La struttura super accogliente e pulita e avevamo il Riad tutto per noi essendo le uniche ospiti. Il personale gentilissimo e super disponibile ad accogliere le nostre necessità

メディナの入口側だったので、移動にとても便利な場所でした。 ホテルのオーナー（？）がとても物静かな人でとても丁寧に対応してくれました。

ホテルの場所が非常に分かりにくいです。 看板も出てないです。 あと、モロッコのほかのホテルでもそうですが、冷蔵庫がありません。

Tout, établissement propre, bien situé, le personnel accueillant, souriant et au petit soin, les petits déjeuners, le bon repas sur la terrasse, le calme dans et autour de l'établissement, la médina juste à côté, les commerces aux alentours, la place Jema el fna pas très loin, les bus, les taxis à proximité, un lieu de rendez-vous facile pour les excursions... Beaucoup de choses à dire. De très bons souvenirs qui resteront.

Riad accogliente, pulita, bella e curata. Posizionata in un punto comodo, vicinissima alla Medina ma anche alla zona più commerciale. Lo staff gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Nulla di particolare solo la camera un pochino piccola ma vivibile

Tiszta, rendezett, a képeknek megfelelő a szállás. 1 perc sétára van a Medina kapujától (itt van a GetYourGuide túrák felvételi pontja). Minden nap korán reggel kirándulni mentünk, ezért csomagoltak nekünk reggelit.

Sajnos nincs a szobában hűtő.

El trato fue excepcional y el desayuno riquísimo. Elias estaba pendiente de nosotros y que estuviéramos bien. Un placer!

Es war alles perfekt und die leute sind soo lieb und kümmern sich sehr um einen :) Würde sofort wieder dort schlafen

Très bon accueil, hôte attentionné (merci Elyas !). La chambre pour 3 est petite mais propre et la climatisation fonctionnait très bien. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec tout ce qu'il faut (pain, crêpe, gâteau, confiture, jus d'orange...). Avons dîner 2 fois au Riad pour 15€/pers. et la personne en cuisine nous a servi entre autres un délicieux tajine aux olives (une pâtisserie orientale en dessert aurait été appréciée mais les fruits étaient bons). Le quartier est typique avec ruelles (et chats 😉) et il est facile de se rendre au centre en marchant 20min. En bref, je recommande !

Le tarif du repas (15€) un peu élevé pour les tarifs locaux.

La señora de la cocina era muy buena cocinera y atenta.

Pero el baño muy pequeño, te dicen que hay gel y champú y es un frasco de todo a cien, sin secador, el agua yo que tengo pelo largo imposible de lavar..Internet fallaba siempre sin poder apenas utilizarlo. La tv en una sala compartida.por calidad precio muy caro. Y cua do vas no tienen ni cartel del rial tienes que adivinar cuál es.

The friendliness of the care taker of Riad.

The location of the room was difficult to find, as it was not clearly marked and Google Maps did not provide accurate directions. There was no signboard or nameplate at the entrance to identify the property. The room itself was extremely small, approximately 8 × 9 feet, and the bathroom was very cramped, measuring around 3 × 8 feet. The bed was also of poor quality, with an uneven and lumpy mattress that made it uncomfortable to sleep on and affected the overall quality of rest. In addition, the surrounding area had an unpleasant odor. The streets and pathways leading to the riad were noticeably smelly, making the walk to and from the property uncomfortable and negatively impacting the overall experience.

Le bruit ont entend tout surtout avec des clients qui ne respectent pas mais c’est aussi un problème d’insonorisation .

The property is extremely clean and in very good repair. Breakfast is abundant and delicious. The rooftop patio is well equipped and a nice place to relax. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Our room was a bit small but had everything we needed. The map didn’t show the exact location and the hotel name isn’t displayed outside so we weren’t sure if we had the right place.

La chambre était vétusté salle de bain avec les robinets qui sortent du mur chasse d'eau qui fuit poignée de porte de la salle de bain cassée un tuyau de chantier qui sort du mur pour aller dans la douche. Le linge de lit n'a pas été changé pendant 5 jours, et pour les serviettes avec des fils qui pendent dans tous les sens tellement elles ont été utilisés, ce fut le même combat elles ont été changées le premier jour puis pendant 4 jours nous avons eu les mêmes. Dans la description des équipements il y a marqué sèche-cheveux on ne l'a jamais vu. Il y a les câbles pour la télé qui pendent mais pas de télé.... Enfin bref. Avant notre arrivée nous avons reçu un message nous expliquant que nous pourrons manger un tajine ou un couscous cuisiné sur place, publicité mensongère lorsque nous avons demandé on nous a envoyé dans les restaurants de la rue. Et j'oubliais vous voyez des photos d'une terrasse qui m'ont beaucoup plus à moi aussi lorsqu'on a demandé à y accéder l'accès nous a été refusé 😓 bref à fuir

De eerste indruk was een beetje rommelig. Maar dan bedoel ik de buurt waar het hostel gelegen was.

Riad molto confortevole, si sta davvero bene e ci si rilassa sia in camera sia negli spazi comuni. Letto comodo, colazione discreta. Bella terrazza. Posizionato in una zona autentica, con pochi turisti.

Su booking avevo concordato la cena in Riad. Il titolare me lo aveva confermato. Al mio arrivo, il ragazzo che lavora nel Riad non ne sapeva nulla, il proprietario non glielo aveva detto. Il lavandino del mio bagno era troppo basso e piccolo. Sono piccolezze, nel complesso sono stato bene e il Riad è ottimo.

