The location of the place is good, located in the city center. The property space is spacious.

The sun light of the property is not sufficient, so it may feel a little bit dark and cold in the room. Facilities of the property seem out-of-dated, especially those in the bathroom. The floor drain in the bathroom is too slow to clear shower water, so it becomes flooding when taking a shower, which is uncomfortable.

Pro 4 osoby bychom ale uvítali více základního vybavení – k dispozici byly pouze 2 skleničky na víno a 1 sklenice na vodu. Také by bylo příjemné mít k dispozici utěrku a několik tablet do myčky. Jinak jsme byli s ubytováním spokojeni.

The location is good, quiet part of Norrmalm, close to the metro and easy to reach the centre on foot. That is the only positive I can give.

A strong sewage smell filled the apartment from the moment we arrived and never went away over five nights. The bathroom has no window, so it was worst in there, and there is visible mould on two of the bathroom walls and on the bathroom floor. We travelled with two toddlers. The bedding was dirty on arrival, and we were given four bath towels for four booked guests, two of them stained, with no soap, kitchen towels or paper towels of any kind. There are three skylights: the two in the living room have no shade at all, and the one directly above the bed in the master bedroom has a shade that is broken and will not stay in place, so that room was in full daylight from 5am and nobody in the family slept properly. Worst of all, we messaged the host about the smell within an hour of arrival and five times over four days, and never received a single reply.

Quite spacious apartment conveniently located just minutes from metro, restaurants and supermarket in a pleasant inner city neighbourhood. Easy to access everything in Stockholm from here. Sufficient plates and cutlery for short stay.

Apartment felt a little unloved. Blind on skylight in bedroom was broken and my email requesting it was fixed went unanswered. Not great when it's light at 5am! Also no blinds on living room skylight which means if sofabed used then another room horrendously light. Don't like it when no mattress protector or undershirt, just a thin sheet straight on mattress. No soap or washing up liquid provided so had to go and purchase these. Plus only one big bag!

Badrummet mycket litet och sunkig toalett. Kökskniv saknades i köket. Under en dag av vår vistelse stängdes vattnet av kl 9-14 i huset. Vi fick ingen information om detta i förväg och hade såklart inte bokat boendet om vi vetat om det. Oförberedda hann vi inte ordna med mat eller använda badrummet, göra oss iordning för dagen. Vid försök till kontakt med stay in apartments svarar de inte, total ghostning trots flertalet kontaktförsök. Till slut vände vi oss till booking.coms kundtjänst som meddelade att stay inn apartments inte kommer kompensera oss då de inte anser att det var deras fel. (Som tur är bra kundtjänst på booking som gav oss viss reseersättning). Så jag rekommenderar ingen att boka detta boende.

The apartment was clean. The location is excellent; very close to metro lines and all amenities. The curtains were adequately dark in the bedroom. I ternet wad good and the TV allowed for hooking up our devices. The apartment was very quiet.

The apartment we received did not appear to be the one we thought we booked. That may have been our error. The kitchen in the apartment was lacking in basic items - no frying pan, no baking sheet, no dish towels or dishwasher soap, no replacement garbage bags. The bathroom had toilet paper and a minimum amount of hand soap, but no shampoo and, although there was a curtain rod, no shower curtain. With the neighboring apartment window looking into our bathroom, it did not feel very private while showering. One should also be aware that the apartment is on floor 3.5, while the elevator stops on 3 and 4; so it is necessary to take a half flight of stairs up or down in addition to the few entry steps.

Excellent location; everything you might need is in the neighborhood, and the city center is within walking distance. Check-in is very smooth.

I missed a few things in the kitchen (dish sponge, tea towel), but that wasn't a problem. A shoehorne in the hallway would also be very usefull :)

The location was very easy to find, with easy access via the door code. The WiFi login was smooth as anything with just a qr code. All communication was clear and prompt too. Nice and quiet apartment.

Booked for three ppl, but there was only bed linen and towels for two. Found some wrappers under the sofa

La construction de l’immeuble est ancienne et ne correspond pas forcément aux attentes d’un logement d’aujourd’hui : petit ascenseur, salle de bains étroite.

