This is our second time staying here it was an amazing, lovely place, beautiful apartment, cozy and warm, good jacuzzi, clean , easy to check in , not far from the city centre a lot of shops around and the owner very kind and helpful. We love everything here and we will go back and stay here again.

We only have a 3 night stay here. We love this apartment very much. Beautiful apartment great design, cosy, comfortable, very clean easy to check in check out, love jacuzzi, very private and very good for a couple to stay here . The area is fine, quiet and easy to get to Marrakech city centre. The owner was very helpful and kind and easy to communicate with.

the privacy was really good and host was so good they are available 24/7 for your assistance.

Everything was fine but the carpet was not cleaned and sofa was not so clean

Il y a une machine a laver

Le seul contact avec le responsable se fait par WhatsApp. L’appartement n’a rien à voir avec les photos et il est très sale. Il est également très bruyant car il n’y a aucune isolation : on entend absolument tout et en plus il y a des travaux en face. La responsable a même proposé d’acheter un bon commentaire sur Booking en m’offrant une nuit gratuite. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit.

La proximité de tous les centres d’intérêt de la ville près de la place

Indications claires. L’hôte est gentille et réactive. L’appartement est bien situé.

La propreté du jacuzzi quand il fonctionne. Le matelas n’est pas confortable. Les photos ne sont plus d’actualité et ne reflètent pas la réalité.

The host was very helpful, she spoke to the cab driver too to take care of the transport! The jacuzzi was a great wind down from the heat and was perfect to end our trip!

This place never disappointed me, the avenue is so calm the train station down town and plus free parking, two air conditioners the rooftop is so amazing the neighborhood is beautiful, one of hided gems in downtown!

The location is quite convenient, with most amenities and points of interest reachable within a five-minute drive. The host was very courteous and accommodating, and kindly arranged for a late evening check-in to suit our arrival time.

The photographs are more flattering on booking.com than the reality of the apartment. Upon arrival, we were met with a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was particularly difficult to endure as non-smokers. The apartment would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and a thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was lacking, with noticeable dirt on the walls in areas such as the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. Several items in the apartment were broken or in poor condition. For instance, the bathroom tap was damaged, the toilet paper holder repeatedly fell off the wall, and the towel rack was broken. Additionally, the windows are quite old and not soundproof. As a result, the noise from the street in the early morning hours was very disruptive, making it nearly impossible to sleep past 8:00 a.m. due to the high level of activity outside. We chose to remain in the apartment solely because it was fully prepaid. Otherwise, I would have cancelled the reservation and sought alternative accommodation.

Shaima did all the arrangements for my partner’s Birthday surprise. It was really nice and more than what i expected. Everything was properly organised and shaima was really helpful.

We only stayed two nights, but could stay longer as it had everything we needed. The flat is a bit far from the Medina, but we appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to find and communicate with the host if we needed anything or had questions. Overall, it was a great experience.

Due to flight delay our arrival was very late and we really appriciated that everything was arranged in a way that our late arrival was not a problem. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi and wifi was perfect. Great location also with a family friendly restoran Beldi Fusion Kitchen in a few min walking distance away and an ATM around the corner.

I loved the decor , the little amenities left by the host and the little courtyard was amazing. The bed was really comfortable with great linen and the hosts were really friendly and accommodating!

The property was unique, cozy, clean, well decorated and simple at the same time, we absolutely enjoyed it and asked to stay even longer!

We loved the style, simplicity, jacuzzi of course, separated shower and toilet, nice terrace for lazy morning or cozy evenings

We like the jacuzzi , the sunbeds and Shaima was very helpful.

The kitchen was a bit small

Very nice apartment. Was great to be able to relax in our own private jacuzzi after visiting the busy downtown area. The host is also very friendly and are very easy to communicate with.

Probably better to shorten the address on the description, since it can’t be found on Google maps this way and we had to call the host. We didn’t have toilet paper the first night, not enough towels, and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. But communication was very easy and it all got fixed next morning.

The accommodation was enjoyable, highlighted by the rooftop terrace and jacuzzi. The area is peaceful, with plenty of restaurant options and a few shops nearby. Overall, a pleasant stay with memorable amenities and a serene atmosphere.

Sewage issue needs to be addressed as the smell inside the property is awful.

Photos make it look big but in reality it's a small studio, it's not worth 100 euros at all 😭😭

Highly recommended, I enjoyed my stay in this cozy and lovely place, all was clean and well decorated. All thanks to Miss Awan who helped me a lot with her good tips and professional advice. Definitely will come back
