The location of the apartment is good. It is in the main downtown area with lots of food options around and many places with walkable distance

The pictures of the apartment overstate the actual apartment. Also, the building where the apartment is located is a disaster. The elevators are scary, and the general approach and ambience is not good.

Location is great . It’s close to attraction and eateries . Property is neat and spacious. The owner is responsive . The owner even help us arrange sightseeing at a good price .

The elevator in the property is dangerous lacks walls on 2 sides . I heard older properties in the area are in the similar condition. If you have kids stay vigilant if you don’t then it’s a great location .

Manque d extensils de cuisine, j'ai demander plusieurs fois un aspirateur pour mes sacs sous vides mais je crois qu'il n'a pas compris ma demande. Ascenseur qui fait peur a chaque fois qu'on je le prend je me vois dans le film plate-forme 😅😅

Προσοχή!!! Ο άνθρωπος είναι επικίνδυνος και ακατάλληλος για τη δουλειά αυτή. Δεν μπορούσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί του καθώς δεν απαντούσε ποτέ στα μηνύματά μας και μία ώρα πριν φτάσουμε στο διαμέρισμα ακύρωσε την κράτηση και άφησε την οικογένεια μου με δύο παιδιά στις 3 η ώρα τη νύχτα στο δρόμο. Επίσης ενώ είχα ενημέρωση από σας ότι θα πληρωθεί με μετρητά κατά την άφιξη μας στο διαμέρισμα προσπάθησε να πάρει τα χρήματα από την κάρτα μου.

Location

This spacious apartment is located on the eighth floor of a building in the downtown. Since it doesn't face directly onto the street, it's quiet inside. The beds are comfortable, so you can sleep well. Breakfast is arranged so that each morning you tell the host when to send the woman who prepares it in the apartment's kitchen. The bathroom is pretty roomy. We used the top of the washing machine to store our cosmetics. However, I think tourists would appreciate having one or two shelves outside the shower. The host is very kind and speaks English. Right after we checked in, he took the time to show us where the pharmacy was, and on our last day, he let us check out late without any problems. There are many small shops, cafés, and restaurants close to the apartment. The subway station is about a ten-minute walk away. We found the location of the apartment to be very convenient for exploring the downtown. We stayed in the "Family Suites Downtown" for six nights and had a positive experience. We can gladly recommend it.

Great location, very close to the centre, 15 mins walk to El-Tahrir square. Spacious apartment, large enough for family and goups. Breakfast offer was good, cooked at the apartment. Our host Fareed was very helpful and friendly, big thanks for organizing transfers from/to airport

Het appartement is goed en netjes. De entree en het gebouw oogt wat minder maar van binnen is het appartement prima.

The property is in a convenient location with lots of shops and close to old Egyptian museum. The owner is nice and will meet you there to help you get to the place.

Nothing. It was really a terrible experience.

Terrible experience – completely different apartment and very dirty. When we arrived, the host told us the apartment we booked “had a problem” and gave us another one. It turned out to be completely different from the photos. It was filthy everywhere — the beds were dirty, with hairs and even a used tissue with blood in one of them. The kitchen and the bathroom were also dirty and clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The building was in awful condition, and the apartment was on the 8th floor, totally isolated. We tried to contact the host, but he disappeared and was offline all night, so if anything had happened, we would have been completely alone. We only stayed one night because we arrived late and left first thing the next morning. No refund, no apology, nothing. Absolutely unacceptable — do not book this place.

The building was really old and the elevators were scary with high falling risk. The toilette was broken, not enough towels for the party detailed on the reservation and was dirty when we arrive. The breakfast was delivered in bags only the first morning. During the booking process was never specified about the payment method… I paid by card and an additional fee was charged.

Ruime kamer met voldoende ramen, aardig ontbijt en uitstekende ligging.

Boiler stond niet voortdurend aan en het inchecken duurde even.

Verzorgde, eenvoudige inrichting. Goede douche. Water cooler/-tap.

Het ontbijt was prima/basic, maar had gevarieerder gekund, bv. aangevuld net fruit en/of croissantje.

Wir wurden Nachts von den Stechmücken zerstochen die Tagsüber nicht zusehen waren. Vermieter hat sich zwar gekümmert aber es wurde nicht besser. Das bei den Temperaturen von 14-22 Grad. Haben nur einmal Frűhstűck genommen, hat auch gereicht ….

