Riad Garden House Marrakech

The property was a great Location. It was very comfortable very inviting.

If I could say one thing and recommend one thing, is that you upgrade pillows and bedding to high-quality Egyptian cotton? I would definitely pay more for this.

Property was great. Location spot on right in the middle of everything. Highly recommend.

The space and how pretty it looked

The swimming pool is not a real one and the water in it wasn’t treated water for swimming. There were constantly insects and dust particles inside which made it impossible to swim in or even sit in

L'établissement répondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Son placement géographique était idéal.

Disfonctionnement de la douche dans les premières chambres seuls les douchettes fonctionnaient. Un rideau dans la chambre du haut pour couvrir la porte.

Some aspects need updating/Fixing to take this property to the next level. Both showers on the first floor were either damaged to the point you couldn’t select to change the shower head or screws holding brackets were loose meaning it wasn’t an option even so.

Perto de todo o movimento de souks. Uma excelente escolha de localizacao. Casa bonita que vale a pena a estadia. O extra de podermos ter o pequeno almoço preparado em casa no momento foi uma excelente opção.

Estaba cerca de lo necesario y a la vez fuera del tremendo movimiento de la playa Jeema el-Efna. Cierto es que la calle donde está situada la casa es misteriosa pero te acostumbras pronto y lo consideras tu hogar. La casa es acogedora y en general está muy bien. Muy recomendable.

Casa in posizione comoda e soprattutto tranquilla e sicura. La struttura è molto grande e comoda per 6 persone.

Per cercare la perfezione, i letti e i cuscini erano un po' scomodi per i miei gusti, inoltre le camere da letto hanno un po' di muffa.

Nice location. Everything was genuinely good as we didn't stay in the apartment.

I felt that this apartment could be better with a bit of TLC. For example there were broken items scattered across the building, also the pool upstairs could do with a clean and change of water.

Great property close by to all attractions of Marrakech. Intissar met us at the property, very welcoming host. Plenty of comfortable space to relax after the day of exploring.

J’ai apprécié l’emplacement du Ryad et les espaces qu’il propose même si nous n’avons pas pu profiter des extérieurs à cause de la pluie.

Quelques signes d’usure qu’il conviendrait de régler pour conserver le classement actuel.

Decoration looked straight out of Elle decor! The location was great….just outside the medina and beside the palace (with guards) so felt safe. The lady who came to make breakfast was lovely and made a tasty fare.

Needed to be organised to pay cash for breakfast which we hadn’t realised in advance.

La decoración y la ubicación es muy buena.

Las almohadas eran muy incómodas, las toallas olían muy mal a humedad, en un cuarto no funcionaba el aire acondicionado.

Super location, beside the Koutoubia & Sidi Mimoun Gate, less than 10 mins walk to the square. The street is beside the royal palace wall so lots of police about but no worries about safety. We felt very comfortable walking in the area. Beautifully decorated, great views over the city & sunsets from the rooftop. We could see the storks on the minaret tower. Unfortunately, it rained lots for us so unable to use the beautiful rooftop. Comfortable beds, good ensuite facilities, a cosy living room, and a good kitchen.

The third bedroom is separate from the main house with access from outside across the roof patio. Fine for us though we needed to do a coat & shoes to & from the bedroom due to heavy rain. It is a beautiful bedroom though, good for our teenage son. Our electricity went out four times during our visit. Issitar was very quick to respond but it was very inconvenient and we had concerns about the safety of the electrics.

Intissar est à l'écoute et très réactive. Tres bon accueil. Facilité d'acces emplacement top. Un grand merci à Rachida pour les petits déjeuners le couscous et le tajine tout était parfait

L'emplacement central, la sécurité du quartier, la superficie, l'architecture, le choix des couleurs, bref Riad magnifique !

Pas grands choses. Quelques légers bruits en provenance du voisinage mais rien t'embêtant

Absolument tout ! L’emplacement est parfait, à 2 pas de la place et du cœur de ville et au calme en même temps. La décoration est soignée tout est bien pensé. Le logement est très confortable et agréable. En plus il nous mettent en relation avec Toufik pour les transports et les excursions. Il est à l’heure et propose de très belles choses. Mahfoud est un hôte très agréable également. Merci à tous pour tout. C’était absolument parfait et très agréable

Great location, close to all.attractions. good management, easy to contact with whatsapp. Clean comfortable, modern. Great for price. Easy to book transport. Intisaar is a pro. He will make your stay worry free.

La décoration de la maison, le confort, l’emplacement, la propreté des lieux.

Les chambres du 1er étage sont un peu petites.

Magnifique maison dans un quartier très calme. La maison art déco est magnifique et très confortable avec 3 chambres et 6 lits. Le bassin sur la terrasse est très agréable pour se rafraîchir (pas nager 60 cm d'eau seulement). Mais c'est top a minuit de se rafraîchir avant d'aller dormir. On est à 15mn a pied de la place Jemaa El FNA et de plein de restaurants. Je recommande le "Kasbah café" super endroit et super repas

make sure if gettinga taxi to tell them the location is in the madina we got taken to an other location with the same name

Nice stay at good quite location in back alley. Located inside the medina (but you can still reach it by car), within walking distance to many highlights. Good contact with the host. Nice house, rooftop with view over the city.

Nice house in a good location in walking distance from Jemaa el fna. A good place to meet for check in is the corner of Rue Saâdiens, and Rue Sidi Mimoun at the gate Sidi Mimoune which is a few hundred meters from the place. The location sent to me for check-in does not exist on Google maps.

You cannot check in without WhatsApp. I booked via booking.com but never received any answers to my questions and check in requests sent through booking.com. No answer even after 3 or 4 days is unacceptable.

Amazing calm oasis near GITEX, the airport and the medina with a beautiful modern interior and a relaxing, cool pool on the rooftop

The street can feel a bit shady for some, but it's just a small stretch and there are lots of kids and police around to guard the royal palace, so I never had fear. In that environment its probably hard to keep bugs out anywhere, so just dont leave any food in the kitchen openly.

Excellent location within the Madina. A short walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa the main city square and the market of the old city.
