The apartment were very close to the city center. It was big and cleaned.

Posizione dell’appartamento perfetta, a due passi dal centro città e servita dai mezzi del trasporto locale; rapporto (qualità/prezzo)/prossimità eccellente (per il mercato locale) grazie anche alla cortesia dell’host che ha facilitato il nostro soggiorno a Rovaniemi con una serie di informazioni decisamente utili.

Appartamento super accogliente, caldissimo sia di giorno che di notte. Frigo, freezer e lavastoviglie. Acqua potabile buonissima. Posizione centralissima con fermata autobus per aeroporto e santa Claus Village di fronte casa. Janne è stato un host disponibilissimo e ci ha dato tantissimi consigli appena arrivati. Siamo stati davvero fortunati

We liked everything. It’s a very cosy place. Very close to everything you would like to visit. We were very lucky and we could see the northern lights from the balcony. The apartment it’s very clean and furnished with everything you need. Smart TV so you can relax in the evening with a nice movie. We loved my stay here. Thank you Katja and Janne!

The location was very central and great for kids with park across the road which had a great area to ice skate or hill for sledding.

It was truly a wonderful stay. The host was very kind and kept in close contact both before and during my stay. There was a Christmas tree in the room, and I really enjoyed the festive atmosphere while relaxing on the sofa. The chocolates were a lovely touch, and the bathroom was very clean and comfortable to use. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Rovaniemi. Thank you so much!

Kind hosts, near the center and a nice apartment with cosy vibes!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, really great location with a great park with snow slides/ sledges and ice skating right in front of the building and only a 5-10 minute walk into the main area with restaurants and shops. Such a lovely clean, modern and cosy apartment and we were very kindly welcomed with a Christmas tree and chocolates… the kids were very happy! Thank you for such a wonderful stay in your lovely home we would definitely recommend!

The only thing missing was laundry facilities so be prepared to pack extra clothes or go to a nearby laundrette, my husband also found the sofa bed a bit uncomfortable but I didn’t think it was too bad so I guess it’s personal preference.

A very comfortable apartment with nice kitchen. The hosts are super friendly! It’s a short stroll to all the important places in town and also to the river. We could even see the Northern Lights right from the balcony! Next to the apartment is an ice rink with a lovely small cafe where you can rent skates.

Amazing holidays. Very good apartment, clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there ( except kettle, but not a big problem 😄) This apartment is in the city centre, very close (5 min) to the shopping centre and bus station. Express bus to airport and Santa village. Taxi from airport to flat costs 30eur. Bus for 2 adults and child around 20. Everything was great. Very good and pleasant owner. Thank you very much. Hope we will come again into this magical winter in Finland 😊

The hosts were very lovely and easy to contact. Our flight was delayed, we sent them a SMS en-route. They allowed us to stay an extra two hours after check out time as well as store our luggage until the next guests arrived. They also called us a taxi for pick up. The apartment is clean, has great internet, great kitchenette, beautifully decorated for Christmas, very comfortable and the hosts were exceptional. Close walk to the park and town. Would stay there again!

Had issues with getting in from downstairs and we didn’t know what to press to get out of the lift as you just push the lift door once you get up to your floor. I was looking for a button to press to open the lift door. This is nothing against the apartment, more the fact I didn’t know how the lift works here and how to use the supplied keys. The property itself is perfect!

Lovely apartment , clean , great location into the town and close to the bus stop to the Santa park and Santa village. Walked to the nature park to view the Northern lights at night . Exceptional location .

Amazing value for money. Truly gracious hosts, with excellent communication. They let us keep or luggage there until 5 pm on checkout day. Excellent location by skate ring. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Nice and warm and cosy. And there was even some sweets for kids and cans of coke in the fridge on arival. Would definitely book again.

Very cozy , well furnished , nice and warm , very good bed to sleep on , perfectly equipped very modern kitchen , warm Bathroom with floor heating , balcony , vacume , iron all you need really . Only thing that was missing for me could have been washing machine but that’s because we stayed a bit longer.

The Apartment is very cozy and comfortable. Perfect for 2 people / Good for 3 people. All the utensils for cooking are available and even some groceries. They also provide towels and toiletries. It is just 8 min walk from city centre, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants.

Excellent place to stay when visiting Rovaniemi. Everything you need and near everywhere you would want to go. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning to go. The host was great and made it easy to get the key and explain anything we needed to know and more upon arrival. Loved everything about our visit!

Great communication and lovely owners. Lots of little touches made stay and apartment superb. Very close to everything and reasonably priced.

Host was very welcoming, picked us up and drove us to the apartment, took time to explain and give us a few pointers/tips on being out and about.

Not that I didn’t like but just a consideration when you do replace the towels that maybe a few different coloured so we don’t get mixed up whose is whose 🙈
