It wasn't clean as it looked. Our unit had cockroaches! As a result we couldn't cook as we intended to, we had to eat out the whole 3 days stay. The carpet in the bedroom and couch in living room were also dirty when we were cleaning on the second day. This definitely made our stay unpleasant!

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025I was really disappointed with my stay. The listing mentioned that a hair dryer was provided, but there wasn’t one in the accommodation — which was quite frustrating and inconvenient especially when travelling for business. The complex itself was also a nightmare to deal with. When I arrived one evening, I had to wait almost 20 minutes just to get in because of a long line of cars backed up at the entrance gate. It really set a negative tone for the stay. On top of that, the overall upkeep of the complex was very poor. There was alcohol trash scattered around the walkways and in the garden beds as you go up the stairs, which made the place look neglected and unclean. Overall, it was not the experience I expected based on the listing and definitely not worth the hassle.
