La posizione era ottima

Non mi è piaciuto che mi abbiano comunicato tre ore prima del mio arrivo che non potevo dormire nella stessa stanza con la mia compagna perché non eravamo sposati

Location is good, bed is comfortable, hot water works

They asked for extra 100K for early check-in even though I mentioned that I didn’t sleep properly last night(it was 3 hours before check-in time). Every morning during my stay, they started to make renovation noise that woke me up early in the morning. They have to understand that people come and stay there for vacation and don’t have to wake up early. They also mention that I have to keep the room clean in the most absurd way(that I’ve never heard in my life before), otherwise I may not get my deposit back and even may get charged extra. However when I get into the room sheets weren’t so clean and bathroom as well.

Property located very central and had a very nice courtyard and parking. The architecture was typical Javanese architecture.

The bathroom was in bad condition, glass bathroom not cleaned before check in, soap dispenser had white scales.

Abbiamo prenotato in anticipo il servizio di taxi dall'aeroporto all'hotel fornendo i dati del volo così da non dover aspettare in aeroporto. arrivati in aeroporto abbiamo scritto all'hotel che non ci ha risposto per più di mezz'ora e non ci ha fatto trovare nessun autista ad aspettarci, quindi abbiamo deciso di prendere un altro taxi. dopo più di 40 minuti l'hotel scrive che il driver ci sta aspettando nel parcheggio dell'aeroporto, ma noi eravamo già partiti con l'altro taxi come comunicato loro. alla fine di tutto questo hanno voluto comunque i soldi del taxi anche se non l'abbiamo preso, ci hanno costretto a pagare un servizio che non abbiamo utilizzato per colpa loro!

Personal super acogedor y hotel muy bonito

Struttura nuova ma in stile tradizionale balinese (bellissimo il portico di ingresso) in pieno Kraton, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Nota in particolare per il personale: sono stati tutti gentilissimi e sempre sorridenti, inoltre mi hanno dato supporto in lingua locale per gestire un disguido con l'agenzia di viaggio che avevo ingaggiato per un giro turistico.

Avere la possibilità di fare colazione in guest house può essere sicuramente un servizio molto gradito.

Strutti pulita, in ottima posizione con uno staff disponibile e reattivo.

Amazing location just next to the palace and walking distance to Malioboro. Friendly staff and good sized room. We really enjoyed our stay.

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het lag in een zeer rustige buurt, maar toch goed gelegen om dingen te bezoeken.

The location is not easy to find, as it is in a residential area. The room had a slight musty smell, so I wouldn't recommend it.

Pessima la camera

Camera e struttura puliti e tranquilli. Il nostro aereo era in ritardo e ci hanno aspettato fino alle 23.00 senza problemi.

La colazione

l posto è carino, strategico per raggiungere il Kraton e Maliaboro a piedi. Le stanze sono comode: unica nota abbiamo prenotato una stanza da 3, non rendendoci conto che nelle note in piccolo era specificato che fosse senza finestra. Avrebbero soluto metterlo in evidenza meglio per evitare spiacevoli sorprese. La colazione arriva preconfezionata, la preparano altrove, solo cucina locale

Al bagno la carta igienica non si può tirare nel wc, ma va gettata nel cestino! Abbiamo chiesto il laundry service che ci ha restituito vestiti sporchi ma stirati: quando gliel'ho fatto notare hanno detto che la lavanderia aveva detto che erano già sporchi, e non ha accennato a fare uno sconto per lo scarso servizio.

Camera pulita e spaziosa. Bagno di dimensioni corrette ma come abbiamo constatato in tutta l'Indonesia non e dotato di phon che appena richiesto in reception ci hanno fornito subito. Ragazzi giovani e servizio sempre attento. Posizione vicina al centro ma in zona residenziale tranquilla.

Struttura carina e accogliente e staff disponibile. Ottimo servizio di lavanderia.

Non c'era un luogo dove poter svolgere la colazione (poteva essere svolta solo in camera). Colazione che non soddisfava tutte le tipologie. Le camere non venivano rifatte ogni giorno e non c'era materiale di pronto soccorso se qualcuno si faceva male.

Lits confortables et emplacement intéressant. Le personnel est très gentil mais parle peu anglais.

La chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre et la salle de bain n' était pas très propre : traces de moisissures et cafard. Il n'y a pas d'option pour un petit déj occidental, ce qui est dommage car nous avons payé le petit dej inclu avec la réservation, sans prendre de petit dej (pas possible pour nous le nasi goreng a 8h du matin)

La posizione è eccezionale (molto vicina dall'entrata del Kraton) e il personale è molto disponibile nell'organizzazione delle attività durante il soggiorno e parla un buon inglese.

La posizione è ottima 10 minuti a piedi da Malioboro e dal palazzo reale.

Nelle stanze c'è un forte odore di umido abbiamo trovato alcuni vermi nella doccia. Non ci sono pulizie giornaliere della camera

Ubytování se nachází v dobré lokalitě, všude poblíž jsou obchody a restaurace. Pokoje jsou relativně čisté a dostatečně vybavené. Po celou dobu můžete čerpat nápoje (voda, čaj a káva) ze společenské místnosti. Na vyžádání vám ubytování poskytne kontakt na pronájem skútru.

