Reviewed Sep 2, 2025The flat had all the cooking utensils, the room where of a reasonable size.
We areiced at 3 pm but we only received the room around 4 30 ,the cleaner were a little slow.There were lots of ants in the flat. The flat was not close to the marenia area, so we had to drive to access the coffee and restaurants The in the master bedroom bath kept getting blocked

The sewers were blocked, the balcony door wouldn't open. We contacted maintenance many times to no response.

I was genuinely disappointed with the state of cleanliness and overall maintenance upon check-in. While the apartment itself has great potential to be an outstanding accommodation. The apartment had a persistent, unpleasant odor, the bathtubs were blocked, and one of the main room’s curtains was entirely missing. The water heater was dusty and stained with a yellowish discoloration. Upon raising these concerns with the property owner, we were promptly redirected to the property manager. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to communicate, our messages were completely ignored. This lack of responsiveness was particularly frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, a minor issue with the dishwasher arose during our stay; however, the property manager offered no response or assistance whatsoever. Overall, the experience was disappointing—not due to the apartment's potential, but because of the neglect in its maintenance and the unacceptable disregard for guest concerns. We understand the overpricing during the peak season.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2025The pool area was amazing. The house itself was comfortable and had a lot of things we needed like a dishwasher, washing machine, full kitchen. The Marina area was also great and so was the pool area.
The entry system for the electronic gates didn't work properly from the start. Had to physically goto the office and get a physical card for entry/exit. The house had many conveniences, but was incomplete. No peephole at the door, no hangers in the bathroom, no dryer (drying clothes outside in 95% humidity takes days), beds were too lightweight and not enough blankets.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2025The apartment was excellent, clean and everything was available. Walking distance to a fantastic beach and a short car ride to amazing facilities at the Hawana resort. If you are planning to explore Salalah a car is needed to visit the sites around.

IT or technical issues on the site Booking.com and Laguna properties did not allow to chat in advance and get answers to our basic questions (is breakfast included?, can we have an additional blanket). There is a German number to call on site, but it NEVER answers so useless. (I called 50+ times)
