Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Muy limpio, amplio y con todas las necesidades. Fueron muy amables, nos dejamos dinero en la caja fuerte y nos lo enviaron a Tokio. Por eso y por el resto de servicios lo recomiendo 100%. Zona tranquila cerca de la estación, para acercarnos a los sitios cogíamos un bus y tan tranquilos.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Three big beds in one hotel room. Sandals and slippers provided at the entry as well as pajamas at the foot of the bed. Refa hairdryer and a big foldable mirror in the desk was provided too which was cool. Has control screen next to bed so can turn off lights, adjust AC, etc from there. About a ~12 minute walk from Kyoto station. You pass by a shopping mall and lots of yakiniku restaurants so you have plenty of options for dining.
No nice window view unfortunately.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Todo. Es espacioso pero no tanto para muchas maletas, y no cuenta con armario. A la entrada hay perchas pero no da para mucho. De todas formas es muy acogedor, esta perfectisimamente ubicado, a un lado la estacion de tren y al otro el metro. Servicio de habitación diario impecable, con pijamas y calzados cada dia. Hay una sala de estar con sofas, maquinas, microondas, agua, cafe, y accesorios personales (cepillo de dientes, cremas etc) GRATIS. Hay una zona de lavanderia dentro del hotel que tambien esta super bien y es asequible de precio. Tambien hay spa, una lastima que no lo hemos usado porque nos dimos cuenta tarde :( Si volviera a Kyoto, me quedaria aqui de nuevo sin dudarlo.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026京都駅から南へ少し歩いた所にある。徒歩5分ほとだが、もし雨なら嫌だな。ホテルは新しく施設も最新式で、エアコンの設定も部屋のタブレットで行う。 朝食は一品毎に味が良いし，見た目もいい。サラダも新鮮。総合的な再訪度は近鉄に軍配。
大浴場もあるが、朝は6:00からしか使えないし、朝食も7:00からなので、私には１時間遅い感じで、使いにくい。 朝食ビュッフェはスタートから行列。7:30には会場に入れない人達が待ち行列。開店と同時に行ったがお菜を取るのに暫く列を作る。直ぐにテーブルは満席。開店直後なのに。京都だから仕方ないなも。再訪は微妙。価格は高め。ツインのシングルユースで15000に少し欠ける程度。 水のボトルが1リットル程度の紙箱式、スクリューキャップの固定部分のリングが初めから空いていたような気がして、（気のせいかも）ちょっと気持ちが悪かった。リサイクルはしてないよなあ。

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026友人3人で泊まりましたが、部屋は少し狭くなりましたが、3人目のベッドは少し小さめでしたがソファベッドではなくしっかりとしたマットで寝心地は良かったです。また、朝食も内容は値段の割には良かったです。大浴場も広く、洗い場の数もあり、混むことも無く、湯上がりのアイスやアメニティも自由にお風呂へのルートにあり使いやすかったです。京都駅からは少し歩きますが、九条駅には近く貴船方面には便利でした。
エコ清掃をすすめたいましたが、2泊したので、やはり毎日清掃は入って欲しかったです。

Hacen recepción y envío de maletas a otros hoteles de forma ágil y con ayuda en todo momento. Personal muy amable. Gran cadena de hoteles y gran relación calidad- precio

大浴場を使用するにしても、部屋のお風呂を使用するにしても、フェイスタオルをもう1セットずつそろえてほしかったです。 お風呂の時に使うと、朝の身支度時のタオルがなかったので、少し困りました。 大浴場にフェイスタオルを用意してもらえると、もっと快適に過ごせたと思います。

