Kaikki oli viimisen päälle varsinki suihku

Asunto oli todella siisti ja moderni. Sängyt mukavat.

Ovikoodi ei toiminut. Myös toisella asukkaalla oli ongelmia ovikoodin kanssa. Äänieristys heikko, liikenteen meteli sekä lähistöllä olevan baarin karaokelaulanta kuului hyvin sisälle.

Kaikki erittäin hyvin. Siisti asunto.

Entrance procedure

Leiligheten var fin, grei størrelse til fire personer.

Det var flere flekker på gulvet som vi selv vasket vekk. Store, synlige støvdotter flere steder i leiligheten. Oppvaskmaskinen var ikke tømt, den måtte vi selv tømme. Skulle også ønske at beskrivelsen for å finne fram til leiligheten var bedre forklart.

Appartamento nuovissimo, cucina attrezzata di tutto (non capita mai di trovare i coperchi abbinati), casa molto spaziosa. Ottima posizione : Vicino c'è un centro commerciale molto fornito ed una stazione dei taxi. È stato molto utile visto che il taxi che aspettavamo all'alba per l'aeroporto non aveva rispettato l'appuntamento.

La doccia senza vetri può non piacere. Ci sono comunque due servizi separati.

Pulita e arredi nuovi

Struttura molto fredda e impersonale senza indicazioni per utilizzo di sauna e split. Le indicazioni per recuperare la chiave erano sbagliate e nessuno ci ha mai risposto per aiutarci. Stavamo per prenotare un’altra struttura poi per fortuna mio marito è riuscito a trovare la cassetta per la chiave (dopo due ore di ricerche!)

Avainten löytäminen tuotti vaikeuksia..hieman puutteelliset merkinnät,mutta talo ei ilmeisesti ollu ihan valmis vielä. sain apua muilta asukkailta ja hekin sanoivat samaa ettei meinaa löytää avain automaattia

Selkeät, nykyaikaiset tilat ja keittiössä runsaasti astioita. Kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikille hyvät sängyt. Mainio sijainti keskustassa. Oikeasti jäähdyttävä ilmastointi on varmasti kova juttu kesähelteillä.

Eniten harmitti, että kaikki väliovet sekä jääkaapin ovi narisivat -> uni häiriintyi aina kun joku kämppis oli jalkeilla. Asunnossa oli pinttynyttä likaa, mm. kalkkisaostumaa kylpyhuoneessa ja erittäin näkyvät mustat sormenjäljet jääkaapin ovessa. Ei erityisen viihtyisä huoneisto - muoviviherkasvi keskellä kulkureittiä ei lisännyt viihtyisyyttä. Television kaukosäädin ei toiminut.

El apartamento está bien equipado, es nuevo y limpio. Está céntrico pero por qué Rovaniemi es pequeño, todo está céntrico.

El acceso al apartamento. Hay que atravesar varias zonas del edificio un poco dejadas y con suciedad. Para la recogida de llaves parece que estás en un scape room. No dejan entrar antes de las 16:00, cero empatía, lo tienen todo automatizado para que la llave no salga de la caja antes de las 16:00. Después de un viaje largo y teniendo el alojamiento VACIO es de buen anfitrión tener esa flexibilidad pero NO fue el caso. La atención del propietario es nula. Se le contacto varias veces por Booking, email y teléfono y no contestó. Durante la reserva, mágicamente se nos canceló la misma sin previo aviso y gracias a que lo vimos con tiempo pudimos volver a reservarlo (está práctica según nos han contado los locales de Rovaniemi es muy común para subir el precio del apartamento en temporada, por suerte lo vimos a tiempo y no sé subió el precio).

Location is excelent.Bus top to santa village a minute walk,shops and restaurants 1 minute walk.very central.playgrounds within walking distance.Sauna in appartments was the star of holidays.my kids absolutly loved it. Appartments are brand new.high quality.everything you'll need will be there(cuttlery,glasses,pans,everythin)

The only thing was late check in(usualy it's ok to be a bit earlier.our flight landed at 11.30am and we had to wait until 4pm to check in.the machine simply would not give you a key before 4pm. We did ask staff member if we could check in earlier but our appartments was not ready. We checked in after 4pm but our appartments was not cleaned.few minutes after girl came in and apologiesed she was late. Ofcourse we didnt want her to clean it while we are there so we just said we are ok.she changed beds and towels.i am sure it is busy time and things heppens,its just a bit dissapointing that we had to wait for cleaning service to check in,but in the end it was not cleaned anyways. The other thing was really loud music at night coming from either cars or some nightclub.from10pm until 3am every night(it was so loud,i found it hard to sleep.if you are light sleeper it will be really annoying.But it is city centre so i guess people should consider it before booking

The property was not very clean, dusty floors, mucky glass and mirrors. Dirty towels in the washer presumably from the previous guests

Gave us an emergency booking at 10.30pm. clean, warm and just perfect.

Really great space for our group! Everything has been recently renovated and it was clean. The location is excellent and it is a short walk to Rovaniemi city center and a short drive to Santa Claus Village.

It did take some time to find the key box.

The flat is brand new, well-equipped, and clean. The apartment is close to the center; the walking street is just a few minutes away. Restaurants and shops are nearby.

There is a huge construction site next to the building, and it was not easy to find our building. There could have been more road signs/instructions or a map showing how to find the place. The TV remote was not working.

