dosta je prometno. Jedini prozor u apartmanu gleda na tu ulicu.

Très mal dormi: 1.: les matelas n'étaient pas du tout confortables. Mal de gos énorme 2: bruits de l'appartement du dessus, comme des grincements de parquet et le bruit lourd des pas des gens jusqu'à 1h voire 2h du matin

Good location, lovely and clean apartment

Nothing, all was great!

I stayed in the top floor apartment with small balcony. It was very easy to sleep and comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great having a dishwasher and washing machine. The shower and bathroom were also great. The highlight is definitely the balcony. There were great views and a lovely sunrise viewpoint. Overall I was happy with my stay and felt like it was good value for money.

I have mixed feelings about the location. The nearby area is very dirty, there is a lot of visible drug use and many homeless people nearby. As a solo female traveller there were many times I didn’t feel safe. I was cat called and almost mugged just nearby. This is not the fault of the apartment itself, and the actual street it is located on felt safe. I would recommend avoiding the area around Lg. Terreirinho when going to/from the apartment. I would also say that I probably wouldn’t stay here other than on the top floor, to avoid the noise of other guests. I could hear it but it was not too bad and I had no one walking up or past my door because of being at the top floor. The bedroom doesn’t have a window and can be a bit stuffy but the air con and fans work well.

Location was great. The apartment had everything you could need, especially a very well-equipped kitchen. There was plenty of storage space, closets, and the apartment felt very spacious overall. Having two AC units was also really helpful on colder days.

However, sound vibrations traveled very easily through the walls and floors of the building, which interrupted our sleep at times. The bedroom also didn’t have a window, so it was quite dark in the mornings, although it did have a ventilator for airflow.

Schlafzimmer hatte kein Fenster!

Logement très facile d'accès. La petite attention à l'arrivée (bouteille de vin) est tres appréciable !! il y avait de quoi faire quelques lessives et ça c'est top car souvent on doit acheter pour l'utiliser. La vue de l'appartement est juste incroyable ! C'est également super que l'on puisse laisser nos bagages avant l'arrivée et après le checkout car il ya un local mis à disposition avec un digicode.

Le seul bémol c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de fenêtres dans la chambre à coucher mais sinon le reste au top !

The location was perfect. There were nice viewpoints nearby. The coffee machine was really nice and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have laundry, a little living room and clean bathroom. We cooked one meal in the kitchen too.

There was only one window and because it was facing the street and ground level, we didn't leave it open all night or when we left for the day so the apartment got little musty smelling. Running the dehumidifier helped a bit.

Excellent property, very clean, bright and spacious. The location was absolutely perfect. Felt very safe accessing the property. Close to the castle and plenty of restaurants.

Nothing - everything was perfect

Es gibt mehrere Appartements im Haus; wir hatten das Appartement im Erdgeschoß. Sauber, modern eingerichtet mit geräumiger Dusche und guter Ausstattung (Geschirr, Handtücher, Pflegemittel). Wasser, Wein und Kaffee standen zur Begrüßung gratis bereit. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter Check in/out über Code/Schlüsselbox. Zentral in der Altstadt (Alfama) gelegen; fussläufig zu allen Attraktionen, Restaurants, Cafés... Sehr hilfreich war die Möglichkeit, am letzten Tag für die Zeit bis zum Rückflug die kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung zu nutzen. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert

Das Appartement liegt im Erdgeschoß und hat kein Tageslicht, da Fenster blickdicht (darauf hat der Vermieter aber proaktiv bereits vor Anreise hingewiesen); Fensteröffnen aufgrund der Lage keine gute Idee. Die Gasse, in der das Appartement liegt ist schlecht beleuchtet und man fühlt sich im Dunkeln eher unwohl, umso erleichterter waren wir, in der Gegend und in diesem Altbau ein solch modernes Appartement vorzufinden. Haus sehr hellhörig

Good location near restaurants and in the center of touristic places. Apartment is spacious.