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Lokalizacja hotelu jest dużym atutem. Blisko do dworca z którego zwiedzimy całe Kioto i okolice. Śniadania były bardzo urozmaicone, każdy znalazł coś dla siebie. Obsługa hotelu była bardzo sympatyczna, pokój dobrze wyposażony. Hotel spełnił w pełni nasze oczekiwania.
Nic złego nie zapamiętałem.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Ein sehr schönes, modernes Haus mit einer ansprechenden Lobby. Die Zimmer entsprechen dem westlichen Standard, bequeme Betten - eine für Europäer angenehme Abwechslung nach den landestypischen Futons. Im Haus befindet sich ein Onsen, der kostenlos genutzt werden kann. (Leider nach Geschlecht getrennt, sodass man nicht gemeinsam entspannen kann.) Auch Speiseeis steht kostenlos rund um die Uhr zur freien Entnahme. Die hoteleigenen Waschautomaten arbeiten ohne Waschpulver mit ionisiertem Wasser, was gut für die Umwelt, für empfindliche Kleidungsstücke aber eher nicht zu empfehlen ist. Die Umwelt erscheint den Hotelbetreibern generell sehr wichtig, denn obwohl - wie in Japan üblich - kostenlos Zahnbürsten, Kämme, Haargummis, Rasierer und andere Artikel zur Verfügung stehen, werden die Gäste doch darauf hingewiesen, dass es besser wäre, seine eigenen Hygiene- und Körperpflege-Produkte mitzunehmen. U-Bahn und Linienbusse sind leicht erreichbar, und auch der Bahnhof Kyoto kann bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Leider alles sehr digital und auf Selfservice ausgerichet. Ein- und Auschecken muss man selbst über Terminals, und auch um das Weiterleiten des Gepäcks muss man sich über elektronische Medien selbst kümmern. Im Notfall steht zwar das sehr freundliche Personal hilfreich zur Seite, aber letztendlich überwiegt doch der Eindruck, dass man eigentlich selbst die Arbeit der Rezeptionisten leistet. Die Zimmer sind zwar relativ groß, dennoch ist praktisch kein Platz für das Gepäck vorhanden, was sich bei einem längeren Aufenthalt als nervig und mühsam entpuppt.

La ubicación, aunque no es mala, a unos 600m de las principales estaciones de metro, se hace un poco pesado con maletas (he de decir que vale la pena totalmente por lo que ofrecen)

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026En conjunto todo estuvo perfecto y el personal muy amable, las habitaciones amplias, especialmente la de dos camas individuales y la de matrimonio bien, hotel muy limpio, el desayuno muy variado y recién hecho todo, la ubicación genial, al lado de la estación de tren y de autobús. El último día nos dejaron guardar el equipaje en el hotel. Por cierto los colchones muy cómodos.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Good location about 10 minutes walk to Kyoto station. Unlimited free popsicles. Water and ice stations were very useful for those hot summer days. Morning buffet was of great value. Did not get to use onsen but one was available but not tattoo friendly.
The rooms could use more counter or storage space. You did not have a lot of room to put your clothes away. Limited hangers or drawers. You practically had to live out of your suitcase. Also for such a big facility, having only four washers and four dryers is a joke. They were always occupied. I had to bring my wet clothes to a nearby 24 hour laundry place to dry due to how busy it was.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026朝食が美味しかった。大浴場があったこと。お部屋の清潔さと、洗濯機や製氷器、飲み水やアイスの提供など、充実していたので、真夏の京都の滞在で、とても助かりました。
チェックインの際に、客側が全て手続きをして、ホテルの人はそれを見てるだけだったので、何のために人がいるのだろうと、不思議に感じました。また、チェックインの際に、大浴場を利用するための暗証番号などの説明がなかったので、残念に思いました。 京都駅が想像以上に広かったので、「京都八条東口徒歩5分」＝新幹線改札から15分と、案外遠いなぁと感じました。

