Mieszkanie ma potencjał. Położone niedaleko plaży, a odległości krótkiego spaceru sklepy, kantory czy restauracje. Cena też dosyć atrakcyjna.

Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Jest tak naprawdę brudno. Łóżka były nie przygotowane na nasz przyjazd. Brakowało pościeli czy prześcieradeł. Dobrze, że planując inne destynacje w Omanie wzięliśmy ze sobą śpiwory bo nie byłoby jak spać. Mieszkanie nie przygotowane na przyjazd 5 osób (zgodnie z rezerwacją).

Proche de la plage, café sympa en bas de l’immeuble, supérette à côté en cas besoin. Attention salle de sport et piscine avec des créneaux réservés aux femmes de 17h à 20h.

Le logement n’était pas propre, sol sale, cuisine collante et grasse. Nous avons dû demander des produits manquants. Le bruit de la climatisation d’une des chambres était très fort. Odeur peu agréable dans l’immeuble et l’appartement. Évier bouché qui a été débouché rapidement lorsqu’on l’a signalé.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Was a good place for three of us. Check in and check out was very convenient.

We were given only one access card and the parking was outside the building and was open. The host told he missed the parking card.

They claim to be a hotel but act like it's an Airbnb !! After checking in late in the night we were woken up to a rude shock when the electricity failed. After trying to contact the host for an hour we were sent the code to refill the electricity. This is so unprofessional. There was no room service provided. Even for the parking spot that they claim to provide we had to literally keep hunting for. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The room was totally messy, and no one was answering the calls. I waited until 5 PM and had to book another hotel. I’m traveling with my 74-year-old grandmother, who is also a diabetic patient. We came all the way from Dubai on a long drive, and they completely wasted our day. To make it worse, the next day around 4 PM, they messaged me asking, “Did you check out or not?” Like, what the hell? I told them I never even stayed in their apartment. Just check out the photos — it’s a joke.

the location is excellent

Although the quality of the flat was great and the location is perfect for my plans, the room was not ready until 3:45. We had to wait with family in one room until it was ready. This is something the management should work to improve in the future, as it was mentioned before by other guests. Also, another repeated comments about the sound of the main room's AC as it is sometimes annoying, kindly fix that. These comments are only to improve the guest experience, as the flat deserves a second visit if those comments are considered.

The property is managed privately amd not a hotel but an apartment. Everything is to be managed by your own right from building access to room. You will recieve an email with all access details, wifi connection which is fine, however for any service requests you have to find the contact details of owner and wait for addressing your concerns. The room was never cleaned after the check out of previous occupant. The flooring, bed sheets and everything was dusty with no one to clean. There were no towels or soaps that we could use. The apartment was just left by the previous user and handed over to us uncleaned. Recommend to call the owner and get all the things confirmed with photos prior to your visit.

It was frustrating. The cleaner was still inside when we arrived at 4:00 pm and we waited for 1 hour more for her to finish cleaning. It was not cleaned properly.

-The flat was not very clean -Very limited kitchen facilities -A/C of the master bedroom blowing directly in your face, with no possibility to change the air flow direction due to restricted access to the A/C display -Lacking instruction on how to turn on the gas, the water heater. The host was responding quickly, still no need to loose time on whatsapp when a leaflet with instructions would make it much easier and quicker -TV not working There is so much potential for making the flat lovely, just a bit of effort would make such a difference. Getting a few decent kitchen utensils, decent hangers in the cupboards, some decor, written instruction and cleaning properly is a matter of one day and it would make it a much better stay.

The property was in a great location off from the main road so was quiet. Close to the beach, park and small convenience store. Basement parking was great as well as the gym, swimming pool and sauna facilities. The beds were extremely comfortable and the views of the city and mountains were gorgeous. TV was large with lots of choices for viewing. Super easy to get a hold of the owner over whatsapp when we had questions. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We did notice that a lot of the AC vents were very dusty and the one in the master bedroom did make a lot of noise at night. Some of our group started to have sneezing reactions to the AC quality but nothing that a quick clean and service wouldn’t fix. Figuring out how to use the gas for the stove was also confusing and we did have to contact the owner for assistance. A little guidebook with instructions on how things work in the apartment could be useful for future guests.

The apartment is super clean and new. The building has a gym and a swimming pool. The owner is very friendly and coopetative. I will definitely book it again.

Excelent, with beautiful view, really equipped with modern amenities, Tarah was a helpful and forthcoming host (sorry if I misspelled the name).

1) We could not pay for the accommodation by card (online payment blocked by the host) - very inconvenient,since we had no OMR in cash 2) The entry into the building was slightly confusing and too sophisticated (the many codes for swimming pool, parking lot etc)

I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the apartment, especially the comfortable furnishings and the natural light that streamed in through the windows. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby amenities like cafes, parks, and grocery stores. Additionally, the peaceful ambiance of the neighborhood made it a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. Overall, it was a delightful stay!

Car parking is little confusing. if you are staying longer cleaning need to be arranged. locker not available.

The apartment is modern since it's a new building, quite spacious as well.

1. The Host, no prior instruction on how to check in, it's past our check in time since we are on tour, yet no details were given on how to check in, tried to contact the property directly thru the number mentioned in the booking but it's unreachable. 2. the cleanliness of the apartment, utensils were just left in the kitchen, fridge has some left over supply from the previous guest. 3. we still need to ask for the key to the main door as it was not in the property. 4. the WIFI, no connection at all. 5. as per the booking check out time is 12pm, but the host said it's only till 11am., good thing we have to go early since we are on tour, yet another negative point for the HOST.
