No me gustó que tengan un cartel en el baño donde pone que te ensucias las toallas de maquillaje o de sangre ( en este caso las mujeres tenemos el periodo y eso no lo podemos controlar ) te cobran un extra si las ensucias

It was clean and comfortable.

In the listing it said that we would have our own kitchen, which wasn’t true, it’s shared. The host communicated really poorly and misinformed us many times. The prize doesn’t include the city tax, which we were forced to pay in cash. The host came into our room many times while we were not there, and left door unlocked.

Proprietario molto ben organizzato, istruzioni chiare, disponibilissimo. Ottimo prezzo, posizione comodissima praticamente sulla metro A. Assolutamente soddisfatto.

Muy poca vajilla, hay que estar a las ganadas con el resto de huespedes Alejado del centro y las calles por las noches muy oscuras

The suite I stayed in was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. It’s an ideal and affordable place for tourists and travellers. The location is excellent, very close to the metro, making it easy to reach the city centre in just 15–20 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to come back next time.

I would have happily given this place a 10/10. However, Francesco asked me to give a 10 rating, which I don’t think is something a host should ask guests to do. You’re already doing a great job, and I believe guests should be allowed to give their rating honestly based on their own experience. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place..

Für den Preis hat man eine recht gute Lage bekommen, in wenigen Minuten gelangt man zur Metro und von dort ins Zentrum und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert.

Der Check-in war erst etwas konfus und der Gastgeber hat sehr gedrängelt, Ausweise zugeschickt zu bekommen. Das konnte ich einerseits verstehen, weil es schon spät war, aber ein paar Stunden vorher wäre es entspannter gewesen, als während der Metrofahrt. Ansonsten war die Kommunikation aber sehr nett. Außerdem erwarteten wir der Ausstattungsliste nach eine vollständige Küche, was jedoch nicht ganz zutrifft. Die Gemeinschaftsküche hat keinen Herd, noch Kochutensilien. Backofen und Mikrowelle sind jedoch vorhanden. Die Türen sind eher hellhörig, heißt also, dass man nachts definitiv hört, wenn andere Gäste zurückkommen.

Close to a metro station

The shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty when we arrived. The air conditioning worked poorly and kept turning itself off. The TV remote had dead batteries. During our stay, the host messaged us asking if he could enter the apartment to collect the tourist tax. We weren’t even at the apartment at the time, and we weren’t checking out that day, so our belongings were still spread around the apartment. When I informed him about the empty toiletries and the dead batteries, he replied that we should have told him in the morning, even though we had no way of knowing that he was only available then. He did, however, bring us new batteries afterward.

Location, neighbourhood, it was not noisy, cleanliness of the room was OK.

Shower, cleanliness of the kitchen. Not too bad, could be better.

Aria condizionata non funzionante bene, non rinfrescava del tutto - non si stava freschi. Questa per noi una grande pecca con 40°C al sole, eravamo nella stanza 1.

The rooms were comfortable and very clean.

We didn't realize that you cannot cook anything in the kitchen. The gas didn't work and also the washing machine cannot be used by guests. Also. We didn't realize while booking that it was a shared flat.

L’appartement est propre et bien entretenu. En revanche, il est important de savoir qu’il se compose de trois chambres avec des espaces communs partagés, notamment la cuisine et le réfrigérateur. Malheureusement, certains occupants peuvent manquer de respect aux autres et il est possible de retrouver des aliments manquants dans le frigo. Par ailleurs, les murs sont très fins et l’isolation phonique est insuffisante. On entend aussi bien ce qui se passe dans les parties communes que dans les autres chambres. Lorsque les autres voyageurs rentrent tard ou discutent, tout s’entend très facilement. Durant notre séjour, certaines personnes ont fait beaucoup de bruit sans se soucier des autres occupants, ce qui a rendu le sommeil difficile et a fortement nui à notre expérience.

Tudo muito limpo, organizado, cama muito confortável, ar condicionado, Francesco foi um excelente anfitrião, nos tratou muito bem e foi super solícito, muito obrigada por tudo!

