Staff was very friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean and the location was very close to the port and other restaurants. Instructions for getting checked in and out were sent via email and were very clear on how to get to the hotel and how to get the key.

Room was smaller than expected, more specifically the bathroom. I can imagine someone taller or larger than me an average sized female, would find it pretty uncomfortable. Usable but very small. Bed was not the most comfortable.

The location was excellent, near the center and near the beach. The room was clean, it had a little cute balcony , it was near the port and very simple to find our way by following the instructions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Just a little noisy from the others visitors when going up the stairs. Everything else was perfect.

La sua posizione è davvero fantastica, praticamente in centro ma senza il disagio che può creare il centro

La camera è davvero molto piccola, non ci sono armadi e, chi come noi si è trattenuto 4 giorni, è stato costretto a lasciare le cose nella valigia…per terra. Completamente sprovvisto di appoggi. Il bagno davvero angusto, anche per chi come me è piuttosto piccolina

Deuxième séjour à Kato Yialos et par hasard nous avions la même chambre qu'il y a deux ans. Petit hôtel simple mais parfaitement tenu, déco sobre et soignée, propreté impeccable, hospitalité grecque comme on aime. À dix minutes à pied du port, en limite de la vieille ville, à deux pas de bonnes tavernas, d'un minimarket, et d'une plage de sable très calme, loin de l'agitation des beach-bars qui prennent de plus en plus de place à Paros. Pas de petit-déjeuner servi sur place mais il y a un mini-réfrigérateur et de quoi se préparer un thé ou café (fournis !). Établissement à recommander sans réserve.

La nostra camera non era conforme alla descrizione perché non aveva nessun armadio, confermato anche dalle signore delle pulizie a cui abbiamo espresso il nostro disappunto. C'era solo un piccolo appendiabiti a parete con sotto una mensola che era l'unico posto dove poter appoggiare le cose. Era impossibile appendere vestiti o camicie perché urtavano l'unico piano di appoggio della stanza. Solo borse e maglie corte. I comodini sono cassette di legno e nella camera non è presente alcun cassetto. Scarsa comprensione della proprietaria che lo ha definito come un "open wardrobe" senza scusarsi. La stanza presenta una mancanza di organizzazione negli spazi. Dopo la mia segnalazione a booking, la proprietaria mi ha inviato un messaggio con accuse forti, minacciando di coinvolgere un avvocato. Le critiche oggettive, sugli spazi in questo caso, devono essere accettate e servono per crescere e migliorarsi e fornire un miglior servizio ai futuri clienti. È in corso una verifica da parte di booking anche per questioni di privacy, in quanto la proprietaria ha scritto di avere video e messaggi delle signore delle pulizie che entrano nella stanza. Eccetto lo svuotamento quotidiano della carta igienica fatto su mia richiesta, ma per fortuna gratuito, per noi non è stato un soggiorno piacevole perché non ci siamo sentiti accolti e ho ricevuto anche accuse via WhatsApp per la segnalazione sull'armadio mancante, già segnalate a booking.

The location is perfect, right next to the seaside promenade and a small beach, just a few steps away from the town center and 10 minutes walk from the port. It is very accessible since the street is flat and you don’t have to carry luggage doing a hundred stairs like in the old town. The hotel is very well-equipped with everything you might need even during a longer stay. The room was super clean and the cleaning ladies were amazing, very kind and helpful! They cleaned our room and changed bed sheets and towels 3 times during our 5-day stay, also brought us some paper plates and wooden cutlery (that we really needed) even though we didn’t ask. Thank you! ❤️

The room is a bit small for 2 people with luggage, the space to put clothes and other things is very limited. The bathroom could be renovated, the balcony is nice but tiny, it fits both a table with 2 chairs and drying racks but it’s hard to use either because the passage is very narrow. There’s a sea view though!

i loved the location absolutely perfect for your stay in paros parikia is so lively so close to restaurants, a club, the beach, the bus station it has everything you could want. the staff were lovely and had our sheets changed regularly as well as the towels. me and my partner had the most memorable time in paros and i can definetly say this hotel made it even better.

just as a note, the shower/ bathroom in general is a bit small. if you’re taller you may struggle but it was perfect for me

Early check in was available which was great after arriving at 7am, the room was spacious and clean, very comfortable with all great facilities. Huge size balcony which was lovely.

Very loud during the night as close to main road, and other guests were quite loud.

First of all, the hosts were very friendly and supportive, sent us clear check-in instructions in advance. Location is amazing, you literally have a 2 min walk to all the restaurants, plus it took us less than 10 minutes to get from the port. We had a room with comfortable bed, nice balcony, generally it had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Good location, friendly staff, room very clean and AC worked well. Lots of nice restaurants close by. One of the ladies gave us recommendations of beaches to visit and activities to do.

