Very welcoming family, the free breakfast was filling and good, clean home, and great location.

Having universal electrical outlets would have been nice, but I used my adapter to charge my electronics.

Ich buchte das Budget Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage und es war sehr warm. Ich konnte keinen Durchzug machen, weil der Lichteinfluss von der Nachbarschaft zu grell war. Besser im 1.Stock buchen.

We liked the location and its setting away from the main street , the welcoming and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast. We appreciated the friendly attitude of the staff, their eagerness for feedback to improve their services and their knowledgeable suggestions about eateries and places to visit in and around the local area.

We noted a slight lack of attention to cleanliness. The rooms were pretty clean overall but the fans above the beds were quite dusty and there was some clutter in the common areas. We had no significant concerns about it as such because we did not need the fan as it was not very hot when we visited.

Only got two towels between 5 people, don’t love having the rooms open straight onto the communal area, shower was only cold (bucket shower if you want hot)

The hot breakfasts were often cold by the time they were served. This is because they had been made at someone's home and brought here.

The property is very central to the beaches and a 30 minute walk to synagogue and museum. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and make you feel at home. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. It’s very good value and I stayed there twice, the second time as an overnight stay prior to a flight the following morning

My room had a fan but not air conditioning and the fan didn’t make much difference to the heat. That said you need to check when booking if you want air con. I hadn’t noticed that when I booked.

I loved staying here! The rooms were well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a nice desk, a private bathroom, and even some toiletries like soap! The fan/AC both worked great. The staff was so warm and welcoming, helping us carry our bags, making us delicious breakfast, and helping us find an ATM when we had a bit of trouble doing so! The location is also perfect - walking distance from many great places in Ft. Kochi. I loved it here!

Great place to stay in Kochin. Clean, quiet and central. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. Very good breakfast. Walkable to the beach and shopping area. We walked to Jew street but got a tut tut back because of the heat. Try Mary' s restaurant for great food.

Great first stop in India. Christina and the staff are wonderful. They operate more like a family. We came the day before a strike. There was no transportation available to our next stay, which was an hour and a half away. Christina called our next accommodation and got the reservation moved a day. She also helped arrange a houseboat rental and numerous cab rides when we needed an Indian telephone number to book. The breakfasts were great. Staff really made us feel at home.

Room kind of basic, but bathroom rather decorative. Nice breakfast and kind, helpful staff. Area is very quiet, but not far off a Main Street. It was nice with kitchen privileges, so I made myself some coffee whenever I liked.

No AC, but the overhead ceiling fan worked well. Outside area had a few mosquitos, so I mostly stayed inside.

The stay was very inexpensive

There was a bit of a safety concern in that to access the property, you have to go down a dark alley. I did not feel safe coming and going once it was dark. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable and the shower just had a trickle of hot water (more did come from the tap). The main issue was at checkout when I was told my card was only used to hold my reservation through Booking.com and I would need to get out rupees to pay for my lodging. This led to me having to go to five ATMs to find one that was working and also had money, making me late for my next destination. When I explained that this wasn’t communicated to me the owner got snippy.

Located close to the town centre, nice property with amazing traditional breakfast included freshly cooked every morning. The owners are very kind people, they helped me with arranging many things and gave valuable advices about Kochi, their warm hospitality was exceptional.

Wonderful and ideallic place at walking distance from all the great spots in Fort Kochi. We were hosted by Manoi and Cristine and their wonderful family. We had an amazing and personal experience. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home and connect with you on a personal level. It was very relaxing, extremely clean and a very tasteful home made breakfast India breakfast. They also offer a more continental breakfast if you wish.

Quiet placement, friendly hosts

Brilliant place to stay, safe and quiet neighborhood 10 mins walk from fort kochi area and 15 mins from the palace. Manoj and family team were great, had us trying a new kerala breakfast everyday, helped us out with getting our train tickets for our onward journey. Big bed, great AC and fan, good mosquito netting all over the house, didn’t get any bites inside the room. Would definitely recommend staying here. Very clean!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The AC worked well. The indian breakfast was good. The homestay is located in a side street so it's quiet. The city center is only 10 min by foot. The owners were very friendly. We arrived at night but they waited for us.