Apartamento limpo, muito organizado, a poucos metros da estação do metrô. O bairro é muito tranquilo, voltei até tarde, mas sem qualquer problema.

Não tenho o que reclamar. Muito atenciosos em tudo!

Très gros problème d'insonorisation. On attend absolument tout ce qu'il se passe dans les appartements à côté. Télévisions, conversation... c'est catastrophique. Gros gros point faible. L'aspirateur à 8h30 juste devant la porte c'est pas possible...

Местополажението е отлично. Близо до апалтамента има мутро станция, която е удобна за пасещение на забележителностите.

Стаята е изключително малка и кухнята се споделя с други хора. Също така не беше добре почистено.

La cama y almohadas muy cómodas, se agradece después de todo el día fuera para ver la ciudad.

El ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. Llegaban tarde, ponían la TV muy fuerte y hablaban muy alto durante toda la noche. Se oía todo desde nuestra habitación.

Die Küche Konzept und hier ich höre ihr Zimmer auch schlechten Nachbarschaft, die auch aus dem Kühlschrank essen klauen und 2:30 Uhr oder 3:30 Uhr auch noch randalieren und lachen darüber, dass die Essen geklaut haben

Water did not drain in toilet and shower.

Fairly convenient location close to a metro station not very far from the main attractions. There are a number of shops and restaurants within a short walk. The room was spacious enough, with a shared kitchen.

Very poor sound insulation and if people are using the kitchen it sounds like they’re in the room with you.

Locatia buna, curatenie.

Nu am stiut ca este un apartament la comun cu alti turisti. Ne asteptam sa avem o camera cu bucatarie doar pentru noi, familia noastra. Au fost 3 camere, cu o bucatarie comuna. In descriere nu a scris de asa ceva...noaptea cand venea cineva in apartament se auzea foarte tare....cand dimiineata la 07:00 cineva facea omleta la bucatarie, se auzea foarte tare si te trezea/deranja...o sa atasez 2 poze sa se vada ca nu era bine etansata....venea lumina din bucatarie si din acest motiv se auzea si foarte tare. Spun aceste lucruri ca gazda sa faca ceva, la urmatorii oaspeti sa nu mai fie aceste neplaceri ( constructive comentariile, nu sunt rautaceoase).

Struttura curata e il personale è stato gentile e disponibile con la metro A vicina sei un quartiere tranquillo lontano dalla zona turistica ma sempre collegato alle attrazioni principali

La sera pochi mezzi per il centro

Ciampino reptérről 30 perc alatt busszal és metróval könnyű a bejutás. Pár percre van a metróállomástól. A tulajdonos közvetlen volt és segítőkész, whatsappon elérhető. Az apartman tiszta volt, jól felszerelt. A környék csendes, biztonságos, sok üzlet, étterem, kávézó van.

Az ágymatrac a megszokotthoz képest puhább volt. A zuhanykabin kicsi volt. A fürdőszobában volt egy radiátor de teljesen kinyitva sem működött, így hideg volt. Mivel ez egy lakás ami 3 apartmanra volt osztva, így hangosak voltak a másik apartmanban lakók, amikor hazajöttek.

La ubicación, cerca del metro y de buses. Muchos sitios a pocos metros para desayunar, comer y demás.

Eché en falta una mesa para poder desayunar y que no se pudiera utilizar la cocina para cocinar, solo para calentar leche en el microondas.

They just did not let me in. For the first day it could be partially justified, due to our late arrival, but they didn't let us in even on the day two.

Materasso davvero troppo morbido. La cucina non ha i fornelli a gas e non é indicato sull'annuncio., si può usare solo microonde o forno.

Pokoj byl hezky vybavený, čistý. Klidná lokalita, dobrá dostupnost do centra. Pobyt se nám velmi líbil.

Appartement très propre, bien localisé à proximité du métro A, donc facile d’accès pour rejoindre les principaux points d’intérêts à Rome. Rapport qualité/prix au top !