Sauna hyvä koneet

Ohjeisti oli hieman epäselvää. Ovi koodit kahta eri lukkolaitetta ja kulku sisäpihan kautta olisi voinut olla ohjeen alkupäässä.

the apartment was big enough to accommodate the three of us plus more if needed. location was very accessible too.

much earlier check-in time would have been much better especially during winter which at 4PM is already dark and may have a hard time finding the apartment

Apartment was fantastic

Check in time not displayed until after non refundable booking was made (check in was 4pm). It said there was an option for early check in if available for 20 euro- I sent three messages requesting with no response. I also got two different instructions for where to leave key on check out so I sent a message to clarify and yet again, no response

The property was perfect had everything we needed. It was so clean and the location is perfect

Spacious & comfort bed.

Staff allowed us to do early check-in upon arrival, however, was told that apartment only available to collect key at 4pm. When we when over at 4pm to collect key, they told that the apartment is not ready due to late check-out of earlier tenants & only managed to get the key half an hour later. ☹️ When we enter to the apartment, the apartment was not clean, dining table with food stain and kitchen table too.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Przystanek autobusowy był od razu przed apartamentem. Sklepy i restauracje dosłownie 3 min spacerkiem.

Uusi asunto, jossa kaikki erinomaisessa kunnossa, hotellitason liinavaatteet.

Asuntoa oli vaikea löytää viereisen talon remontin vuoksi. Onneksi apu löytyi päivystäjälle soittamalla, vaikka kello oli jo 22 illalla.

Pääosin hieno asunto.

Pieniä puutoksia: papereita ja kaukosäätimen Patterit uupuivat...ne kyllä toimitettiin pikaisesti. Keittiön vesihana ei pysynyt paikoillaa, vaan riutas lähtirti ja ruutasi vettä ympäriinsä....siitä ilmoitimme.

It was a lovely new modern apartment, we only stayed one brief night, as an early flight meant we had to leave at 03.00

Property was quite hard to find, we had a car and I think if you walked it would be easier to locate, several locals helped us to find it, we also booked the parking which is in the next block and this made it a bit confusing, once both places were located it was easier and in a good central location for bars and restaurants.

The place was spotless, just like in a hotel. It was fully equipped with all the dishes we needed for our big family, and the bedsheets and towels were clean and fresh. There was also a smart TV and a working sauna. A tip for future guests: the sauna switch is actually a timer - don’t turn it all the way up, just set it a little and it’ll heat up nicely in under an hour.

New, clean and comfy. Beds had clean hotel-like sheets and apartment had enough necessary supplements, like toilet paper, soap and shampoo. Dishes were clean.

Bathroom heat was off or at least felt like it. Car park was in another apartment and you needed different codes to enter through every door.

Position was close to center and apartment with sauna, well equipped.

Our host was not responsive at all. Beds were too small and apartment too noisy. Internet was not working well and was fixed only when we left.

It was new, so great, the location was bang in the centre of town. Prefect! And I loved the sauna! Great after a day in the snow and cold.

Only problem was the neighbours above drilling and hammering from 7am in the morning!! Ruined the shine of the holiday. The kids were so tired after being woken up so abruptly every morning.

The location is in the city and easily accessible to main city center. We were here for 4 days.

The WIFI was pathetic. It worked only at the entrance door near to the switch board. If you move 1 meter away it does not work.

- The apartment was new and in the city center, a short walk to everything. - Plenty of kitchen utensils and pots, soaps were available in both the kitchen and the bathrooms. - The sauna in the apartment was quite spacious, although the sauna stove was not powerful enough to heat the space well.

- In reality the apartment did not look as it was advertised by the host. Eventually, the host used pictures (or renders) of a different apartment, which was misleading and made us pay quite a high price for something we didn't get. It felt like the high season demand was used by the host to get the most of it based on the misleading advertisement of the property. - Inconvenient, very basic beds. - Curtains were missing in the apartment, which created a lot of discomfort and distractions, especially during the night time due to the bright lights on the construction place right next to the apartment. - The apartment is located on the ground floor, right by the entrance to the apartment building. It's not soundproof as advertised, we could hear every single person entering or exiting the building, which was distractive during the night time. - We were not able to reach out to the host upon arrival. Apparently, the host is not available during the weekend- just something to keep in mind in case support is needed if anything goes wrong.

Worst sound insulation ever. Both: outside sounds and inside sounds are not isolated enough. We couldnt sleep at all.

Location was excellent. Relatively new and relatively well equipped.

The host was non- responsive. We found the arrival instructions confusing (and it took our cab driver 10 mins to find the apartment building after we collected the keys).I had sent the host a message asking for clarification three hours before we arrived - and received no reply. We couldn’t get the washing machine to work. We sent a message asking for help. No response. There are no block out blinds and the external building lights mean that the bedrooms are not dark. There’s a construction site next door.

Location was fantastic a few blocks (3min walk) from shops, restaurants, and bus stop. The apartment was new, came with stove, cooking utensils, pots, dishwasher, washing machine and a sauna, so very well equipped! Decor was simple but not exactly same as photo.

There was a construction site right next to it. We stayed over a weekend so no works but on monday morning 6am+, it seems they start work and we can hear them. We had difficulties finding the apartment as Google map is not clear maybe coz it's a new building and cars couldn't go to front of building coz of construction works and hence we got to pull our luggage to the roadside. Noticed all beds are very narrow single beds. Bathroom is always wet as it's not separate and they didn't provide a floor mat. No dryer.