We loved our city break stay in Fort Kochi and the hosts could not have been more helpful. From assisting with late check in, to recommendations and organising anything we needed help with. On a main road, 14 min walk to old town

Loved Paradise homestay, it was like a little oasis , so green and peaceful. We had such a wonderful welcome from Manoj and Clyde , Kristina and Sanitha couldn't do enough for us , it was like home from home. Breakfast was great too. Close to all the Fort Kochi sights. Fort Kochi was so atmospheric. Would thoroughly recommend staying here 👌

Wonderful staff who were all first class. Comfortable room with big bed. Nice property. Good location for all sight seeing. Short Tuk Tuk ride to restaurants etc.

The property is at the end of a communal path which at first sight is unappealing. Tuk tuk drivers find it hard to locate the precise location. Make sure you book a room with AC.

Paradise Homestay is what it is called, a real paradise. Its hosts are the nicest you can ever think of. The home made continental or Kerala breakfasts are wonderful and can be taken indoors or outdoors in the lovely green garden, an amazing oasis in a residential block. Sanitha, Clyde, Christina and Manoj are not only super professional and service minded but also genuinely caring about their guests. I can highly recommend Paradise Homestay to anyone who wants a pleasant stay in Fort Kochi.

We felt right at home at Fort Kochi Paradise Homestay - it really is a little oasis in the middle of the bustling streets of Fort Kochi. Clyve, Christina and Sanitha took amazing care of us and helped us organise a backwater tour, massage and Kathakali perfomance which was super convenient. The homemade Indian breakfast was the perfect start to a full day of exploring Kochi! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We would definitely visit again!

I felt very much welcome and at home in Patadise homestay, the hosts were so heartily open and supporting in whatever needs and questions I had. I enjoyed the delicious Home made Indian breakfast. It was really like being in a family, also sitting in the Yard and Meeting the other guests.

Very cozy and clean Homestay in a silent and green yard in the middle of Fort Kochi. Shared kitchen and delicious Kerala breakfast, everyday new. You can relax there after exploring the city, everything is in walking distance, sights, restaurants, shops and you meet other travellers at the table. We even stayed there twice on our trip. Really a tiny paradise! The owners are always there to help arrange everything, full day boattrip is really nice and Kathkali and martial arts definetely an experience! Some tipps: If you get tired of Indian food someday,go to Canvas Pizzeria and eat fresh fish from the fisherman at Vasco de Gamma Square! It’s delicious! And: If you meet the wounded little cat outside, she loves to kuddle and is very thankful if you desinfect her wound with antiseptum from the pharmacy :/

Bring mosquito spray!!! Otherwise you can‘t ist outside. And: It‘s an adventure to rent a tuktuk to go to Munnar, but make sure everything works properly!!! (And beware of prime ride, it‘s a fraud!)

I would return to India to stay at this place alone! Christina, Sanitha, Clyde and Manoj are hosts so full of light and care. From helping to book train tickets, to making soul-warming breakfasts on the spot, you feel like family away from home. The house is fit out with all you could need, the location is great, and I cannot stress enough that the hosts are the best in the business. You will enjoy your stay in this peaceful place.

What a wonderful place to stay! From the delicious breakfast and clean charming amenities, I really enjoyed staying here. Also the location is really convenient within Fort Kochi. I plan to be back. Absolute steal for the price. Just note that Google maps will take you to the rough location, then call Paradise to come get you since the homestay is tucked behind the main road.

The owners of this place are absolute sweethearts! It felt like home away from home. Everything is 1.5 kms away from all the spots, well maintained n taken care off. Definitely a must stay place if you want to feel the Indian culture of being welcomed and catered to in the most authentic style possible! Coming back soon.
