Breakfast was quite good by Egyptian standards. Location was fine.

It was my first time in Cairo, and staying at this hotel was a truly pleasant experience. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was prepared by a very kind and lovely lady. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They made sure I was well taken care of throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Thank you!

Maybe April is not the season but I was expecting to meet more people, and this is nothing that the hotel can do about, so all good. :)

Ontbijt kon beter, is geen continentaal ontbijt. Geen zicht op de Nijl.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımsever.Tahrir meydanına 5-10 dk mesafede.Çevrede ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi bulabilirsiniz.Ayrılış günü erken ayrılacağım için talep etmememe rağmen kahvaltımı erken hazırladılar çok ince bir davranıştı.Terasıda çok keyifli.İsmini bilmiyorum ama resepsiyonda türbanlı bir personel vardı ve bana tek tek gezilecek yerleri anlattı tavsiyelerde bulundu.Ayrıca çok lezzetli bir kek yaptı ve bizlere ikram etti.

Tek kişilik odada kaldım.Penceresi yola değilde duvara bakıyordu ve televizyon yoktu.Olanaklar içinde mutlaka belirtilmiştir ama ben fark etmediğim için biraz hayal kırıklığı oldu.Çok önemli bir ayrıntı değil ama benim için önemli.

Franchement, j’ai adoré mon séjour car l'endroit est magnifique et super propre, on s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise. Un immense merci aux jeunes de la réception qui sont adorables et hyper pros، ils m'ont vraiment facilité la vie avec plein de petits services. Le petit-déjeuner est un vrai régal، très varié et parfait pour attaquer la journée avec une pêche incroyable. L’ambiance est vraiment calme et relaxante، bref on est comme à la maison، donc je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés pour la qualité et le prix، et c’est sûr que je reviendrai !

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique et la terrasse très agréable !

La porte des chambres sont des vitres ("floutees" évidemment), mais nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur un hall ou la lumière était souvent allumée, et donc nous éclairait dans notre lit. Aussi le ballon d'eau chaude est assez petit et la propreté de la salle de bain n'était pas impeccable, bien que propre en soi.

Everything was great. Big room, good temperature, super tasty breakfest, kind and helpfull stuff. Superb location. Hot water, great wi fi.

Todo es súper limpio, la cama muy cómoda, la ubicación perfecta, el wifi funciona muy bien ( trabajo remoto y no tuve problemas) y la encargada te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. Muy recomendado, volveré seguro! La terraza es muy linda y agradable para el desayuno y estar ahí

Todo. La hospitalidad de las personas que trabajan allí, la habitación, la ubicación y la relación calidad precio. El desayuno es perfecto para empezar el día con energía. La gente que se hospeda transmite buena vibra, al igual que el hotel. Me quedaría más días de no ser porque ya teníamos nuestra ruta planificada.

Mi experiencia en el Castle Hotel ha sido maravillosa, pero sobre todo por algo que no se puede comprar: la relación personal con la gente que trabaja aquí. Desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir más como en casa que como en un hotel. Siempre atentos, cercanos, con una sonrisa sincera y dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier cosa. No es solo el servicio, es el trato humano, la conversación y el interés real por que disfrutes cada momento. Además, he tenido la suerte de dar varios conciertos en la súper terraza del séptimo piso, un lugar con una energía especial y unas vistas increíbles. Poder compartir música allí, rodeado de buena gente y con ese ambiente tan mágico, ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. Viajar se convierte en algo diferente cuando encuentras personas que te tratan como familia. Gracias a todo el equipo del Castle Hotel por la calidez, la amabilidad y el cariño. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería.

Le personnellement est super charmant, nous avons été super bien accueillis avec un petit thé et de grands sourires. La chambre était très bien et la salle de bain propre. Amabilité, disponibilité, et très bien placé proche de la place tahir. Merci encore. Je recommande.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was small but home-like so good. You are right in downtown (so a good location but prepare for some morning noise).

I would definitely not recommend to take the tours proposed. Not only the price was high, but also the driver was extremely rude and dishonest.

Everything was good!

Clean and comfortable. Very welcoming and helpful staff. On-site security 24/7 makes the stay safer. They made me an early breakfast and coffee for an early morning tour. This was unexpected and very thoughtful. They also provided a very cost effective transport to the airport.

They provided a list of activities that they can assist with booking a day before I arrived. His would have been more helpful a few days earlier. This did not detract from my short stay. I had already made bookings.

It was a fantastic time with the hotel! Nice breakfast and excelent Service! I can recomend it, if you want to stay in Cairo

Muy amables en todo momento, me recibieron con un té de cortesía y una botella de agua, la cama muy cómoda y el precio es excelente. La ubicación cerca de la estación de gobus y de líneas de metro, el desayuno alucinante.

L'accueil était sympathique, avec mise à disposition de thé, café et eau sur le toit terrasse. Farah nous a fort bien conseillés et aidés au moment du départ (petit change d'argent en dernière minute, réservation d'un Uber pour l'aéroport). C'est une jeune femme souriante, discrète et efficace qui a vraiment agrémenté notre séjour.

