Reviewed Nov 14, 2025Если бы можно было поставить 100 баллов из 10, мы бы это сделали) Домик очень уютный, чистый, помощница по хозяйству приходила регулярно убираться и меняла постельное бельё - сервис отеля 5*) Есть вся необходимая техника (включая кофеварку и тостер) для приготовления еды. Расположен дом в тихом безопасном районе, до пляжа минут 5 неспешным шагом (оттуда прекрасный вид на Столовую гору, справа и слева - споты виндсёрферов и кайтсёрферов, к пляжу подплывают котики, можно видеть совсем близко их ласты). До магазина, АЗС и кафе - минут 10 пешком, магазин при АЗС и пиццерия работают круглосуточно. До центра Кейптауна (V&A) - 18 минут на машине. У домика есть своя закрытая парковка. Хозяин был очень любезен, гостеприимно нас встретил, уважал нашу уединенность и на протяжении всех 10 дней отпуска мы с ним не виделись))

Reviewed Oct 10, 2024Cottage is private. Host is great. Easy access to anywhere you want to visit in Capetown. Close to the beach. Lounge ,kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are all separate. Big screen TV.
Bed doesn't have a head board and a bit cramped between the wall and the cupboard. Would prefer a little more space around the bed. But this is not a big issue.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2024Everything about the property was spot on and the way the host Adam welcomed me and showed me around the property (cottage) so that I am comfortable and at ease during my stay. I will definitely come back and would highly recommend the cottage to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy their time in and around Sunset beach. The property is good value for money.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2022Exactly like the pictures. Spacious, very clean, everything you need is there. Adam was a lovely host, always willing to lend a helpful hand. The bed was super comfy, the shower was a dream, the beach was a walking distance away, the neighbourhood was so quiet and peaceful. Would definitely come again!
Ants are a bit of a problem in the kitchen, probably due to it being summer. Other than that, quite amazing!

Reviewed Nov 26, 2022It is very safe area,we felt home,We could move freely and access all necessities.The accommodation is worth the price.Has met all our needs for the vocation we had.Very good for private people like us.The environment is conducive,a very clean City, Helpful owners,informative,Kind,friendly ,Hospitality was marvelous,Great friendship and we could relate.Had opportunity to meet few people in the neighborhood as time out.
If we had more time,we could have explored more in the City.

Reviewed Nov 15, 2022The cottage is located in a safe and well maintained area,it is spacious and well equipped with all essentials,very hygienic and has a super comfortable bed. The beach is located just a few minutes away which is within a walking distance where you can catch the beautiful sunset in the evenings. On arrival you will find the most amazing, friendly,accomodating and welcoming hosts to make your stay in Cape Town fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending this place to any tourists who would be visiting Cape Town. I hope to be back very soon.