La communication avec l’hôte a été compliquée, d’abord pour l’arrivée puis pour donner la taxe de séjour. Il n’était pas clair. Aussi, l’annonce indique une cuisine équipée, pourtant, nous n’avons pas l’autorisation d’utiliser les plaques de cuisson ni le four.

Dirty room. There were hairs all over the place, on the walls. There were also hairs in the bathroom towels so good luck when you have to use a towel full of dirty hairs after a shower. The blanket on the bed was also dirty. The temperature inside the rooms was very low. It was cold not only at night but also at daytime. The AC heating was not working. Also, Francesco requested us a fee for check-in at late hours which was not justified, after we told him hour flight was delayed and why that specific amount, how was the price made. TL;DR: Too expensive for dirty and cold room, with hairs all over the place and bad communication with Francesco.

Personale estremamente accogliente, camera molto pulita, posizione tranquilla in una zona residenziale e molto vicina alla fermata della metro A colli Albani.

Objekt je bio uredan i čist, metro stanica nalazi se veoma blizu te se vrlo brzo može stići do svih sadržaja u rimu. Okolica smještaja je u redu, nismo se osjećali nesigurno, prilično je mirno.

Veoma tanki zidovi, apsolutno sve se može čuti iz susjednih soba i stana iznad. Ljudi su u stanu iznad lupali i hodali više manje cijelo vrijeme što ometa san i odmor. Sobi nedostaje pegla te generalno još neki sadržaji koje ne bi bilo na odmet imati u sobi poput normalnog sapuna itd. U kadi slabo odlazi voda, nešto ne valja s odvodom.

Francesco is very helpfull and friendly. He answers via Whatsapp immediatly. The appartement is nice to stay for five days. You have coffee for free, very nice. There is a fridge in the kitchen and a microwave, easy to eat something in the appartment. There was a little problem with the shower, the water wasn't running through but he will fix it. The appartment is near the metro station Colli Albani (6 minutes walking), very easy.

The shower problem but we didn't mentioned, so this was our fault. He will fix the problem for the next visitors.

Lokalita skvělá - mezi dvěma zastávkami metra, poblíž kavárny, restaurace a supermarket. Majitel ochotný a hodný. :-) Ubytování bylo čistě a kuchyňka plně vybavená.

Ouvia se barulho dos outros quartos, o que impedia de descansar melhor. Quando reservei pensei que era um apartamento só para um casal e na verdade ficamos dentro de um apartamento com mais inclinos em que tinha 3 quartos e cada casal tinha o seu sendo que a cozinha era partilhada e nem dava para cozinhar pois só tinha forno e microondas. Ficamos um pouco desiludidas pois quando alugamos o apartamento nada referia em que iria ser partilhado mas sim um apartamento só para nós. De resto correu tudo bem o dono era super simpático e o quarto em si era agradável.

Warning for those who are considering renting this apartment: it is a SHARED apartment, which is not specified in any of its description. I chose this apartment because it is advertised to have 3 bedrooms, but in fact those bedrooms are rented to 3 different customers. The only explanation from the manager is like “Sorry about that but I told you we have 3 bedrooms and 1 kitchen.” This is intentional CHEATING. Also it charges extra fee for check-in in person (instead of on WhatsApp). And the manager charged me an unreasonably high so-called “city tax”. In summary, I don’t recommend this apartment for its dishonesty.

The object corresponds to the photographs, everything is as stated.

Most importantly: If you're traveling for work, I don't recommend it! The landlord is required to provide a receipt, but unfortunately, two weeks have passed, and no documents have been sent. Each time, he says he'll send one soon, but he doesn't provide any information. Booking.com support sends me to the landlord to clarify all the questions. If you're traveling for work and need to provide financial statements, this apartment is not an option. You'll be scammed. Other things: there's no toothpaste, only one set of towels for two days, and no laundry detergent either. This isn't a private apartment; it's a single room with a balcony and a toilet in a large shared apartment!

Problema di scarico dell’acqua del lavandino. Non era possibile scegliere la temperatura della stanza. Il piumone dato in dotazione con la camera non era pulito e utilizzabile, ne abbiamo dovuto chiedere uno nuovo.