Nous logions au 4ème dans un appartement annexe de l'hotel situé au 7ème. La porte de notre chambre était vitrée ce qui nous a empêchés de dormir car il a fallu nous relever plusieurs fois pour aller éteindre la lumière de l'entrée (laissée à chaque fois allumée par les clients rentrés plus tard dans la nuit). Farah a gentiment essayé d'arranger les choses le lendemain...

All staff are very friendly and nice! They helped me out my issues about passport. I really appreciate that Tara(?) and Horout(?) are super kind and sincere people. I really do not want to come Egypt anymore but it happens because of these kind of people who genuinely kind and reliable.

I chose to climb all the stairs more than using the lift - so my lungs burned but great fitness! Lift is gnarly but safe enough.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — An Amazing Stay! Firstly, there was a mistake in my booking, and the lady at the property replied to my message immediately and fixed everything straight away. Amazing service from the start. Secondly, on the day I was flying out, I received a message saying, “Here is our location. If you need help, please contact us.” At that moment, I knew I was in good hands — and I truly was! Thirdly, the location is great, only about 20–25 minutes from Cairo Airport (without traffic). Uber is definitely a MUST here! Fourthly, when I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and water, and shown to a VERY CLEAN room. It smelled wonderful. There were two cleaners who worked every morning, and if you wanted your room cleaned, they were always ready to help. Fifthly, there were two WCs, which was great because you never had to wait. The WCs were always clean and ALWAYS had tissue. The water was VERY hot too, which I absolutely loved. Sixthly, the balcony area was cozy and relaxing — a perfect place to unwind. Seventh, the morning breakfast was the BEST. The aunty made your breakfast fresh whenever you requested it from 8 a.m., which really brought back childhood memories lol. I also personally loved the area — it was tourist-free, and the local food shops were excellent, especially the 3rd Market (a must-visit!). Overall, it was an amazing trip thanks to Castle Hotel. THANK YOU — I will definitely be back, inshAllah!

The only thing I disliked was the noise. I’m a light sleeper, so to fall asleep I need complete silence, and any sound wakes me up. Because of the noise from outside — the street and car horns — I had to close the window, which made the room hot. But on the POSITIVE side there was a FAN (which i didn't need). And during the night, people sometimes spoke loudly in the reception area near my room. On the first night (during the middle of the night) I woke up and almost asked them to be quiet, but I didn’t. In the end, I found my own solution: I walked a crazy amounts during the day, got SUPER tired, and just crashed out. And honestly… it worked LOL.

احلى تجربة فنادق حول العالم والله انك تكون اول شخص يسكن في الفندق بعد التجديد الكامل اللهم بارك المكان نظيف جدااااا ومرتب لمن تدخل تحس احساس العيد ريحة الفرش الجديد والبوية والبخور اللي كانوا حاطينه عند الباب عدلوا مزاجي ويومي والله واتمنيت انه الزيارة تطول لكن كانت يوم واحد للاسف غرف كبيرة واسعه قيمة رائعة مقابل السعر الفندق على الشارع العام مدخل الفندق واضح ونظيف منطقة حيوية أنصح الجميع والله فيه وبكل أمانة وراح انزل لكم الصور تتاكدوأ بنفسكم اشكر الفندق على حسن استقبالهم الاستاذ،حازم والجميلات اللي،في الاستقبال الفترة الصباحية والمسائية وعندهم الإفطار فوق على السطح خراااااافي بس انا مافطرت لاني خرجت الفجر من الفندق

Hostel w dobrej lokalizacji i w bardzo dobrej cenie. Egipskie śniadanie było świetne na początek dnia, na tarasie z widokiem na Kair. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa, z którą był łatwy kontakt na żywo i przez Whatsapp.

Hostel mieści się w starym budynku, co ma swoje minusy - zimą (w grudniu) nie ma ogrzewania, więc w pokojach rano i wieczorem jest dość zimno.

Insalubre. Quand je suis arrivée à 18h, c etait un capharnaüm. Travaux sur le toit sans le jacuzzi annonce, des chats partout, ma chambre n était pas faite. Et le propriétaire très bizarre,. J ai decide de ne pas rester alors U'que la chambre avait déjà été débitée C est inadmissibles et j exigé un remboursement. Malheureusement je n'ai pas songé à faire de photos

Tout y est parfait. Propreté, confort du lit, rooftop, petit déjeuner, wifi, emplacement central. Je recommande vivement.

Manque peut être un peu de pression pour la douche et l'eau juste chaude mais sinon tout est parfait

The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are very clean and the workers are very nice and helpful. The rooftop is nice as well.

The walls are so thin that you can hear eveything. At night, there are people constantly opening their bedrooms and going up and down the stairs. The shower of our private bathroom didn’t work and we had to use the common bathroom (which is ok because it wad very clean always). The room was dark and very humid and the matress is very uncomfortable for sleeping more than 2 nights.

Friendly staff, clean, very nice rooftop and good breakfast. Overall, great value for money!

La terraza es muy bonita y tranquila, la habitación muy limpia y silenciosa, es un lugar seguro y muy cercano a zonas turísticas, de fácil acceso, tranquilo. Además de eso, el personal hace que todo sea mucho mejor, excelente atención, muy amables!