I booked this lovely riad because it was my first time in Marrakes, it was super easy to find, just 2 minutes walk from Bab Doukala gate. You can grab local buses and taxies so eaily. Getting to the main square and the souk is literary going straight down the road...so very difficult to get lost. It was prestine clean, it had soluch a specila Moroccan atmosphete, and very welcomming and kind personelle. Room and the bathroom were small but tastfully decorated. Book the room with atached bathroom - some have private bathrooms but you need to go out to the corridore to get to them. The AC was quet and worked well. Breakfast was lavish with such a wide choice and kind lady who made it. They were also able to meet my dietary needs. The terace was also very nice with comfortable little nooks to sit. Lovely for the evening as it has a breez.

I found the matrasse too hard and hardly got any sleep - but it really can just be a personal prefference. Also it would have been nice to have hand soap ( beside the shampoos). I got welcoming tea which was lovely, but maybe a bottle of mineral wather for the first night would have been a nice touch as one cannot drink tap wather. But it was really a nice place to stay.

For myself, location close to edge of Medina was fine. Easy to get anywhere from. RIAD Ramadam House. Great family run Riad.

Aunque está en la medina, está algo lejos.

El alojamiento es bonito e Ilias es muy amable y te ayuda en todo. Llegamos tarde y vino a buscarnos donde te deja el taxi (cerca del Riad). La habitacion era bonita y de un tamaño suficiente para dos personas.

No puedo decir que algo no me gustará. El baño era estrecho y pequeño pero funcional, con algunos elementos que necesitaban ser reparados.

It was a unique and great experience. The RIAD was cozy, the staff was always predisposed to help you in the best way possible. They accommodated to our needs, sent pick up taxi to the airport, gave us special hours for breakfast to leave for the train. They have a very nice terrace and if you ask for dinner they will cook for you there at night, delicious! I recommend them fully!!!

Struttura perfetta, corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto presenti su booking. Soggiorno spettacolare, colazione inclusa molto abbondante, lo consiglio pienamente. Elias ragazzo spettacolare, accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

Personeel was enorm vriendelijk. Locatie aan de rand van de medina. Dat maakt het vrij rustig.

Het was vrij gehorig. Geuren vanuit de keuken kwamen ook de ruimte binnen.

Personnel adorable et chaleureux. Ilies est vraiment tres sympathique et nous a organisé nos excursions avec une grande efficacité. Le Tajine fait maison que nous avons réservé le dernier soir était délicieux et tres copieux! Bravo a toute l'équipe vraiment !!

La douche de la salle de bain est vraiment à rénover d'urgence. Les tuyaux ne tiennent plus dans le mur.

L’accueil était excellent, Elyas était de très bon conseil et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Les petits déjeuners étaient parfaits, variés et copieux. La chambre était propre et bien entretenue.

La chambre se trouvait au rez-de-chaussée, juste à côté de la salle du petit déjeuner, ce qui rendait l’environnement assez bruyant le matin

The breakfast was very good - we especially loved the soft bread and hot pancakes. The location is good, close to the medina (around 1.5 km). You can also take a bus for about 4 MAD if you don’t feel like walking. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The common areas were very clean, stylish, and newly renovated. Our room was also clean and comfortable.

I liked the property overall, but a few things could be improved: - Initially, the property contact asked me to cancel my booking due to confusion over my questions (possibly due to language differences). I had only asked to confirm the latest check-out time and the earliest possible check-in. This seemed to cause some misunderstanding, and I was asked to cancel. However, we decided to proceed with the booking, and everything went smoothly in the end. - The bathroom in our room could use some improvement, as it seems to still be undergoing renovation. The toilet seat felt a bit unstable, and the shower could have been cleaner.

Un soggiorno davvero perfetto! Il riad è curato in ogni dettaglio, con un’atmosfera accogliente e autentica. Lo staff è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, facendoci sentire come a casa. La pulizia è impeccabile, tutto ordinato e profumato. La colazione merita una menzione speciale: ricca, abbondante e con prodotti freschissimi, davvero deliziosa. Super consigliato!

El anfitrión Ilyas es encantador. Muy pendiente siempre de que todo estuviera bien. El último día teníamos que salir hacia el aeropuerto a las 2:30 de la madrugada y, además de gestionarnos el transporte, se levantó a esa hora para que estuviéramos tranquilos por si sucedía cualquier imprevisto. Desayuno local muy rico, abundante y con un toque de variación cada día. La ubicación del Riad a solamente 15 minutos caminando de la plaza Yamma El Fna, por calles concurridas, ninguna sensación de peligro.

Il Riad è semplice, accogliente, curato e pulito. La nostra stanza doppia aveva tutto il necessario e il letto era comodo. La posizione ai margini della medina (25 minuti a piedi per piazza Jamaa El fna) per noi è stata perfetta perché molto comoda ma in una zona meno caotica e piana di turisti e quindi più autentica. Colazione ottima e anche la cena di cui abbiamo usufruito al nostro arrivo piuttosto tardi. Ilyias, il ragazzo che gestisce il Riad, oltre a essere molto simpatico, è stato gentilissimo e disponibile con noi, ci ha organizzato la cena, ci ha permesso di anticipare la colazione quando dovevamo andare via prima ed era sempre pronto ad aiutarci, ci ha anche permesso di guardare la partita dell'Italia in riad! Anche la signora che cucina è stata molto gentile.

Il bagno è molto piccolo ma ci sta in un Riad tradizionale. Il Riad è silenzioso ma si sentono abbastanza i rumori delle altre stanze, per fortuna non avevamo vicini maleducati.

Elias was very kind, helpful, & made my stay feel comfortable. He was very attentive and helped book me a taxi to the airport and walked me to the meeting point. Breakfast was delicious, the Riad is very beautiful with a nice terrace and lounge areas. The area is close to the center (20 minute walk) and in a more local area where you can see authentic culture. Was very quiet during my stay.

The toilet seat was a little broken and shower head pressure was light.
