Not recommended for elderly and infants." 😭连厕纸和干净床单都没有，完全不推荐老年人和婴儿入住。 😯布置是华人风格，入住后才发现是马来屋主风格。 😯The decor was in a Chinese style, but after moving in, I realized it was actually in the Malay owner's style. 😭地点距离城市有点远 😭The location is a bit far from the city. 😭格局缺陷 (Layout): 楼梯太多，3房共用楼上1厕，完全不适合老人/行动不便者。 😭Too many stairs; 3 rooms share only 1 toilet upstairs. Not elderly-friendly. 🔺需进步To improve: 😭 * 卫生极差 (Hygiene): 全屋灰尘，床单毛巾感觉没换洗，枕头没套，碗碟杯子很油，吃到很多灰尘，让人有轻微咳嗽。 😭 * Dusty everywhere, dirty linens/towels, and oily kitchenware，Ingesting a lot of dust caused a slight cough. 😭 * 零配套 (Zero Amenities): 完全没有提供厕纸。 😭 * No toilet paper provided at all. 😭 * 设施不便 (Facilities): 没有自动门（风大门会乱甩），车位极窄（大车难停），第二间房没插座。 😭 * Manual gate is dangerous in wind; parking is too narrow for big cars; no power socket in the 2nd room. 😭 * 家具不足 (Furniture): 饭桌只有4张椅，沙发太硬，钥匙太多且没标签，要进出开门和锁门很烦人。 😭* Only 4 dining chairs; sofa is too hard; messy keys without labels，opening and locking the door is a hassle. 😭 * 沟通失信 (Reliability): 屋主答应12点交代却失约。 😭 * Host failed to show up/communicate at the promised time (12 PM).

Reviewed Nov 15, 2025Easily accessible from the Ipoh Selatan toll exit, the homestay is located on the outskirts of Ipoh city centre. The setting is peaceful and private, away from the hustle of the city, offering a truly tranquil stay. Convenient food outlets are nearby, including the 24‑hour Mamak Di Naina and Bintara Restaurant. A nice and friendly owner with clear guide for check in/out. Clean, tidy and equipped with almost all basic facilities of a good homestay.
Nothing to dislike. Just a friendly suggestion — providing an electrical point in each room would add extra convenience for guests.

Reviewed Oct 25, 2025Big house, can stay more than 8 person. Clean and well maintain. Easy check in and out. Facility all good, Netflix available. Parking at porch and outside also can. Definitely will come back again.
If have extra pillow or small bed is nice.

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025Facilities provided as it should. Own parking for only a car, not auto-gated, will be less convenient if rains to open/close gate. House is quite spacer for a small family to stay. Price is affordable.
Location is somehow difficult to be accessed. House is old one and refurbished only. Overall feeling is able to sleep for short period, but if for long stay. Curtains blinds were not good to cover the windows, should have put more efforts in the designs.

1. Water pressure upstairs is low. 2. We have problem with the door accidentally locked from inside worh the aircond on but owner ignored our email. 3. Bedrooms are all upstairs. 4. Interactions only via email. 5. Not enough plug points

Reviewed Mar 3, 2025Nearby Politeknik Ungku Omar...suitable for small families...ECONSAVE nearby to do some grocery shopping...all rooms and main hall were air conditioned...wifi connection with youtube and netflix access....microwave available to reheat food...basic kitchen utensils for use....checking in/out was a breeze!
Toilet on first flow a bit problematic with water flow...hopefully owner can rectify. Maybe owner can consider installing MYTV to watch Live TV....currently only have internet connection to access Youtube, Netflix etc.

All the mattresses are hard and not so comfortable to sleep on.