Communication was not the best. I never received replies to my questions. Only the automated messages. Same as others had mentioned, no dish cloth or dish towel/paper towel or soap in the bathroom. Had to get that myself.

The toilet/bathroom was impossibly small and would be the reason why I wouldn’t book again. The whole room is maybe a couple of m2. To shower, there is just a curtain, so everything is wet after.

Nice apartment at an excellent location. You can walk to the city center or take a metro just around the corner.

The bathroom is pretty small which could be not ideal for some. The main issue was the communication with the hosts. Except for detailed automatic messages for check-in and check-out, no one ever answered to our questions and messages. The phone number for contact was not answered either. That is both unacceptable and even potentially problematic, in case you are in need of help or advice. Unfortunately other guests had similar experience.

Epäsiistiä. Lattioilla oli jo mennessä pölyä ja keittiön seinässä näkyvää likaa. Kylpyhuoneen lattiakaivo ei vetänyt. WC:hen oli jätetty 2 rullaa paperia ja roskapusseja ei ollut ollenkaan!! Nämäkin siis täytyi ostaa itse. Astioita oli vähän ja ne olivat osin todella likaisia ja heikkolaatuisia. Tämänhintaisessa asunnossa tulisi olla hyvät ja laadukkaat astiat. Tv:tä emme saaneet toimimaan. Lisäksi asunnon oven lukkopesä on todella huono ja välillä avainta ei meinannut saada irti lukkopesästä.

Pas de wifi. pas de reponse du propriétaire a ce sujet. Je realise que de nombreux commentaires avaient reclamé le wifi dans l'appartment et le proprietaire ne fait rien. Appartement meublé mais peu de produit et d'equipement normallement dans un bnb ( savon, vaiselle, filtre a café, etc..) nous depensons 1000+ euros pour 3 nuit, nous attendons que les services soient conforme a la description.

It's in a very convenient location, very close to the metro and also many cafes, sights.

1. The pictures don't match the actual location. 2. The customer service is terrible, they didn't answer any of our questions in time and didn't solve our issues (which was the heating, and would have been urgent...) and they were incredibly inflexible with the check in time. 3. Basically there are no furnitures to put your clothes into, there is only a small wardrobe room with some hangers.

La ubicación es perfecta, la habitación y el salón son bastante grandes y el sofá-cama es muy amplio.

El baño es bastante pequeño y el váter está pegado a la ducha.

Pas de rideaux occultants dans le salon bien qu’il y ait un canapé lit. La housse du canapé lit est déchirée. Manque d’équipement dans la cuisine (pas de spatule, une seule vieille poêle toute petite). Salle de bain vraiment minuscule, les toilettes sont pratiquement dans la douche. Odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bain. Pas de lave linge (les photos concernant plusieurs appartements peuvent être trompeuses) mais le propriétaire nous avait répondu sur ce point avant le départ.

L’emplacement et la superficie, rénové et décoré avec goût,on se sentait vraiment à l’aise

La salle de bains minuscule, la tapis usé et tâché(nous l’avons roulé pour la durée de notre séjour et remis en place à notre départ) , manque un peu de vaisselle en cuisine (une vraie poêle, un faitout moins gros… etc)

L'emplacement était vraiment bien : il y avait un métro et un bus à deux pas donc super pour se déplacer. Le centre ville était très accessible, en moins de 15 minutes! Il y a aussi pas mal de commerces dont un Lidl donc économique et pas mal de restaurant à proximité. De plus, le quartier est animé tout en restant calme. Enfin, l'appartement était grand, lumineux et bien équipé : télé, four, vaisselle, de quoi faire le ménage, des serviettes de bain, etc...

La salle de bain comprennant les toilettes étaient un peu petite mais ce n'était pas très gênant !

Totale mancanza di interazione con host. Abbiamo cercato di contattarlo sia telefonicamente che via mail per temperatura fredda in appartamento e per assenza Wi-Fi , ma non abbiamo avuto alcun riscontro . Inoltre non siamo stati avvisati riguardo l’ascensore fuori servizio (5 piano).

Appartement superbe, très bien équipé, de grandes chambres confortables. La localisation est parfaite car relativement proche du centre de Stockholm à pied et à 2 pas des arrêts de bus et de la station de métro. Un ascenseur était sensé pouvoir nous faire accéder au 5ème étage où se situe l'appartement mais ....

