Hotel Irua Haeundae

바다에서 멀지 않으면서 시장 쪽과도 가까워 식사, 쇼핑 모두 편했어요. 시설도 깨끗한 편이에요. 특히 탄탄한 편이었던 매트리스가 맘에 들었어요.

환풍기가 고장 나 있어서 화장실 사용이 좀 덜 쾌적했어요. 습기가 잘 안 빠지다 보니 깨끗하게 준비해서 화장실 장에 넣어 주신 수건들에 쿰쿰한 냄새가 모두 베었어요. 그리고 냄새가 안 빠질 수 있으니 일행에게 미안해 객실 안 화장실 사용을 2박 3일 동안 자제할 수밖에 없었습니다.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig, die Bettdecken waren gemütlich. Besonders gefallen haben uns die vielen praktischen Kleinigkeiten: vom Mülleimer auf Beinen über die Verlängerungskabel bis hin zu ausreichend Handtüchern. Wir haben bereits in einem anderen Hotel im selben Gebäude übernachtet – hier hat es uns wesentlich besser gefallen. Wir sind froh, dieses Hotel gewählt zu haben, und kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden und waren rundum zufrieden.

Spacious room with a fantastic view on Haeundae Beach. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette was well equipped. Bathroom clean and spacious. Great location, with plenty of restaurants, Cafés and convenience stores close by. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach.

房間內有飲水機非常方便,不用再使用瓶裝水,有設置簡易的廚房設備及洗衣機 床墊軟硬適中,共有二張雙人床及一張單人床,還有一個小沙發, 也有提供大型折疊曬衣架及數個衣架使用,非常方便!樓下就有GS25

公寓的電梯太少,需要花較久時間等待電梯, 房間內的垃圾桶偏小,建議可以提供回收垃圾桶,一般垃圾桶可以大一點較佳!

２泊利用させていただきました。 スタッフさんは親切だし、洗濯機や洗剤まであり、 急な雨には傘も貸してくれたり、至り尽くせり 下にはコンビニもあり、市場も近くてアクセスも良く、部屋は広くてソファーもあり、くつろげて 最高でした！

良くなかった点は特にありません。 エレベーターが混んでると待つくらいです。

有洗衣機、飲水機和一台大冰箱很方便。過個馬路就是海灘！

Super Zimmer. Es war recht gross, sauber, mit Waschmaschiene und kleiner Küche. Tolle Aussicht und super Lage. Wasserspender war ein tolles plus.

Location was perfect and easy to find. A lot of restaurants near by. Size of the accomodation was good.

The elevators can be delayed often due to many people staying at the building. There are more than 20 floors.

It was very clean, had a great location to the beach, and they let us store our luggage’s when we needed.

Excellent location, staff are really nice, before checkin and after checkout they helped to store our luggages. It was clean and it has even kitchenette in the room.

가정집과 같은 시설이 이어서 장기간 투숙 할 때 상당히 경비를 절약 할 수 있는 잇점이 있는 곳이 었습니다.

찾아가는데 아주 어려웠습니다. 일반 호텔은 주변 거주자들이 다들 알지만 IRUA HOTEL은 아무도 아는 사람이 없었고 외부 간판이 없어서 호텔 앞을 왔다 갔다 하면서 호텔을 찾지 못하고 시간을 상당히 낭비 했습니다. 휴대전화 보조 배터리가 없었다면 전화기 배터리가 다 되어 아주 곤경에 처 할 뻔 했습니다.

실제 호텔이 아니고 오피스텔을 개조하여 숙박 영업을 하는곳인데 호텔로 이름을 지어서 소비자를 기만하였음, Hotel Irua Heaundae에서 Hotel이라는 단어를 빼야함. 특히 해운대에는 유사한 이름의 호텔일루아가 근처에 있음. 호텔일루아에 예약하려고 클릭하였다 Hotel Irua Heaundae에 예약되었음. 이런 혼돈을 막는게 좋을것 같음.

