The location was great.

Upon check in the employee working the desk asked us for a bribe of €50 to get an upgraded room. They charge €30 per night for a baby cot. The bed was very hard.

Prijs kwaliteit is onder niveau. Prima hotel maar veel te weinig voor deze prijzen. Tevens kan je de auto niet parkeren bij het hotel maar wordt je gewezen naar een openbare parkeerplaats in de buurt

최고의 위치. 또 내겐 짐보관 서비스가 매우 중요했는데 이 부분 매끄러워 만족. 직원들은 대체로 츤데레 스타일. 이 호텔은 물가 비싼 코르티나 담페초에 있다는걸 감안하면 장점이 많다고 생각됨. 다음엔 더 좋은 객실에 묵을 의향 있음.

시설이 아쉬움. 특히 욕실. 하지만 나는 그것을 사전에 충분히 짐작할 수 있었고 실제 숙박할 때 그게 큰 문제는 아니었음

All'arrivo ho avito la piacevole soprese di aver ottenuto un upgrade rispetto alla camera prenotata, devo dire un segnale di rara attenzione che mi ha fatto molto piacere. Colazione veramente oltre le aspettative, ti tipo internazionale, ma con la piacevole cortesia di un caffè espresso offerto al tavolo. Conto di ritornarci per il complesso di note positive che ho riscontrato.

10/10 Service – Truly Unmatched Hospitality! ​Our stay at Royal Hotel Cortina was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. When we arrived, our original room turned out to be a bit small for us, but the Menardi Demai family went above and beyond to find us a larger room right away. ​Because that room was only available for two nights, they seamlessly arranged for us to move to another room for our final night. Since we had an early morning hike planned, they personally took care of moving all of our luggage into the new room while we were out. Coming back from a long hike to find everything handled so thoughtfully was absolute 5-star service! ​The daily buffet breakfast was fantastic, featuring exceptional offerings, fresh coffee, and an overall beautifully appointed setup. On top of that, the Menardi Demai family was exceptionally welcoming to our cat - giving her plenty of love and attention, and even sending us off with a sweet travel goody bag for the road. The level of care, flexibility, and genuine warmth here is truly rare. We cannot thank them enough and will absolutely stay here again when back in Cortina!

Excelente ubicación, muy buen hotel, desayuno y personal. Hay un lado del hotel más antiguo que el otro, pero en muy buenas condiciones, limpio y ordenado.

Fuimos en verano y en nuestra habitación no había AC y salía aire caliente por los radiadores, lo que no se podía apagar (no estaba funcionando), pero el personal nos facilitó un ventilador al pedirlo

The location was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was a good size and clean / renovated.

At times you could hear others in the room next door or outside

Location, breakfast and staff were amazing. The family room was very small. Once our suitcases were in, we had minimal space to move and had to squeeze past each other. There was a window in each room, no fan, no aircon so it was incredible hot and uncomfortable sleeping. We could not have the windows open as there are multiple bars below spilling out into the street. There was yelling, chanting, singing, cheering until 230am every night. Getting off to sleep was difficult, and we were woken multiple times by the noise with the windows closed and could not get back to sleep.

Die Lage ist wunderbar, direkt im Zentrum. Auf einem Platz ganz in der Nähe konnten wir kostenlos parken. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und gaben uns Tipps.

Der Frühstücksraum ist für die Anzahl der Zimmer sehr klein.

The location was perfect, breakfast was amazing, lots of options. The staff were always ready to go above and beyond with anything they can help with. I have never stayed at a hotel with such friendly staff from those at the reception right down to the kitchen staff at breakfast time!

Maybe more sockets would be good to help keep things charged but this is very minimal. Also a kettle in the room so we can make a late night cuppa but again this is just me being fussy.

The breakfast was amazing! Thank you for giving us fans to sleep one during the unusually hot season. The location was just like it was pictured. We also appreciated the common living room on the second floor for our family to hang out together.

Parking. But I know parking is scarce in the town. It was easy to walk everywhere.

Il personale, c’era una ragazza carinissima ma il signore abbastanza scortese . Inoltre per problemi urgenti familiari siamo dovuti partire una notte prima e non ci hanno voluto rimborsare nemmeno la colazione o una piccola quota nonostante Booking lo potesse fare .