Ženy pracující na recepci nejsou dvakrát příjemné, avšak sdělí vám vše, co potřebujete vědět. Mužský personál byl o něco milejší. Při našem příchodu do hotelu nám několikrát však nikdo z nich ani neodpověděl na pozdrav.

Stanza ampia e abbastanza pulita, aria condizionata , letti e cuscini comodi. 2 bottiglie d'acqua incluse al giorno. Non c'è il minifrigo. Le asciugamani sono profumate.

Nonostante non ci siano rumori del traffico macchine, alle 5 del mattino inizia la preghiera e si sente. Inoltre la nostra stanza era adiacente alla cucina e sempre verso le 5:30 si sentono rumori di preparazione della colazione. La colazione è solo asiatica. Servizi minimali. Non c'è l'sciugacapelli ma è su richiesta e inoltre ha una scarsa potenza.

Ottima posizione tranquilla , vicino al Taman sari e al palazzo del Sultano. Vicino si trova anche un ottimo ristorante Giavanese Bele Raos che consiglio a tutti. Ottimo staff e servizio di transfer x aeroporto , anche il servixio di lavanderia e' veloce .Ho richiesto anche un massaggio molto rilassante.

La colazione .....alle 8 del mattino bussano x portati un vassoio con cibo freddo , niente bevande ....alla fine ho preferito uno snack!

Cosy hotel with beautiful decorations, room size is OK, clean, comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Location is great near to most of attractions yet very quiet. Staff were nice, smiling, and cooperative. You have limitless coffee and tea and water in the dining area for free, also an iron upon demand. Although there is no fridge in the room, you can still put your belongings in the staff fridge, and thats exactly what we did.

Nothing, it is budget guesthouse, so for me, I got what i expected and maybe more!

Très belle et confortable guest house, située en plein centre et proche du Kraton, et à distance courte de Malioboro. Personnel serviable et sympathique.

Petit déjeuner léger et peu varié. Un peu bruyant à cause des chambres donnant directement sur une cour ouverte dans laquelle le petit déjeuner est servi pour les invités.

La ubicación es buena, a menos de 20 minutos andando de la calle Maliaboro y al ado del Kraton. Hay café y té durante todo el día.

Hay mucho olor a humedad. El desayuno, te preguntan el día antes la hora a la que lo quieres y da igual, porque llega a la vez para todos los huéspedes que lo han solicitado. En mi caso, se retrasó 45 minutos. No he recibido explicación sobre ello.

We stayed here 4 night because everyday we had excursions we came late back and we didn't have time to rent something else. Bad hotel noise all night. Room 14, and I suppose all of the hôtel have this noise of engine somewhere. We checked to switch off but no results. Impossible to fell asleep quickly. Room are big enough but smell of stock weather and humidity is very strong. Hôtel planification is like bad because kitchen is in the middle and you just open the door and you are in it. Every noise is in your room. Personal doesn't speak in English. Just "yes yes". The breakfast is normal food, rise with chicken fried and hot soses everyday. In every morning at 7 they knock on to give this boxes to you. And after again with the noise you will not sleep again. In general personal are noise they speak hours on Telefone or close the doors very noisy. A lot of personal sleep in room 6 and in the morning they turn on music and let the door open. When I told this at lobby the answer was "yes yes". In 4 days we asked to clean our room, no results. We choose it because of the location but we regret a lot.

Except the location and soft bed everything was bad.

Lovely staff. Quiet at night. Comfy beds. Good shower Good aircon.

Heater is not working well, room is not very well furnished with basic items such as room slippers, floor mat and bottled water (the bottles were only given to me after the room’s housekeeping the following day)

Location was 10/10. They changed the breakfast upon our request. Also, the building is beautiful.

The bed was uncomfortable, the bed linen was dirty, as if it hadn't been changed before our check-in. There was dust all over in the room, very exasperating. The shower area in the bathroom was tiled, but perhaps it wasn't finished well, because of which there were little worms *everywhere* creeping up when taking a shower! It was horrible. I had to stand on my tippy toes, never closing my eyes when taking a shower. Extremely scary and uncomfortable. Breakfast was weird and cold, so we asked them change to just fresh fruits for the rest of the stay, which they did.

Petit déjeuner réduit à sa plus simple expression genre plateau d'avion en modèle small. Le personnel qui commente l'hôtel dans leur smartphone pour faire la pub sur les réseaux sociaux en passant tous les 10 min devant votre chambre à partir de 6h du matin.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. I had to check in very late and they were waiting for me. The room is big and spacious and the style of the guesthouse by itself is very nice

For me the sheets didn't smell very fresh and I think the cleanliness could be improved. I was in a room next to the water maintenance room or something like that so I could hear the water running all night.

Erg leuke en knusse plek midden in een woonwijk waardoor je het authentieke Indonesië voelt en ziet. Dichtbij verschillende restaurants en het centrum op loopafstand.

Great location, everybody was nice, there's hot water and cold water from a shared pantry area. The place is super cute. The rooms are arranged like little houses around the shared pantry area, so there's an outdoor feel. It's walkable to the Kraton, Malioboro, lots of cafes and food places around. As a solo female traveller it feels safe. It's in like a kampong vibe neighbourhood and I felt safe walking around the area on my own at night looking for food etc. Bed is comfortable and air-conditioning is good. TV has Netflix. You get breakfast which is good, it's like the kind of meal you get from a school event: rice, protein, vegetables and a snack.

There was no hot water in the shower, but it's hot outside so it's okay.