First, most worst experience is very smelly, there is a weird smell all the time during our stay. Second, when people upstairs walk, we can hear very clearly where they are walking to, so very noisy and disturbing. The apartment setup is not comfortable, the only window is situated near the entrance, no window at the bedroom. The air-conditioning is also near the entrance, so not much air circulation in the bedroom. No plug for the washroom so you need to dry your hair in the kitchen. We asked for one double bed, it came two single beds stick together, thats find, but, there's a 7cm space in the middle... so just describe as two single beds. Btw, the beds are solid and not comfy.

Soundproofing in the accommodation could have been better.

varanda com vista MAGNÍFICA. apartamento bem moderno a fazer contraste com a zona. host muito atencioso não demorava a responder às mensagens. cozinha bem equipada. zona muito engraçada para caminhar.

gostava que, a pedido, fosse possível ter toalhas novas em estadias com menos de 7 dias. tv sem canais nacionais, tive de fazer chromecast através do meu telemóvel. seria incrível se fosse possível regular a intensidade da luz da sala, muito forte para olhos sensíveis.

esta en una callejuela sin absolutamente ninguna luz, da miedo, ademas si vas con maletas...mal porque tiene muchisimas escaleras, es una calle empinada estrecha y toda llena de escaleras. la ventana, que solo tiene una, da a esa calle y si la abres para que entre luz...te ve todo el mundo que pasa..., ademas a las 6 de la madrugada empieza a pasar gente y ya es imposible dormir. Las camas son de colchon tipo gomaespuma tan blandas que te cuesta muchisimo moverte y las almohadas al contrario son gordas y durisimas...un horror el descanso. el sofa solo caben 3 personas, por tanto aunque el apartamento sea para 4...una de ellas le toca ver la tele en una silla de cocina, y es un sofa modernista muy incomodo y rigido. la tv va con un smartbox que tienes que entrar en una aplicacion de tv gratis pero que solo hay canales en portugues...no hay mas...es lo que hay y tampoco aparece un listado para ir pasando de uno a otro...va tipo netflix...o series o pelis...o documentales pero todo en portugues. cuando ibamos a llegar le pregunté por un parking cercano...no contestó...volvi a preguntarle y respondia por otras cosas pero no por la pregunta del parking...que jamas contestó...., luego supe por que...y es porque no hay ninguno cerca...por lo que si vas en coche...olvidate..., alli no aparcas ni soñando porque lo poquisimo que hay va con parkimetro y tienes que meter dinero cada 2 horas..., nosotros tuvimos suerte y aparcamos justo la plaza de aparcamiento que hay al subir las escaleras y al ser ppuente...no habia ticket...pero si es dia de diario o sabado...chungo chungo... por cierto al llegar la puerta del baño estaba rota, imposible moverla...se lo dije y fueron a hacer un apaño pero seguia cerrando mal, pero bueno...eso tampoco le di mucha importancia, empujabas con mas fuerza y arreglado. mi experiencia...mala, no lo recomendaria.

La ubicacion en una calle estrecha y con poca iluminacion por la noche. Apartamento con vista directamente al callejon con poca luz natural.

De locatie. Het is een steegje, maar wel om de hoek van diverse bezienswaardigheden. Als het donker is is het een rustig steegje. De bedden liggen goed, prima badkamer en de keuken is goed uitgerust

Wij hadden het appartement op de begane grond, helaas valt de voordeur hard in het slot waardoor we 2x wakker zijn geschrokken.

Het pand is oud, dus je hoort al je buren lopen.

Unser Zimmer hatte sehr kleine Fenster und kaum Tageslicht, zudem war es recht hellhörig.

Ground floor, very noise and a bit scary, only one window, very bad smell of moldy

The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, including all equipment and minimal cooking-set (salt, pepper, oil). Special thanks for the pillows - they were very comfortable.

Everything was really good! The only little issue was a small noice, when someone was walking in the flat below. But this was not crucial at all.