조용하고 편안한 위치, 냉장고 세탁기 등 용이한 사용

운영 메카니즘이 호텔이라기엔 ... 좀 펜션에 가깝습니다. 장박(긴 숙박)을 해도 ... 청소 서비스가 ... 좀 부족하다는 생각이 들었습니다.

位置很棒，過馬路就到海邊，設施很齊全，餐具、洗衣機、微波爐都有附，long stay感覺也不是問題！

海景房的海景比較是部分海景，有點可惜，但是不影響住宿體驗

It was near the beach, the room was really nice, the washing machine was a big plus, and we loved the coway water purifier! The room was big, clean and with everything needed. I highly recommend it.

I found the bed really not comfy, but I think it's just my preference. You have to anticipate the time it takes to use the elevator, it can take a lot of time to go from one floor to another!

It’s a good, clean and well equipped room in an apartment house at the sea side. Personal is very nice and kind.

There are 22 floors and 7 basement floors and ONLY 2 ELEVATORS. TWO!!! Is absolutely not enough and they are always packed. You can spend 15 minutes just waiting for one with a vacant place. And at the gates of the first floor is always a crowd.

It was difficult to find which building we were in. When I called the staff, they ended up hanging up on me :/

It was so good.. Partially youbjust see the sea view.

Nothing. I regretted to book the moment I stepped in … or even before that when two taxi drivers couldn’t find the place and took us to another hotel called irula instead -and wished we had stayed there as was lovely- , Hotel Irua was hard to find: it was in the building with other hotels which were clearly signed -unlike Irua , no reception to help , could not open the door as expected .so texted help via bookings. Com but could not call them . Stressful and frustrating on so many levels .

And the sea view was a real joke . Perhaps for superman with X-ray vision? As massive building in front blocking the view .. . I queried it with reception - or shall I say the person on the other side of the app who was so rude ‘ I should have read the room description ‘ . Well I had … just wished it was not misleading . Messages were unpleasant and no offer to help whatsoever even when I pointed out that the accommodation was for three - three beds , three chairs etc when it was booked for two adults and two juniors . A nappy changing mat was apparently the fourth bed 😂. took a long time sending messages back and fourth to the hotel and booking.com, stealing our precious time in SK . No help was given at any point to provide with a fourth bedding or change room . That tainted our stay in Busan.

Location is good. Short walk to amenities and beach. About 10mins. Apartment is clean and well stocked. Very responsive staff.

Water pressure is low, not able to get desired water temperature. Long wait for lift and it’s always packed. Waited for about 30mins to be finally able to get into lift. Booked room thinking it’s a hotel but turned out to be Airbnb concept. Photo representation seemed to show will have sea view but end up facing another building

The location of this hotel was perfect! Only a 5 minute walk from the beach and many other highlights of Haeundae's area. We also thought it was quite cozy and the bathroom was great (separate from the sink). There is also a convenience store super close that helped for any snack cravings.

On the Booking listing, it said that we would have 2 beds and a futon. Upon arriving, there was no futon, and when staff was contacted, no futon was delivered the next day. Luckily, the beds were large enough to share-- but still, be wary of the listings.

The location of the apartment in Haeundae was excellent, and the view and the voice of the sea was amazing.

More elevators would be needed in the building.

I booked HOTEL, not Airbnb, ended up we had to wash towels and disposal trash daily because there was no daily cleaning service.

Loved everything about the place. Location is right in the middle of Heundae with views of the beach. Super clean and cozy room, with a comfy bed. Washing machine with dryer is provided, too. Check in is very easy with room number and passcode, no hassle at all. I loved it so much I wanted to change my plans and stay one more night but unsurprisingly they were fully booked. Also the staff were very responsive over the app and helped me store luggage before check in and after check out. Go try the small noodle and kimbap place downstairs, the food is divine. Will definitely stay again.

You have to sort and take out your trash which is a bit confusing in Korea but this is manageable :)