Our stay at Royal Hotel Cortina was absolutely amazing, the location is perfect for exploring the town & accessing the ski lifts. The bus service was very efficient & went from just outside the hotel. The staff were wonderful, (especially Renato) and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a skiing hotel. We were so grateful for the free room upgrade - it completely made our holiday! We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Cortina!

Najlepsza jest lokalizacja - samo centrum Cortiny, praktycznie przy głównej ulicy . Krótki spacerek do przystanku ski busa, restauracje do wyboru w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie.

Cena hotelowego parkingu trochę przesadzona - 20€ za dobę to zdzierstwo! Chociaż pokój był świeżo wyremontowany to drzwi do łazienki nie zamykały się, przydałby się też w pokoju czajnik.

Parcheggio che era venduto con la camera, era in realtà a pagamento a parte 20€, oltre a questo mi hanno dato un posto in doppia fila, risultato mi hanno veduto un posto inesistente perché bloccava altre auto, senza specificare che era a pagamento nel suo sito ne al momento della richiesta.

Very much accommodating and so helpful! They had my daughter‘s car all set up with bedding, ready to go. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a super comfortable bed. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location was amazing and the view was impeccable

Breakfast was great lots to choose from, however for people wanting to get out earlier would have liked an earlier start time.

Beliggenheten er perfekt midt i sentrum av Cortina, nært til alle fasiliteter, likevel stille og rolig. Nyoppussede rom, fantastisk atmosfære, stilig samtidig koselig. Gode senger! Utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsomt vertskap, som ikke vet hva godt de kan gjøre for deg. Fantastiske dager i fjellet både til fots og på sykkel, perfekt tid på året for fine høstfarger og fortsatt gode temperaturer. Vi kommer tilbake år etter år, sommer som vinter!

Albergo centralissimo. Per quanto riguarda lo sci, c'è possibilità di raggiungere a piedi la funivia del Faloria, mentre per gli altri impianti la fermata dello skibus gratuito è a pochi passi. E' disponibile un deposito per l'attrezzatura e nelle vicinanze ci sono un paio di buoni noleggi. La colazione è sufficientemente varia (dolce e salato) e di buona qualità.

Il parcheggio dell'hotel ha una capienza limitata e non è prenotabile in anticipo. Di fatto, è rimasto indisponibile per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. Data la situazione attuale di Cortina, sottosopra per i lavori legati alle Olimpiadi, questo costituisce un problema specie se si ha necessità di usare spesso l'auto. I pochi parcheggi pubblici disponibili sono abbastanza distanti e spesso al completo. Il consiglio è di mollare l'auto apena possibile e usare i mezzi pubblici per raggiungere gli impianti.

Occorre Precisare che la foto dove si ritrae la scritta "hotel Royal" sulla piazzetta non è in realta collegata all'ingresso dell'albergo che si sviluppa tutto all'interno della traversina laterale e questo può indurre in confuzione anche se comunque la posizione è estremamente centrale. Alcune camere sono di buona qualità ma altre, non confortevoli sopratutto negli spazi relativi ai servizi igenici. Il bagno della nostra doppia aveva il servizio praticamente sotto il lavandino e mancava completamente il dispenser per il sapone intimo. Il resto della stanza non male in stile montanaro con tanto legno complessivamente piacevole ma di dimensioni molto ridotte....!! Viceversa la tripla assegnata ai ragazzi era molto confortevole anche se nel terzo letto (Singolo) poteva dormire solo il più piccolo perchè sul soppalco si saliva da una strettissima scala a chiocciola. La struttura comunque è pulita e come detto centralissima.

Dimensioni dei servizi nelle camere standard, la sala colazione era un po piccola per cui per noi che abbiamo viaggiato in cinque non è stato mai possibile fare colazione tutti allo stesso tavolo, tuttavia c'è da dire che la colazione era buona ed abbondante. Mancanza del parcheggio, in realtà il parcheggio c'è ma accoglie massimo 6/7 macchine e la struttura non permette la prenotazione nonostrante sia a pagamento (€ 20,00 al giorno) se non prenotando il top della tipologia di stanze. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare in due zone gratiute ad una 10 di minuti a piedi ma nel periodo di natale c'è da attendere che si liberino i posti. In fine per quanto riguarda il personale in accoglienza oltre al check in/out nessun rapporto, la mattina a colazione invece il personale era indaffarato alla pulizia dei tavoli e a rifornire il buffet.