Nous étions logés au 5ème étage mais l'ascenseur était en panne depuis un bon moment. Une affiche indiquait qu'il serait réparé au 12 décembre. Nous sommes arrivés le 22 décembre et il était toujours hors services (voir photos de l'affiche et du matériel de réparation entreposé). Cela a été pénible de monter nos bagages mais surtout il y avait parmi nous une personne à mobilité réduite et l'absence d'ascenseur nous a contraint à ne pouvoir sortir de l'appartement qu'une seule fois par jours car davantage aurait été impossible. C'est vraiment dommage et c'est la raison pour laquelle je ne mets qu'une note de 6/10.

It’s a fantastic location, right near Odenplan station, easy to get around all of Stockholm and the main line (40) to and from the airport. It is a stunning old building and the space of the apartment was generous.

It was on the top floor (wonderful) but the lift was not working so we had to climb the flights with all out luggage

Elevator was not working and apartment was on top floor. Internet was not good through out the whole apartment only you are close to the door was working.

Kein Sat- TV vorhanden wie in der Umschreibung angegeben, das Bad ist viel zu klein, abgenutzte Couch im Wohnzimmer, lauwarme unverstellbate Heizkörper

The apartment is huge and location was good. Great for family or larger group stays

The apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. The communication with the host was non existent. I sent at least 4 messages and received 0 responses apart from what i assume were automated instructions to check in and out. Wifi is also non existent. out of 10 different devices we were basically not able to use the wifi on any of them. I tried to call and message the host but it was impossible to reach them

We had a very bad experience. We booked for three people, but there were only two beds. We knew there was a sofa but couldn't find blankets and towels anywhere. They are super rude, don't answer the phone or messages, they didn't do anything to help us. Also, the apartment is wide but very dark and the bathroom is terrible.

Everything was very good. Walking distance from the main attractions. Warm and cozy for a family of 4.

Les chambres étaient très grandes et spacieuse, Le salon incroyable, la hauteur de l’appartement, c’était juste waouh, il ne faisait pas froid. Il faisait plutôt bon nous étions proches du McDo et de quelques barres et magasin. Franchement, sur tous les logements que j’ai déjà réservé sur Booking, celle-ci est La Meilleure ❤️

Ligger super godt! Tæt på metro, indkøb, spisesteder og shopping. Der var fint med plads til 3 par. Fine soveværelser. Fin plads i stue og ok med spiseplads i køkkenet.

Alt er generelt slidt. En hel del uro fra andre gæster på etagen under, som festede hele natten.

I had a really pleasant stay in this apartment! The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable, perfect for getting some rest. The living room was welcoming — ideal for relaxing after a long day — and the sofa bed was both comfortable and practical. Thanks to the heating, the temperature inside the apartment was always just right. The kitchen was also well stocked and equipped with everything I needed to cook. The location, close to bus and metro lines, was extremely convenient for getting around and exploring the city. Overall, it was a clean, well-kept, and very comfortable place to stay. I highly recommend it!

The bathroom was a bit small

Appartement lumineux situé au dernier étage avec un petit balcon. Chambres spacieuses, bonne literie. Localisation parfaite : métro ligne verte, station Radmansgatan (sortir côté Sveavagen - bibliothèque). Café Nero, Lidl, à proximité. Parfait pour 5 adultes en famille pour un gros WE.

La douche est très spacieuse mais mériterait une paroi de séparation.

The location - walking distance to Drottninggatan and most of the attraction. The 3 rooms apartment really suit 6 travelers like us. And for muslim traveler, Fatih mosque is 70m away.

Pleasant stay but unfortunately the wifi signal not reaching the 5th floor. No internet TV- so no YouTube/Netflix. Sometime you need to watch YouTube to plan what to do in the city.

This was such a beautiful old apartment. There was a great balcony nearby, too.

