Hemos sido engañados, la estancia no tiene agua y nos avisan media hora antes de la llegada por la noche, y nos dijo que volvería. Al despertarnos nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que seguíamos sin agua, preguntamos a los vecinos y nos dicen que llevan 3 semanas sin agua. La casa huele fataaaaal a tubería, adjunto fotos. No puedes ni respirar del mal olor que había. Salimos esa misma mañana y solicitamos la devolución del dinero la han rechazado y ni responden. También la puerta estaba forzada y obviamente no puedes dejar tus cosas ahí porque con solo empujarla fuerte se abre. Como se aprecia en las fotos. La zona malísima. Te pone que hay parking y es mentira. Aparcas en la calle. Un sin fin de cosas y a todo esto nos hicieron subir con niños a la planta 2 sin ascensor y engañarnos para bajar a la mañana sin ningún tipo de respuesta ni disculpa. Es una vergüenza. NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA, y booking tampoco hace nada. Te recompensan con 10€ de mierda y se lavan las manos. No reservéis aquí. Aah y en frente hay obras que hacen ruido a las 8:00 de la mañana y las ventanas no aíslan nada de ruido.

Dramatische ervaring! Zeer slecht onderhouden en de buurt was een bouwput met heel veel lawaai. Het ergste is dat er tijdens ons gehele verblijf geen water aanwezig was. We moesten zelf water kopen om zelfs naar de wc te kunnen. Beheerder was totaal niet behulpzaam. Het lag allemaal aan andere en hij werkt ook alleen maar voor de baas en zelf kon die niets doen.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Équipement défectueux qui marche pas pas machine à laver vue sur un grand chantier qui tourne jour et nuit et sur l'annonce marquer vue sur jardin climatisation qui mémé régler a 17 degrés donne du chaud j'ai fait pas mal de location par tout dans le monde jamais vue un service aussi nulle que ça a fuir... Je reproche à booking aussi de collaborer avec des établissements pareils !!!!!

Reviewed May 24, 2026La gentillesse des dames de l'accueil et de l'entretien ainsi que le travail. La gentillesse aussi de Amine l'homme gestionnaire des deux résidences et sa disponibilité.
Établissement découvert suite à une annulation de ma première réservation (raisons d'intempéries et inondations des chambres dans un vieux riad proche de Boujloud). Sans regret j'ai obtenu un bon choix sur Booking. Quartier calme proche de toutes commodités un chantier est en cours juste en face de la résidence. Un véhicule est souhaitable pour les déplacements. Manque d'équipements et d'ustensiles dans la cuisine pour celui/ceux i qui aiment faire la cuisine. Des voisins irrespectueux qui utilisent beaucoup de décibels jusqu'à 05 heure du matin. Les murs ne sont pas insonorisés. Pour les PMR il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Le quartier est sécurisé et les habitants sont respectueux. Le lave-linge est d'une grande utilité surtout en ce moment de haute chaleur. Les deux chambres sont équipées de climatisation : un bonus ! L'empreinte carbone est légèrement supérieure à la normale. La proximité du marché couvert des fruits et légumes. Le vendeur des fraises avec sa charette à proximité. Appartement très spacieux. Une bonne expérience à renouveler si nécessaire. Bonne continuation à tous les acteurs.

* Very loud construction noise starting early in the morning * Nighttime disturbances that affected sleep and comfort * Unpleasant smell inside the apartment, especially in one bedroom * Lack of effective support from the property manager when contacted * Overall environment not suitable for a family stay * No refund received so far despite raising the issue What could have been better? The listing should accurately reflect the real conditions of the property, including noise from construction and any environmental issues. Better responsiveness from the host and proper handling of guest concerns would also improve the experience.

Appartement, quasiment abandonné d’humidité, partout, cuisine des équipements catastrophique ça donne même pas envie de les utiliser les odeurs des égouts un chantier à côté, impossible de dormir poignée de porte, détruit les odeurs d’humidité dans les armoires on a été même coincé à l’intérieur de l’appartement heureusement, on a trouvé une femme de ménage qui nous ouvre la porte par l’extérieur les toilettes qui fuit vraiment à faire le point avec cette établissement en plus j’étais accompagné avec des enfants vraiment état catastrophique logement à ce prix là devrait respecter le minimum de confort fournir pour les clients pour les photos, j’en pouvais pas faire tout, mais je peux vous envoyer des autres si vous voulez

This apartment is not what we booked. The place where we stayed should never be on Booking.com. This is clearly a scam. The apartment was freezing cold, rain came in through the windows, cold wind came through the doors, the toilet was leaking, the beds were unbearably hard, and the kitchen was filthy and outdated.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026Le point que je n’ai pas pu tolérer est que l’appartement proposé n’est pas celui affiché sur Booking. Les photos et la description ne correspondent pas au logement réellement occupé, ce qui crée une réelle déception à l’arrivée. L’emplacement est également à côté de terrains en cours de construction, information non mentionnée dans l’annonce. À l’intérieur, il manquait des draps et plusieurs ustensiles de cuisine, et la porte principale ne se ferme pas correctement. Le confort est impacté par des nuisances sonores : des enfants jouent au football à l’étage au-dessus, générant beaucoup de bruit, et les ventilateurs extérieurs des climatiseurs sont très bruyants, surtout la nuit. Malgré la propreté du logement et la gentillesse du gestionnaire, l’annonce ne reflète pas la réalité et devrait être corrigée pour éviter toute confusion aux futurs voyageurs.
