Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Great location. Plenty of space for two people. The host provided a helpful guidebook for the apartment and patiently answered all our questions via messages. The hot water in the shower works very efficiently, which is especially nice in cold weather.
The bed is comfortable, but it can be a bit noisy when turning over. Overall It was really good.

Emme päässeet lainkaan aikaisemmin majoituspaikkaan, joka laittoi meidän tekemään suunnitelman muutoksia. Tämä sujui lopulta ok.

La literie tres inconfortable notamment le canapé lit qui ne devrait en aucun cas etre présenté comme un lit tellement il est impossible d'y dormir!!!! Nous avons demandé un lit d'appoint au propriétaire qui était au courant de la situation et n'a pu nous en fournir! De telles conditions pour dormir gache clairement le séjour surtout à ce tarif en pleine période de Noël. De plus l'immeuble est vieux et très mal insonorisé.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Spacious apartment option just outside the main part of downtown Rovaniemi- kitchen was well supplied, extremely clear and detailed instructions from host, easy parking, nice balcony space to let in lots of natural light.
The building is a bit loud with sounds echoing throughout the walls and people using the elevator (it has an older metal grate sliding door which clangs). If you’re a light sleeper you may want ear plugs.
