Reviewed Sep 15, 2026L'emplacement est vraiment idéal! Process hyper simple pour entre dans l'appartement. Taille du logement vraiment appréciable.
Le seul "défaut", c'est que les ascenseurs sont très occupés, il faut parfois attendre quelques minutes. Aussi, le lave-linge hyper pratique, mais un sèche linge serait encore mieux, c'est long pour sècher les habits sur le fil

The apartment wasn’t very clean. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and there were no large towels provided. While this is mentioned on booking, I still find it quite unreasonable not to provide at least one large towel per guest. We also found some hair on the small towels. The balcony window was broken, and a sign had been hung on the window saying to use the “iron door” which it does not open from the outside.

굉장히 고층 오피스텔같은 느낌이고 한 빌딩에 여러 브랜드의 숙소가 같이 있어 처음 체크인할때 헷갈림. 창문이 두개밖에 없는데 활짝 열리지도 않고 거실쪽은 고장인지 사용불가 붙어 있어 답답했음 그리고 사진에는 거실소파 있었는데 실제 거실공간에 침대가 있음 침대 매트리스에 비닐같은 소리가 남

Para mejorar, el tiempo de espera en los ascensores.. Siempre había fila y tiempo de espera para subir y bajar.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Très bien placé sur Haeundae avec une super vue. Très agréablement surpris par la TV XXL ! Très bonne literie même si le matelas a tendance un peu à glisser du sommier. Petite astuce, il y a des pistolets à air à droite de l'immeuble avant de rentrer, pour se débarrasser du sable de la plage. Cela évite d'en mettre partout dans l'immeuble et l'appartement.
Pas tant que je n'ai pas apprécié mais quand on est au 19eme étage, il faut avoir la patience d'attendre les ascenseurs.

Reviewed Aug 17, 20261.地理位置很好，步行出去就是大街，逛街吃飯買東西都很方便。 街上有換匯機，不用特別去找。 步行就可到海灘、地鐵站、傳統市場。 2.房間有洗衣機及小廚房。 3.樓下就是emart24 4.完全不需跟業者面對面，住宿前會發送入住訊息，退房前也會發送需知（如，垃圾要分類、要自行拿到1樓回收） 5.很環保，沒有提供浴巾及一次性盥洗用具。
空間不大，放3個25吋行李，會略擠。 預定3人住宿，其中ㄧ個是沙發床，沒有看到棉被跟枕頭，最後發現是放在櫃子裡，但住宿訊息沒告知。

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Great location, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which makes the area very convenient.
The elevator takes a very long time, as it is almost always busy. There is no housekeeping service for the apartment, which is inconvenient if you are staying for a longer period and want to keep the place clean. You also have to sort and dispose of the trash yourself. The swimming pool requires an additional fee, although this was not mentioned anywhere when I made the booking. The room was also not very clean when we arrived.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026We very much enjoyed our comfortable stay. After a small hotel room in Seoul city center, it was great to have so much space. The outdoors is very nicely landscaped . There’s a convenience store and restaurant walking distance from the accommodation but we would recommend renting a car. While there is no water in the room, you can fill up a bottle at reception. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and even helped us when we ordered a take away. I would stay again.
As a smoker I would prefer to be able to smoke on the private, room patio but there is a smoking area with gorgeous ocean views.

Unfortunately, the Japanese futon is a broken sofa bed. It’s not comfortable to sleep on and too small to fit a person who is over 170cm. While the bedroom vent is running, it is too loud.

1) Very Expensive for the room I paying for. 2) It is more of an Apartment Stay 3) They didn't clean the room properly. I found someone chicken when I came in 4) Have to clear our own Rubbish. 5) Have to pay extra for extra pillows and their pillows are so light and don't have neck support at all. 6) Aircon placement it is at the kitchen not the bedroom. So have to on the Fan and open the windows.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026The location is perfect. The room is clean and basically have everything esp for family users (adults only). The staff watching over Bookings.com is very helpful. I asked for a room that the beds could be separated (in different area) and they tried to arrange. It is not easy to find apartment like this.
The check in is easy but it was confusing as there is not signage. There are a few operators in the buildings and it took us some time to confirm the building. Besides the room does not have tables and chairs, which was very inconvenient.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Die Lage ist wirklich super. Der Gastgeber hat uns sofort geholfen als ein Problem auftrat. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und eine kleine Kuechenzeile mit gr Kuehlschrank.
Es gab leider etwas Probleme mit einem Bett- darum wird sich aber gekümmert. Am Lift steht man Abends ne gute Zeit an. Es gibt keine Messer in der Kueche und auch kaum Geschirr. Also essen eher nur auswärts möglich.

Comfortable and fairly quiet space with excellent washing machine (and free laundry soap included). Stunning high-floor view of the sea, including partial view of Haeundae Beach and the surrounding mountains. Nice and helpful staff.
Layout of apartment is slightly odd. Astroturf in enclosed balcony. Had some difficulty getting lights to turn on but was able to figure it out.

Reviewed May 23, 2026La vista è spettacolare. Ti svegli e dal letto vedi il mare e la spiaggia di Haeundae. L'appartamento è moderno e spazioso. Ha tutti i comfort di cui si ha bisogno in vacanza, compreso di lavatrice, frigorifero, aspirapolvere e piano cottura. Avevo letto che l'ascensore aveva attese infinite, non è così, si può utilizzare quello infondo al corridoio che è meno trafficato. Molto comodo per la vicinanza alla metropolitana e sulla via principale dello shopping, lontano dal centro di Busan.
Il pavimento era un po' sporco. Non so se perché non lavato o semplicemente rovinato. Leggendo non si capiva benissimo l'ubicazione poi arrivata sul posto ho compreso meglio.

The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a large fridge and facilities for simple cooking. There is a supermarket in B1 of Save Zone next door. There is a washer, but no dryer, though a drying rack is provided. We didn't interact with staff. Pin code for the apartment is provided on check in day. Note that the apartment isn't serviced during your stay. Recycling facilities are on the ground floor. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent value for money.
Only very minor things missing - no facial tissues or large towels.

L'appartement était propre, le lit confortable et la douche très grande. Le fait qu'il y ait une machine à laver dans l'appartement est un vrai plus pour les longs séjours.
Pas de grandes serviettes de douches, comme souvent en Corée. Et une des porte fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas, chambre 10 étage 27.