The room and bathroom is very small. Also the wifi was pretty much non existent. I try not use my phone when on holiday but it’s nice to have if trying to plan activities for the day. This didn’t bother us most of the time but just something to note.

Very cute room with a lovely balcony, cool at night, quiet but with all the nice restaurants and the waterfront just one minute away by foot. You can prepare a super tasty coffee at the room, everything was clean and tidy. The room isn't super big but I appreciated that they put attention to the small details that make you feel at home. Very friendly staff.

The bathroom is little and old fashioned, but super clean and they tried to make it as cozy and comfortable as possible. Also the doors don't isolate well the noise from the corridor, but it's a tiny hotel, so not much problem as you won't hear many people passing by the corridor

Location was great, very walkable for Parikia. There was a public parking lot 1 minute walk away where I could park my rental car. Room was very comfortable and clean. Marina was lovely. My room was ready earlier than expected so I was able to check in immediately when I arrived instead of waiting for check in time, and my room was upgraded which was a lovely surprise. I felt very safe here as a female solo traveller. Would highly recommend this hotel

The bathroom and shower were quite small, but this seems to be common in Greece hotels i’ve noticed. It didn’t bother me as I am also small but a larger person may find this uncomfortable

The location, room and the staff were very helpful. A gud budget friendly place esp when u stay longer.

The bathroom was way too small without proper vent and the fact that they emphasize to throw toilet papers in bin was pretty uncomfortable esp with the smell even if they offered to clean every other day.

Location: Very close to the Port and Main bus station. It’s just 15 mins walk away. The beach is just across the street, 1 min away. All good restaurants are on the same street. It’s cleaned after 2 Nights stay, towels are changed. Local recommendations are filed and shared in the room. Homely feel. The place looks like made out of love. Decor is thought through. She is good host. She kept checking on me.

1. Bathroom was too small. A normal person can’t even stretch full arms wide. Too cramped up. 2. In the name of tea/coffee: only one sachet of coffee and tea was provided. One small bottle of water for a 3N stay. It was never replenished.

J avais besoin de séjourner seulement une nuit pour rejoindre le lendemain Naxos. Je n étais pas à la recherche d une chambre luxueuse mais basique , bien située et propre. Je suis arrivée tard. Tout était a disposition et facile d acces , la localisation très proche du port a pied est très bien indiquée, es clefs étaient dans la petite boîte, pareil, les instructions étaient simples et claires. le rapport qualite prix est très bien pour ce type d offre. J ai pu le lendemain matin laisser mon bagage a la réception. La personne était très gentille . Et l établissement est vraiment bien situé en plein centre. D ailleurs, j y retourne au retour du coup !! Comme cela je pourrai depuis ce spot profiter d antiparos en étant a côté du port. Je conseille pour les petits budgets.

Encore une fois (car c est le cas dans plusieurs hôtels ) : le rideau de douche un peu court, 😂. On met un peu d eau à côté . Mais on est en vacances, pas de stress. La douche était minus mais suffisante et la chambre très propre

The location is good, near to everywhere. Besides, there is a big car parking area nearby. The room was clean, check in was quite easy. I did not event see any staff until the day I left.

The hotel is in a fantastic location right in town, which I personally prefer over staying in Livadia. It was very clean, with comfortable bed, a little fridge and kettle and a small balcony. The price per night was fantastic, and the staff was lovely.

The bathroom is a bit dated but this didn’t really bother me. I’m used to older Greek bathrooms. I was just happy that the shower head was attached to the wall so you are able to stand under it.

Μου άρεσε η διαρρύθμιση του δωματίου. Όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι χωρίς υπερβολές...Δωρεάν πάργκινγκ στα 100μ, ήσυχο δωμάτιο είτε για επαγγελματικό ταξίδι είτε για διακοπές!

Gute Lage

Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr.8 im ersten Stock. Unser Eindruck: 1. Sehr lauter Kühlschrank. 2. Die Toilettentür klemmte, Fingernagel eingerissen. 3. Laute Stimmen und Möbelrücken der Nachbarn, Laute Toilettengeräusche der Nachbarn. 4. Es gab kein warmes Wasser am Waschbecken im Bad, ein veröffentlichtes Foto des Betreibers sollte wohl ein Hinweis darauf sein. 5. Die Matratze war zu hart für uns, wir haben schlecht geschlafen. 6. Die Toilette war innen stark verschmutzt. 7. Für uns machte das Zimmer den Eindruck einer Jugendherberge. !! Das schlimmste ist, dass der Gastgeber dies alles ignoriert hat und lediglich auf seine Bewertung verwiesen hat.

Formidable acceuil, très attentionné. La chambre était sensationnelle avec beaucoup de goût et une touche très personnalisée. Pour être franc, je me dois de dire que l'insonorisation est loin d' être parfaite et que je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude le deuxième jour...mais cela reste un établissement très agréable. Le personnel est très attentif au bien être de ses hôtes.