Çok merkezi lokasyon, sabahları bir hanımefendi gelip kahvaltınızı hazırlıyor. Tour programları sunuyorlar, fiyatları uygun ekonomik bir gün geçirebilir. Gününüzü etkin bir şekilde kullanabilirsiniz. Ev temiz ve ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz herşey var. İsterseniz kendi yemeğinizi kendiniz pişirebikirsiniz.

Balkon ara sokağa bakıyordu, bu benim için problem değil. Zaten kahireye gezmeye geldim.

Only the location.

So many things to say... The photos do not show the reality. Shower completely clogged, shower door not closing and water spreading all over the place in the room up to complete flooding, making the use of toilets very dangerous because of the slippery floor. Appartment located in a very very unhealthy building with rats and wastes everywhere. No blankets in the appartment and the host did not gave us anything else after our kind complaint. Appartement not clean, there were shit traces on the floor (literaly). There were mosquitos. The air conditioner was working intermitently. The host asked us a time for the breakfast and it just never arrived... We had no breakfast for the two days even after our gentle complaints. They just stopped communicating after our first message asking for blankets, I think. Then nothing. Someone came knocking at the door to take a vacuum in the appartment... Also the place was definitely smaller than what we had booked in our opinion. They proposed many tours but they are way too expensive compared to what we kind find locally. You should not buy from them if you do decide to go with the room. Also the price is definitely way too much with regards to all the problems we saw. So many things that made our end of trip a bad experience. Quite frankly, this appartment should not even be registered on booking. I'm generally patient and tolerant but this was way too much to handle for one booking.

우선 숙소는 넓어서 좋았음 시설이나 건물이 다소 낡고 찾기가 어려워 애를 먹었음 매니저는 친절했는데 모든 수도시설이 정지되어 고쳐달라고 요청함 다행히 우리가 돌아오기전에 고침 화장실에 작은 벌레가 발견됨 옷장엔 예전 투숙객이 입었던 가운이 그대로 있었음

La propreté, il y avait tout dans l’appartement. Les lits sont vraiment très confortable et la dame qui vient nous préparer le déjeuner dans l’appartement.

The apartment was very clean and close to the city center. The staff is very nice and they reply fast, they have accommodated for a late breakfast and checkout! We really enjoyed our stay!

La posizione centrale vicino a tutti i negozi al museo egizio.casa pulita spaziosa eravamo in 4 ma c'era anche un altro letto..letti grandi e spaziosi..l host gentilissimo e attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. Colazione buonissima e bellissima esperienza lo consiglio .

Interior is good, right in the middle of busy down town

building in very poor condition. Lifts were out of order few times. Very old lift, not comfortable going on it. No iron box available and they could not get one.

Everything was great. Freed was very helpful and available. Excellent location for historic Cairo. Highly recommended

Quite a unique place to stay in a historical building. Everything looks just like on the pictures. Comfy beds in the rooms!

Got surprised at night by mosquitoes! Sofa bed is not good to sleep on (it’s almost like sleeping on the floor)

We were given a bad deal for our day visiting the piramids, charged 75usd for a driver whom we did not need as we could have used Uber and done everything at less than a third of what we paid. He also promises us late check out and a safe place to leave our luggage, both of which were not fulfilled. He also tried to charge us 40usd for airport transfers. Don't find this host very trustworthy

Fantastic and very convenient location. Service provided by the staff was great. Breakfast was included and we were taken care of. Response time for anything that we needed was fast.

Some feedback would be if there is more clearer instructions of the apartment location as it is tucked away, it was difficult for us to find it first. But now we know it is next to Costa coffee! Another feedback would be that, it would be helpful if guests are shown everything around the apartment including certain items such as Mosquito repellent spray that the host provides, as we unfortunately were bitten during our stay.

Very spacious and a great central location. Good to have had a kitchen, washing machine, and wifi facilities. Staff were very helpful and brought extra utensils when we needed it. Comfortable beds and could easily fit a family of 5.

Was difficult to find at first, but the owner assisted us in finding it. Apartment was clean but could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival, but we managed.

This is a truely beautiful apartment to stay in. It’s quiet, tidy, spacious and has everything you need. The kitchen has just enough to cook a meal. Beds were comfy. Pillows lovely. Good shower. Top location. Close to takeaway restaurant, convenience stores and a few blocks from the fruit and vegetable market. Owner met us on site to checkin and helped order us some delivery food for lunch on his phone. Lovely service. Decent breakfast organised and delivered the night before because we had an early start to our day.

We requested an early checkin and when we arrived the room was still being cleaned. Didn’t bother us but might bother others.