You have to take the bus to get to tourist sites, nos walking distance. Elevators dirty. Breakfast not so international.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Nice Hotel, my family has stayed 6 nights there, friendly staff, good facilities and good location. There’s a nice public bath free to guests, which is really relaxing after whole day’s walking. 5 minutes walking to JR Tokyo station and Kujo subway station, and many eating places nearby.
We chose twice Eco cleaning mode cleaning because 6 nights stay, linens need not changing but the bed still should be made.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Lokalizacja jest naprawde blisko dworca i łatwo wydostac sie do różnych dzielnic Kyoto. W okolicy nie ma jednak za dużo ciekawych atrakcji, wszedzie trzeba jechać. Dobre śniadanie. Uprzejmy personel. Śniadanie OK. Super onsen
słabe wyciszenie w pokoju naroznym - słychac ulice; rozmiar pokoju.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026We didn’t take breakfast as there are enough places to eat around the corner. Location is good: 7 minutes walk from station (just in wrong direction as everything that is for visiting seems to be on the other side of the station), some well priced restaurants around the hotel, good bus, metro and train connections, 10min walk from big shopping mall (with reasonably priced stores like zara and gap and some much cheaper, as well as arcades for a rainy day). Facilities excellent: spacious room, big bed even for my 5 year old (even thought in other places in Japan he is considered a child so doesn’t get extra bed space), fresh pyjamas and towels daily. On the first floor can get teabags, face care products as well as other amenities for free, free icecream as well - which is a nice touch, laundry room available, free access to onsen which was very good and not crowded as food size. Staff was friendly, everything was very well, clean. Every floor had a ironing board and iron as well as microwave to heat food with utensils. Very practical hotel.
Maybe just a bit location as was on the wrong side of Kyoto train station, but cant complain as it was 7min walk only to Kyoto station.

La literie (les matelas sont extrêmement durs) et le bruit (cet hôtel accueille beaucoup de groupes ce qui génère beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs lors de leur arrivée et départ donc impossible de dormir)

Molto vicino alla fermate del bus per muoversi in città. La struttura è nuova e pulita. Molto carino anche l’Onsen interno, ma non c’è l’idromassaggio

Tuvimos un problema con la lavadora. Nos ensució la ropa y tuvimos que repetir el ciclo de lavado pero dos prendas quedaron con manchas que no salen. El empleado al que se lo enseñamos pudo comprobar que la lavadora estaba llena de suciedad y los pidió que hiciéramos fotos a las prendas. No sirvió de nada ya que no nos solucionaron el problema. De hecho pagamos el lavado y el secado con el correspondiente retraso que supuso tener que repetirlo.

The staff were super helpful and were able to explain things well such as the luggage forwarding system and things to do around the area. My family and I opted to do the breakfast with our stay and we greatly appreciated the menu changing daily and having staples as well.
I do not recall anything I did not like, nor my family.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, veramente conveniente. Hotel molto comodo, pulito, personale gentile. É immediatamente dopo la stazione di Kyoto, la fermata di metro a pochi passi dall’hotel è Kujo che vi porta in centro. Dalla stazione, a pochi minuti a piedi, partono tutte le linee di treni e autobus per diverse destinazioni. All’interno dell’hotel c’è un bagno tipico giapponese gratuito per gli ospiti (ma non abbiamo avuto tempo di provarlo), comoda anche la stanza lavanderia.

今回は宿泊料金が安くてラッキーと思っていましたが、エレベーターから部屋が遠かったです。

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026The staff were kind and helpful, helped us with luggage forwarding as well. The hotel is quite centrally located and next to Kyoto stations yet still quiet enough to rest well. Our room was clean and we had a good range of amenities too.
Room and bathroom are quite small. For the price it can't be faulted but is something to keep in mind when booking. Booked for a group of three friends and struggled to get all our stuff out.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Good location, it's about a 10-minute walk to Kyoto Station. You can also reach Aeon Mall on foot in about 10 minutes, where you can find plenty of places to eat. This is especially convenient during the evening.
Smelly carpets, dusty room, and a tiny toilet in the room like it was made for a baby. A tall adult can barely fit in the tiny bathroom. The breakfasts were okay, but honestly, they didn't taste very good. We only went once. The AC in the first-floor lobby is turned up way too high. It's freezing in there, impossible to sit and relax.

Dla mnie wspomnienie Japonii to onsen w tym Hotelu - trzeba pierwszego dnia się przełamać i tam wejść, dla mnie punkt obowiazkowy do odpoczynku po poranno-poludniwym zwiedzaniu. W pobliżu dużo restauracji i miejsc na zakupy. Śniadania trochę monotonne przy dłuższym pobycie. Polecam