We would never have chosen this apartment if we'd known the wifi didn't work, especially since we were told it would have it. We needed it for work, and it meant that we had to consistently leave the apartment and go somewhere else to get our work done. And our initial communication from the owner talked about finding the router in the living room for the network and password information - there was no router in the living room, and it was frustrating that the owner knew that and sent us the standard communication acting as if there was. We sent several messages to him which were ALL ignored. We'll be asking Booking.com for a partial refund. Another problem is that the separate door from the apartment to the communal building balcony was in such bad repair that anyone could have gotten into the apartment without any effort. This meant that we couldn't leave anything valuable in the apartment since anyone in the building had access to the balcony. We've included a picture below. Lastly, we asked the owner where the shower curtain was (there was one in the listing photos). Of course, he never answered and any time someone took a shower, water went all over the whole bathroom. It was really frustrating.

La salle de bain WC ridiculement petit par rapport au reste de l'appart 50 m2 affiché ce qui a motivé la note. Attention, pour prendre la douche vous pouvez d'asperger toute la pièce .Message automatique adressé par le loueur efficace mais pas très personnel. Un nécessaire de nettoyage peut être à prévoir même si lave vaisselle et pastilles fournis. Les habitants de l'immeuble sont très bruyantS et l'appartement mal isolé. Enfin des rideaux occultants sont à poser dans la pièce salon où se trouve le canapé

Appartement agréable et Emplacement pratique à l’écart des rues les plus touristiques ce qui est positif. Facilement accessible en métro. Nombreux supermarchés et restaurants à . proximité Literie confortable et très propre.

Cuisine équipée de manière minimaliste.

Il n'y avait pas de rideaux sombres ou occultants pour la pièce principale, dans laquelle il y a pourtant un canapé lit qui a été utilisé par deux personnes. Deux chaises (pliantes ?) supplémentaire auraient aussi été appréciées pour avoir au total 4 chaises, comme le nombre d'invités.

Bathrooms in the houses of this era are quite small though you can live with it. TV needed some tveaking time to time but worked after that.

Location was amazing, close to cafes, a playground and regular transport. Apartment was 3 generous size bedrooms with lounge room, kitchen and bathroom, separate toilet. Light and airy, very clean, comfortable bedding. Good for a family group with children.

Lack of basic essentials such as a kettle, tea towels, oven mitt, cleaning cloths. Only 3 breakfast bowls and 3 wine glasses. Had to buy all essentials like washing powder, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper. Nowhere to put the rubbish, eventually was told to put it outside the door for the cleaners to collect, where it then sat untouched (and smelly) for 4 days.

1. Cleanliness: Upon arrival, I found that the apartment had not been cleaned properly. The living room floor was dirty, and the rugs were covered in dust. There were pieces of leftover food and other debris on the floor. As a result, I had to vacuum and mop two of the rooms myself to make them suitable for my family. 2. Safety Hazards: There were multiple broken or unsafe pieces of furniture. One of the benches in the entrance hall had a broken leg, which caused my daughter to fall. Thankfully, her injury was minor, but this could have resulted in a more serious accident. Additionally, the curtain holder in the living room was unstable, and when I adjusted the curtains, the entire rod and curtain fell. Fortunately, my children were not nearby at the time. 3. Balcony Condition: The balcony was extremely dirty, with cigarette ashes and leftover cigarette butts scattered everywhere. It was clear that the balcony had not been cleaned for quite some time, which posed both a safety and cleanliness concern for my family. 4. Appliance Issues: Several appliances in the apartment were in poor condition. For example, the door knobs were not properly fixed, and one of the bedroom door knobs completely broke off the first time it was used. 5. Construction Noise and Dust: The building was undergoing construction during our stay, and we were disturbed by construction workers using the elevator to carry materials. The common areas of the building were covered in dust, which added to the discomfort during our visit. These issues were significant concerns, especially for a family staying in the city for leisure and with children.

Cute location and a nice and clean place.

There were no sponges, tea towels or cloths, trashbags, toilet paper, supplies generally, making it somewhat uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom is miniature — really difficult to use and everything gets wet, taking forever to dry — and often with a bad smell coming from the piping.

The restroom was too small.

There was a last minute change to our accomodation location. Linda took care of it and it went super good. We were really happy about the accomodation and Linda took care of all the arrangements. Thank you, we had a lovely Swiftie holiday in Stockholm.
